In quiet neighbourhood. Staff were friendly and efficient. Apartment had everything we needed, though view of carpark was ordinary.

The room was perfect for preparing meals and relaxing. It was quiet and in a quiet area, but still close enough to get to the main sites. We walked to Old Town one day, which was beautiful!

Our room was "slightly" too warm. Having said that, we love a cold room. We opened the windows during the day and that helped cool it down. I know my sister had issues with this and spoke to the front desk and they were able to adjust the heat for her. We didn't think it was necessary since it was just slightly warm and the open window solved the problem for us.

We were not properly informed about the room arrangements beforehand. We had specifically requested a room with two single beds, but upon arrival, we were told that no such rooms were available and that we would have to accept a room with a double bed instead. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful when providing information. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor, if not completely non-existent. Despite reporting the issue to the front desk, it was never resolved during our entire five-day stay.

Das Apartment bot genug Platz, die Küche war ausreichend mit Geschirr bestückt und mit Markengeräten ausgestattet. Die Betten waren komfortabel, alles war sauber.m Die Lage ist okay, die Straßenbahn Haltestelle ist circa 5 Minuten entfernt, mit Straßenbahn und Metro dauert es circa 20 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof.

Vieles ist schon etwas abgewohnt, der Teppich war zerschlissenen, der Sessel inklusive Fußteil voller Flecken. Die Rückwand des Bettes ist etwas schief angebracht, von den vier USB Steckdosen bei dem Betten waren drei kaputt.

It was excellent experience, the hotel location is near to the tramway station where you can go anywhere in Stockholm. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet.

The only comment I have is about the breakfast, it is the same package everyday. Although it was not a big issue, I recommend considering different options to the breakfast food will be a plus.

It was very basic, extended checkout was at an additional fee of €100 per hour, which seems extortionate. The phones didn’t work and cleaners can do a better job.

It's completely different from the pictures! It gives you an idea of spaciousness but in the end you get a 10m2 room for three people, with 3 beds and a bathroom when the photos make it seem like you are getting an entirely different place! Also I think you are better off just picking a place closer to a big railway station becaus all you have is a tram and to go anywhere you will always have to change.

Perfect place for a few days visiting the city for the first time. Staff were really lovely even though we had a super late check in. Everything we needed! Loved the neighbourhood

Le logement est tout proche d'une station de tram ce qui permet d'être rapidement au centre-ville. Le ferry gratuit reliant Södermalm est aussi un plus. L'appartement était confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour y manger et même cuisiner des plats simples.

Das Biz Apartement bietet sehr geräumige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit einer Küchenzeile, sodass man sich selbst Frühstück machen kann. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man kommt in wenigen Minuten zur S-Bahn und zur Fähre. In der Nähe gibt es auch nette Kaffees und Bars - auch mit Blick aufs Wasser.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf eine Parkgarage, leider gab es keine anderen Zimmer. Es war dennoch nicht laut.

De bedden lagen heerlijk. Het was een fijn appartement. We hadden zelfs een terras.

De douche had geen waterdruk en voelde je nauwelijks. Maar met kanttekening dat we het zijn vergeten door te geven. Misschien was het dan opgelost. Geen idee. Maar dat was echt toch wel heel vervelend

The hotel is located in a nice area with a lot of restaurants nearby - and the sea by walking distance. You will even be able to take a ferry from a pick-up point to go directly to the city or to Djürgarden. The tram is also located within 5 mn walk and you can reach the central station in 25mn. The room was good but not outstanding.

The cleaning service is only included for stays longer than 7 days - but when you stay in a room with kitchen + bed and at this price level it's not enough. The bed wasn't so confortable - and the equipment of the kitchen is really only basic : all equipment comes by 3 (3 spoons, 3 plates, 3 forks etc...) - no bowls and small cups. The bathroom is also very simple and not cosy.

Va ser una sorpresa molt agradable. Si bé el lloc és lluny del centre, està en una zona preciosa a la qual també és fàcil d'accedir des de Södermalm en el vaixell gratuït que es mou per l'arxipèlag. L'apartament era just el que necessitava, espaiós, amb llum natural, tot funcionava perfectament. L'atenció va ser excel·lent, és un hotel i per tant hi ha recepció a l'hora de fer el check in i check out. El recomano totalment.

You can not regulate the ventilation system, there was an ongoing whistling noise of the incoming air. You will need around 30 minutes with public transportation to the old town, the connections are running frequently

Fijne accomodatie op prettige plek in Stockholm. Allerlei leuke cafés en barretjes in de omgeving, loopt zo bij het water. Goed bereikbaar met OV, dus prima uitvalsbasis. Goede prijskwaliteit verhouding.

