アイスクリームの時間をもう少し早く。 パジャマのサイズを選べるようにしてもらいたい。

忘れ物をしたときの対応が素晴らしく丁寧でした。また接客の品質も高いと感じました。

まず、フロントの方がみなさんとても親切な対応をして下さり、スムーズにチェックイン・チェックアウトできました。 駅特有の騒音もなく、とても清潔感があり、次回も近くに用事がある際には利用させていただきたいと感じました。 とても快適に家族で過ごすことが出来ました！

一つだけ強いて言えば...エレベーターの待ち時間がかなり長く感じられました。。階段を使いたいくらいでしたが施錠させれていたので、非常時以外は使用しないようにされているのだと思いますが、エレベーターの待ち時間も考慮してホテルを出るタイミングに余裕を持つ必要がありました。

전체적으로 서비스도 좋고 관리가 잘됨 ! 조식도 좋고 간식 서비스 좋아요 위치가 아주 편해요. 다른 곳 이동하기도 너무 편함. 역 바로앞 그리고 백화점 등 . 대용탕 관리도 아주 청결하게 잘 되어있음

松山市駅近く、高島屋にも近くて良かった。 朝食は満足出来ました。

チェックイン時に周りに人が多くびっくりした。 落ち着かなかった。 ドアのピンポンダッシュがあり、気持悪かった。

駅からもとても近くて駐車場も近く便利だった！子どもがいてたのでジュース飲み放題はありがたいと思いました！

女性風呂のドライヤーの風量がとても弱く混雑時はなかなか乾かなかった。

朝ごはんが充実していておいしかったです。たくさんの人が泊まっていてチェックイン時はフロント付近が落ち着かないと思っていたのですが、朝食時は、可動式の壁紙がオープンになってすごく広々でした。コインパーキングやコインランドリーも近隣にいくつもあって、ホテルのランドリーが使えなくても何とかなります。

大きなホテルの割にエレベーターが2基しかなかったので、時間帯によっては混んでいた。

Hotel is located right next to the station. Staff were EXTREMELY friendly, the welcome drinks and complimentary evening soft serve ice cream were delicious. Breakfast was incredible and varied, particularly the 5 types of orange juice and ice cream! The main attractions of Matsuyama (onsen+castle) are in walking distance of the hotel.

Too few lifts for a hotel with so many floors, leading to long waiting times. Breakfast and a bed for children are not included in the final price, so we had to pay extra. (Even though he was booked to stay in the hotel).Breakfast ends at 9.30, which we found rather early. Aside from the famous onsen and castle, there isnt much to do in the area.

セキュリティ確保の為か、エレベーターの操作に手間取った。チェックインの時に、一言言って欲しかった。

Hotel à l'excellent rapport qualité/prix. Confortable, moderne et propre. Onsen très bien sans supplément. Prêt de vélo. Tramway, bus, commerces au pied de l'hôtel.

客層はあんまり良くないかもしれません。朝食会場の席札をテーブルに置いて、ビュッフェを取りに行っている間に別の席札と荷物が置かれており仕方なく移動した先でも、隣の席の人に「(私がカバンを置いていた)椅子をください」と言われたので人数的に席が足りないのだろうと思って了承したらその人の荷物置きにされました。エレベーターでもこちらが降りる前に人が乗ってきてしまうことが毎回起きますし、先にボタンを押して待っている人を押しのけて乗ってしまう人ばかりでした。 ホテルやスタッフのせいではないので心苦しいですが、そういうホテルだと思った方が良さそうです。

Les plus de l'hôtel : les boissons disponibles, les glaces, les bains. Un emplacement dans une gare avec tous les commerces autour. C'est la deuxième fois que je vais dans un hôtel Vessel au Japon et j'en suis très satisfaite!

りっちが良く松山城がホテルからみえ眺めよかとたですフロントのかたもおうたい笑顔がすてきでしたはじめてけいたいで予約チェーン店とわしりませんでしたいつもJTBで予約してましたからお世話になりました

暖房便座はお客様に依っては少しスイッチはいいってても良かったかなあ連泊一日目美味しく２日目だしが余りきいてなくイマイチでした枕がどこも２個あるのですが高さ調整出来なく年3回旅してますが他快適でした

朝食の海鮮が美味しかった。 5種類のみかんジュースの飲み比べが面白かった。 お風呂とサウナで寛げた

駐車場がホテルと離れていて、雨で移動が大変。 荷物運びにホテル前に車を回せず大変。

The staff were very helpful and friendly,the room was good,but a bit of a strange setup with basen being in the room not in the bathroom.

