Personal que trabajaba lo justo sin interesarse lo más mínimo por los huéspedes. Zonas comunes sucias y habitaciones en estado lamentable.

En lo particular me gustó todo de este alojamiento y yo regreso en noviembre y este será mi lugar de alojamiento lo recomiendo

Property is comfortable, clean, rooms are specious, location close to Yeditepe University makes is very convenient if you have a student studying at that wonderful university. Staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. If you have any issues in the room they will solve it fast. Breakfast choice is very good, large variety including those who are on diet or vegetarian. This hotel is my and my family’s choice number one in Atasehir.

It was really nice to have the option of cooking in the room + the bed was comfortable.

Some of the furniture in the room have been misused by uncivilized people. So it would be good if they were replaced… for example: sofa, table, rug. Apart from that, the windows were very stained.

При заезде с нас сняли на 1 один день (100$)больше . Мы сняли номер на три ночи, ресепшен снял с нас за 4 ночи(400$).Попросили чтобы вернули 100$, они наглым образом не вернули, типа это не возможно уже. Мне очень обидно что за деньги они так поступают .

в комнате не работал кондиционер я сказала персоналу но никто не обратил на это внимания и 2 ночи я с супругом в комнате как-будто на улице спали было так холодно что мы включили толовую плиту чтобы согреться.В отеле были пустые номера но никому не было выгодно нам на ночь поменять номер.Я забронировала сначала 2 ночи но я не успела за 2 дня и пришлось ещё остаться в Аташежире .Но в вашем отеле не смогла пришлось перейти в другой отель.Если кто-то следит за этим отелем пожалуйста примите меры.Спасибо за внимание

The stay was okay overall. The room was clean, and they provided complimentary tea, coffee, and water.

We checked in late at night, and unfortunately the front reception staff were neither friendly nor helpful, which was a real disappointment, especially as I have always found staff in Turkish hotels to be warm, welcoming, and smiling. The toilet in our room felt unstable, almost as if it was about to detach from the wall. Basic toiletries were also missing, giving the impression that cost-cutting had taken priority over guest comfort. We were asked to park on the road despite several clearly visible spaces being available on-site. Even more unusually, we were then asked to hand over the car key, despite the car being parked far away, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient.

Ontbijt hebben we laatste dag gebruikt van gemaakt en deze verraste ons wel. Zag er goed uit. Ze hadden allerlei broodjes en meerdere soorten beleg. De kamers zijn ruim zat en hebben een eigen keuken. Ik had geen handdoeken meer een telefoontje en binnen 5 min had ik weer een setje handdoeken.

The location of the hotel is very good, right next to a university. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful and professional, especially Hakan and Merd.

The location of the property is perfect but you will need a car or get taxis to train station every time to go to centre Istanbul and the rooms was very clean

My room key card kept failing to open room door multiple times and the lift kept breaking down and the curtains in the room need cleaning or washing

Insgesamt schönes, großes Zimmer mit Küchenecke. So kann man sich auch z.B. einen Kaffee kochen.

Die Bilder beim buchen zeigen ein Schwimmbad auf dem Dach, das gar nicht existiert. Das ist dann nicht so toll...

Dans l’ensemble agréable, niveau propreté c’est limite tapis tache, canapé taché service … personnelle assez gentil mais pas très réactif aux demandes. Ça reste quand même quelques choses de bien rapport qualité prix

Otopark var diye yazılmış ama vale otoparkı binanın yanına dışarı parketti. Valeye bahşiş vermekten ve arabamızı güvenmediğimiz birine teslim etmekten başka şansımız yoktu. Odadaki kanape temiz değildi. Sırt dayanan yeri bile düzeltilmemişti. Odada sigara kokusu vardı. Önceden içilmiş ve sinmiş bir koku. Banyo temizdi. Havlular temizdi. Mutfakta bulunan malzemeler yeterliydi. Temizdi. Düzenliydi. Sabah kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Çeşidi ve lezzetli olması gereken gibiydi.

Out of 2 only one lift was working which created inconveniences, especially whene hotel was fully booked.

Breakfast was good but there were limited options of the meals.

The breakfast was delicious and prepared fresh. The rooms were very clean. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Access to the hotel is secure so you always feel safe.

The views were a bit obscured by dirty windows. The windows desperately need a wash from the outside.

otel onunde vale aldı gu venlı bir sekılde otoparka parkettı. odalar hayet temız , butik , eksık hicbirsey yok. yatak ve yastıklar cok rahat. 2. ci konaklayısım ve baska bir otel asla dusunmem

İlk girişte resepsiyonda işlem yapan arkadaş kaba ve asık suratlıydı. Zorluk çıkartmak için elinden geleni yaptı.

Saat 11 de otelde olduğumuz halde akşam 17de oda teslim edildi ki bu durum defalarca uyarmamıza rağmen 17de çözülebildi yanımda 2 çocukla 6 kişilik aile olarak yol yorgunu halimizi lobide bekleyerek geçirdik ve bu süreçte çayı kahveyi hatta suyu bile ücret karşılığında verdiler

Die Lage war ok , das Bett war bequem. Für einen Urlaub wo man eh nur unterwegs ist war es in Ordnung bis auf ein paar Sachen die nicht so toll waren.

• Das Frühstück war sehr eintönig, es gab kaum Auswahl, sodass man jeden Tag fast dasselbe essen musste. • Das Zimmer hat leider unangenehm gerochen, der Geruch ging auch während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht weg. • Auf dem Rooftop befindet sich zwar ein Pool, dieser darf von Hotelgästen jedoch nicht genutzt werden. Das ist enttäuschend, da man erwartet, dass die Einrichtungen des Hotels auch den Gästen zur Verfügung stehen. • Nach dem Auschecken wollten wir unser Gepäck im Luggage Room abgeben, doch dort hieß es, er sei voll. Die Koffer wurden stattdessen einfach draußen neben der Security abgestellt. Als wir nach mehreren Stunden zurückkamen, standen sie immer noch dort. Das fanden wir sehr unprofessionell und unsicher.
