Reviewed May 25, 2026Su ubicación céntrica permitía llegar a muchos lugares a pie. El personal, muy atento, fue un punto a favor. El hotel ofrecía aparcamiento seguro en sus instalaciones. Estaba muy bien mantenido y limpio.
Fue una lástima que reserváramos una habitación con cama king size y nos dieran una con cama queen size. Al preguntar, nos informaron de que el hotel había reservado la habitación king size por duplicado. Tras una larga conversación, finalmente nos dieron nuestra habitación king size.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Es excelente que tenga estacionamiento, y mas en temporada de santa y pascua, donde el estacionamiento es dificil en la ciudad, está bien ubicado y te evitas el peligro de algun golpe a tu vehiculo. Es silencioso pese a estar cerca del centro de Patzcuaro, no se oye nada en la noche, muy tranquilo. Además dentro de sus instalaciones tienen cuartos con adaptación para personas con movilidad reducida, la verdad eso es de destacar para quien lo necesite.

I wish they had a better set up for computer work. There were cookies,coffee and tea right outside out room so you were able to have tea in the morning and at night. It would be nice to have real milk for the coffee. There were no glasses for water but they gave you bottled water every day.Great location.

Todos los carros pegaron (porque esta muy mal diseñada) el auto de mi sobrina tuvo un serio problema con ese defecto y ahora tendrá que pagar la compostura.

It was just an amazing experience, and we will not stay at another place in Patzcuaro, but here. Now, the convenience of having an inside parking lot with a roof is great. Jess and the rest were simply amazing hosts.
We loved all of it. Nothing to dislike.

Quiet and peaceful. Nice to have the coffee facilities available. Thank you all for your attention and friendliness.
In the booking details, it states queen beds but they are double beds. It wasn't a big deal but it would have been more comfortable to get the queen size. When we travelled, there was a heat wave but they were not enough fans available. Not too bad as it cools down at night.

One morning there was no hot water and the next it took about 10 minutes to heat up. The room had no fan and the window opened out on the courtyard, with no screens or security so it remained closed at night. It was very hot during the day and warm at night. No visible means of heating the room so not sure what winter would be like.

Noise really transfers and unfortunately other hotel guests staying at the hotel were very loud. Wifi signal weak in rooms and good in common area. Disappointed we paid for a room with a king bed and on arrival they gave us a double.

The bed linen is the best, I loved the quality and presentation. Good to have water bottles in the room. The courtyard with all the plants is beautiful. Totally recommend this hotel.
The coffee machine service is a nice thing to have but not outside the bedrooms. The coffee machine was right outside my room and if people used it, they made noise and also felt unsafe for me as they were just outside my door.
