Good location, nice common space, comfortable bed. Staff were very accommodating for a last minute schedule change.

The main, big problem was that the room smelled of backed up sewer gas. I messaged the manager and they asked the cleaning staff to clean the sink, but it made little difference. The smell overtook the room the entire week that we were there. We tried to spend as little time in the room as possible. The room was very small. Paint in the bathroom around the window and shower was cracked and chipping. Given the small stove of the room, more hooks and shelves are needed. Also, staff could have been more proactive about sending check-in information.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Lage der Unterkunft ausgezeichnet. Es gab einen sehr schönen liebevoll gestalteten Aufenthaltsraum und eine schöne Terrasse. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, so dass es neben dem Bett nur einen Stuhl gab und auch keine größeren Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Der lugtede dårligt af afløb/ kloak/ toilet på hele værelset - og toilettet er i et glashus på værelset uden dør der helt kan lukkes. Morgenmad er alt for sent - det er først fra 8.30 - så nåede aldrig maden. Da min konference startede kl. 8.00. Vand er stillet frem på værelset men meget dyrt - og specielt i forhold til at vandet i hanen smager forfærdeligt.

Está muy bien ubicado. Ofrecen sombrillas para los huéspedes para llevar a la playa. El área para el desayuno está muy agradable. Habíamos dejado olvidada una gorra y al entrar la persona de limpieza al dejar la habitación, no los avisaron por mensaje.

Las almohadas olían a humedad, lo cual notifique vía WhatsApp y fueron receptivos al respecto, sin embargo nos hospedamos solo una noche, por lo cual no era algo que ya podían corregir. Nos pareció extraño que dos días luego de hospedarnos nos enviaron un WhatsApp cobrando una botella de agua grande de plástico, que estaba en la habitación en 4€ con un enlace para el pago, cuando no era algo que estaba especificado, no nos lo dijeron al avisar que estábamos haciendo el check out y estas cosas suelen ser cortesía.

La ubicación era muy buena. Parking en las inmediaciones, de pago en la puerta con parquimetro, pero si dabas una vuelta en las inmediaciones gratuito.

В номере очень грязно особенно пол и стаканы , персонал отсутствует, в соотношении цена-качество, 160€ за "сутки " это слишком без завтрака, маленький напор воды , душ почки не течёт почти нереально помыть голову . За такую цену могли бы положить хоть одноразовые зубные щетки и маленькую зубную пасту. Это хотя бы сгладило недостатки . А так практически 2 минуты и ты у воды , но к сожалению это не перекрывает всё выше перечисленное

Wir hatten Glück und hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, was wirklich sehr schön war. Check in etc. läuft Remote und hat sehr einfach funktioniert. Es gibt außerdem einen Loungebereich mit Getränken und Kaffee

Die Zimmer sind wirklich klein, das Bad dafür aber recht groß

La ubicación magnífica, para ir a la playa, cerca de Cascais, a la que se puede llegar andando por el paseo marítimo. Fácil aparcamiento de zonal azul en la misma puerta del alojamiento. Muy cerca de la estación de tren, junto al paseo marítimo, que permite desplazarse cómodamente, a bajo precio a las localidades cercanas, incluida Lisboa.

设施比较陈旧，房间有点味道，不过可能受房间大小影响。

Localização impecável, preço qualidade compensa muito. Bom pequeno almoço e muito acolhedor o espaço, principalmente o pátio exterior/zona comum refeição/leitura.

O quarto de 12m2 é de facto pequeno para duas pessoas (para uma é o ideal). O quarto em que ficamos tinha o chuveiro numa ponta do quarto e o wc na outra ponta. É só pouco prático e um tudo-nada desconfortável, mas o preço-qualidade compensa muito.

The property is calm, well located and fairly good for a short stay.

We found the room very small for two people and the breakfast was very minimal.

Habitación MUY pequeña, para una noche puedes llevarlo, para una semana es extremadamente pequeña. Además la habitación que teníamos olía a tuberías y humedad constantemente. El salón en el que sirven los desayunos tenía una máquina de hielo que en una semana nunca tuvo hielo. Respecto al desayuno lo teníamos incluido en la habitación reservada , máquina de café, pan, lonchas de queso y jamón, naranja y kiwi cortados unos botes de cereales, yogures y una cazuelita con huevos revueltos.