It was a bit noisy,being right next to the tram terminus,you could hear screeching of tram wheels continuously.Also there was a train level crossing nearby ,which seemed to have a lot of traffic,with bells going off all the time.

조식 잘나오니까 매일 드세요. 그리고 시간별로 음식 1-2개씩 종류가 조금씩 다른게 나와요 귤주스 여기서 종류별로 다 나오니까 밖에서 비싸게 사먹지 마세요 귤 아이스크림도 맛있음 오카이도 번화가 까지는 한 10분 걸으면 됨 주변에 음식점이 다양하게 없는건 좀 아쉬움 아기 데리고 가는 가족이 선택하면 너무 좋은듯 기저귀, 장난감, 책, 아기침대, 아기 욕조 등 무료대여 해줘서 너무 편함

객실이 조금 좁아서 아쉽지만 다른 서비스와 가격으로 모든게 커버됨

Sehr freundliches und auch profesionelles Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es war ein sehr schöner aufenthalt!

조식이 매일 조금씩 다르게 나왔습니다. 에히메현의 향토음식을 줘서 너무 좋았습니다.

잘 때 밖에서 나는 트램소리가 약간 거슬렸습니다.

일단 위치가 너무 좋음. 객실은 일본 호텔답게 넒은 편은 아니었으나 머무르는데 불편하진 않았음. 대욕장이 있는데 사용해보지 못해서 아쉬움.

호텔 내부에 주차가 안된다는 점이 아쉬움

Les chambres sont bien pensées, spacieuses, avec une belle vue. Le petit déjeuner est complet et délicieux. Et comme toujours, le personnel est chaleureux et avenants.

Coin café et glaces du soir tres bonnes. Petit déjeuner bon et varié (buffet). Emplacement près de la gare très pratique si on se déplace en train, en voiture ce qui était notre cas, le parking à l'extérieur est très pratique une fois qu'on a compris.

Chambre exiguë, pas de coffre, pas de bouteille d'eau.

Odeur très désagréable dans la chambre! Il y a un vaporisateur contre les mauvaises odeurs, ce qui semble vouloir dire que ce n’est pas exceptionnel hélas.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet und das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine grosse Auswahl and frischen und lokalen Speisen.

Das erste Zimmer war sehr stickig und die Lüftung schien nicht zu funktionieren. Gemäss Reception sei das nicht möglich, da es eine zentrale Lüftungsanlage ist. Nach etwas diskutieren konnte ich in ein neues Zimmer angeboten, wo die Lüftung einigermassen funktionierte. Im Bad war es aber sehr feucht und roch unangenehm nach Schimmel. Beim Duschen wechselte die Temperatur mehrmals kurz zu eiskalt oder viel zu heiss. Bei rund 200 Zimmern auf 12 Stockwerken hat das Hotel nur zwei Lifte. Zudem ist die Reception im zweiten Geschoss. Das bedeutet längere Wartezeiten und konstant überfüllte Lifte. Das Check-In erfolgt relativ problemlos aber sehr unpersönlich über Automaten. Insgesamt fühlt sich das Hotel - bis auf das sehr gute Frühstück - also viel mehr nach einem Budget-Hotel an, obwohl die Preise auf 4-Sterne Niveau sind.

Very convenient location, close to train station. Tagashimaya store is just the next door. If driving, parking is in the building next to the hotel. Park the car first as there is no drop offs in front of the hotel. The room was spacious and everything in the room works well, including the light control switches. The green tea at this hotel is top quality and it is free. There are also free vanilla and Yuzu soft serve for guests. This is a nice touch.

場所が良かった

部屋の匂いが臭くて枕も汚れていた ベッドの下には無造作に大きなカバンが置かれてた。

交通の便、立地、スタッフの対応、そして何よりお部屋やお風呂まで全てにおいて良かった！私たち家族は男の子が1人いて(10歳)、夫がいない為あとは全て女になるので温泉に一緒に入れないということがネックになるが、家族風呂がありプライベートな空間(とても非日常で素敵な)で一緒にゆっくりできたのがありがたいし嬉しかった。