L'immagine dell'appartamento su booking non raffigurava il servizio ovvero l'immagine rappresentava un monolocale con soppalco, cucina e zona giorno sottostanti, letto matrimoniale in soppalco. Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza con la cucina accanto al letto, un'unica poltrona ai piedi del letto e un tavolino di fronte alla porta

L'hôtel se situe dans un quartier très agréable et calme avec des magasins et plusieurs restaurants à proximité, les lits sont confortables, la douche est grande et l'appartement est plutôt spacieux. Le personnel est serviable et aimable.

Le plus gros problème sont les équipements de la cuisine: poêle complètement rayée ce qui peut être dangereux pour la santé, des plaques qui mettent plus de trente minutes à chauffer. Nous avions choisi ce logement pour pouvoir cuisiner le soir, mais nous avons dû renoncer à cette option. La douche inonde toute la salle de bain et la terrasse semble être verrouillée. L'éclairage pourrait être retravaillé car il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'options de lumière et plusieurs interrupteurs ne servaient à rien.

Eigenlijk klopte bijna alles. Wat niet klopte: dat lijkt dan toch nog een hele lijst. Ik zal ze noemen, maar wel met de disclaimer dat het echt een mooie plek ik en heel veel wel degelijk fijn en in orde is. De verbinding met de mooie wijk Södermalm met een (gratis) veerboot ligt op een paar minuten lopen. Winkels, supermarkt en bakker(s) ook. Tip om uit eten te gaan: direct ernaast ligt een fantastisch (fusion) Thais restaurant.

Dan dus het lijstje: de balkondeur klemt (jammer van het triple glas, want vroeg of laat zal dat toch een keer de druk van open en dicht doen niet meer verdragen); het kabeltje om te voorkomen dat de balkondeur openzwaait valt er wel heel gemakkelijk uit; er is zelfs op de negende verdieping geen uitzicht omdat er hoge gebouwen omheen staan (maar op het balkon voor algemeen gebruik is dat uitzicht er gelukkig weer wel); de leeslampjes zitten vast met steeklampjes en die kunnen er gemakkelijk uitvallen of los komen te zitten waardoor ze het niet meer doen; de keukenkasten zijn waardeloos (de lades gaan slecht dicht en sommige deuren klemmen of gaan rottig open); de keukeninrichting is een beetje mager maar volstaat; de grote spoelknop van de wc blijft soms hangen, tv-aansluiting in de muur ziet er niet stabiel en lelijk uit (had de tv iets meer naar rechts gehangen en dan was dat al veel beter geweest); het rooster onder de koelkast hangt er los en scheef bij; het deurtje van de vriezer valt er spontaan uit als je niet uitkijkt; op het balkonnetje van ons appartement stak op veel plekken onkruid tussen de tegels door en tenslotte is de inrichting wat kaal en ziet de (slaap)bank er redelijk versleten uit. O ja, jammer dat er geen raam open kan in de slaapkamer. Met wat reparaties en hoogwaardigere kasten zou je meer voor een overnachting kunnen vragen en zou het appartement absoluut top zijn. Ondanks deze lange lijst: Biz blijft een aanbeveling waard!

Ho soggiornato per qualche giorno e mi sono trovata bene. La struttura è pulita e accogliente, lo staff cordiale. La struttura non si trova nel centro di Stoccolma ma è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici.

Man får en färdigpackad frukost-påse. God innehåll, lite för små bullar. Hade varit bra om man kunde välja något mer, som smak på joghurt eller saft. Vattenflaska hade också kunnat finns med. Omgivningen är mycket vacker, finns promenadstråk längst med vattendrag. Gratis färja till söder i gångavstånd. Extremt bekväma sängar!

The appartment is large and provides much space for storage. Window can be opened for airing the room. Hotel is easily accessibe by public transportation and you can even walk to Södermalm, Slussen, Gamla staan within 30 mknutes.

Overall, the building and lobby look a little shabby. The cupboards in the citchen could not be closed anymore, should be refurbished.

Nice and quiet Staff were amazing

The headboard would knock against the wall whenever you turned over. Slightly strange smell in the corridor BUT not in the rooms

Küchenausstattung sehr spärlich, Spülmaschine nicht genutzt, da nicht genügend Geschirr/Besteck vorhanden. Keine Teelöffel, kein kleines scharfes Messer, nur 3 Gläser/Tassen und 2 große/3 kleine Teller, je nur 3 Gabeln, Löffeln und Messer

Located inside a business park, very quiet. Major supermarket and restaurants and train station 5 min walk. It took 2 trains /30 minutes to get into inner Stockholm which is reflected in price. Stayed here 2 nights found property modern and clean. Property is designed to be a home away from home so has full kitchen and bathroom like a studio apartment.

Property is only cleaned/ refreshed weekly. Even for a 2 night stay the towels provided were not sufficient.

It’s so clean, everything is near. Best location and best value for the money!