La cama muy cómoda, la vista en la ventana preciosa, todo en la habitación funcionaba bien, el servicio muy atento.

O facto de nao ter o nr de urgencia a porta do hotel. Sem telemovel n tinha os codigos para entrar. Ponham o nr de urgencia em algum sítio fora do hotel por favor.

The room was nice and clean. And having the little balcony was nice. It was also nice to have beach parasols available to take.

It would have been nice to have different towels the could be taken to the beach. Just so I didn't need to take the white ones from the bathroom. They could be dark coloured ones. I have had these at other guesthouses to save their nice towels.

Die zentrale Lage war sehr gut. Die angrenzenden Straßen waren zwar sehr stark befahren , aber das war ok. Der Innenhof mit der dazugehörigen Lounge, war sehr gemütlich und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

In unserem Zimmer war die Tür zur Toilette im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes, aus den Angeln. Das wurde, obwohl wir noch 2 volle Tage vor Ort waren, nicht repariert. Bei offener Tür die Toilette benutzen zu müssen, war nicht sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war gut, wir hätten uns aber kleine Variationen gewünscht. Ein bisschen Tomate, Paprika und vll mal einen anderen Käse. Das wäre sehr schön gewesen.

Everything about this apartment exceeded my expectations. It was clean, it was a perfect location, great communication, nice common areas, stay here!

Some people might not like that the room is a very small. Did not bother me a bit. I felt very at home and very comfortable.

O quarto era um pouco menor do que parecia nas fotos e havia um odor forte saindo pelos encanamentos do banheiro, o que fazia que o quarto inteiro cheirasse muito mal.

I do not eat breakfast. Room number 5 was the best as it had the outdoor terrace and there was no traffic noise from the main road.

The room is small by U.S. standards but just right for what we needed. The bonus is that there is wonderful outdoor spaces and a large room to gather or spread out with tables, couches, and an "honesty bar" with food and drinks available at any time.

Prachtig en rustig huis dichtbij strand, aanwezigheid van honesty bar, serene rust. We kregen een upgrade, wat echt heel fijn was! Ontbijt was een dikke prima, goed verzorgd!

La chambre était décorée de façon simple et moderne. Peut-être un peu impersonnelle. Ceci dit l'ensemble était très propre et visiblement récemment bâti. La vue sur la mer est un véritable plus. L'accent est mis sur la sécurité des voyageurs (incendie etc.). J'ai eu le malheur de subir une interruption de l'approvisionnement en eau quelques heures ce qui était dérangeant (mais pas la faute de l'hôte) : la commune a effectué les réparation rapidement.

Les échanges avec l'hébergeur via Whatsapp, quoique vifs, peuvent être ressentis comme un peu impersonnels.

Belle vue sur ma mer. Chambre confortable.Tres très propre et personnel très gentil et attentif. Le service à discrétion est très agréable, on paie ce que l'on consomme selon nos envies sans déranger. Juste à côté des bus et trains et promenade tout le long de la mer super génial. Merciiii

Léger retour odeur d'un siphon de douche ou lavabo,mais le personnel est venu de suite essayer de trouver solution. Il doit manquer un clapet anti retour dans un vidage...

The room setup with glass door to the toilet was not nice being 2 people. Breakfast is very basic. For example no müsli.

A destacar la habitación limpia, actualizada y cómoda. Aunque las puertas de las habitaciones estén bastantes juntas, no tuvimos problemas de ruido. El personal fué muy atento con las indicaciones y haciendo un upgrade de habitación. El espacio del jardín y del comedor también son muy agradables. Se agradece que el edificio mantenga la fachada como esencia de Estoril.

We had a wonderful stay and truly loved this place. The house is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was spotless and very well organized. The location is also excellent, quiet, yet very close to the beach, restaurants, and the lovely town of Estoril. What made the stay even more special was the kindness and attention of the staff, who made us feel very welcome from the beginning. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a few days in the area.
