Reviewed Sep 15, 2026部屋はきれいで広い。 タオル類も滞在数分あり、洗濯洗剤や消臭スプレー、 食器類もありとても便利。 コスパはとても良いです。
今回だけかもしれませんが、チェックイン時になっても 何も連絡が来ず、電話してのやりとり後のメッセージに 間違いがあり入室に苦労しました。 オペレーションに課題がありますね。

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026スタジアムシティの目の前、長崎駅は徒歩10分、路面電車の駅はすぐ近くにあり、とても便利な立地。 スタジアムシティ内にスーパーもあり、飲食物の買い物も困りませんでした。
滞在二日目の夜にクーラーから大量の水漏れ発生。結果的に即対応してくれたのは良かったですが、メンテはきっちり行っておいて欲しいと思いました。 また、要求されたクーラーの状況写メを送信しても、受信したかどうかの返答もしばらくなく、再度の電話連絡時にも連携が取られていないような受け答えは残念でしたが、トータルでは高評価です。

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026駅から少し歩くだけで、便利だった。部屋も広くて綺麗で、とてもよかった。宿泊した部屋にはシャワーしかなかったが、徒歩数分のスタジアムにスパ銭があって、そこがとてもよかったので問題なかった。
洗濯機はあったけど、乾燥機はなかったので、乾燥機があったらもっと便利かも。近くにコインランドリーもなくて、少し不便だった。

Tijdens het digitale inchecken was niemand bereikbaar voor hun video check, waardoor ik niet kon inchecken. Dit heeft een uur geduurd, nadat ik hulp bij een ander hotel vroeg kon ik eindelijk naar binnen. Daarna heeft het hotel s nachts, terwijl ik er verbleef, mijn gehele boeking geannuleerd. Men spreekt geen Engels, dus men wil alles via het scherm afhandelen. Ik had om een rustige kamer gevraagd, maar zat naast het einde van een tunnel/doorgaande weg. Tenslotte deed de airco het niet.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026洗濯機がついていたので洗濯ができたことはもちろんですが、浴室乾燥がついていたので夜に洗濯して乾かすことができたのがとてもありがたかったです。 バス停、電停から近く、近くでレンタカーも借りることが出来たし、駅までも10分くらいで歩けたので行動しやすくありがたかったです
基本的には満足だったのですが、ラップが空っぽだったのが残念でした。 お風呂に洗面器があると嬉しかったです。

ゴミを捨てる場所が分かりにくいのと、人が不在の施設でありながらも、チャットや電話全てが繋がらなく、旅行の予定時間がある立場的には、タイムラグが不便で仕方ないです。せめて、電話対応ぐらい直ぐに出て欲しいです。

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Walking distance to JR Nagasaki station and a central tram stop. Supermarket nearby, and heaps of affordable eateries at nearby Peace Stadium. Massively spacious and generous apartment with good quality furniture. Day to day facilities and amenities brilliant - appreciated things like laundry powder alongside the washing machine. Could easily stay for two weeks.
The soundproofing isn’t amazing and you can hear guests on other floors. Nothing so bad it interrupted our sleep, though. Beds were so-so in terms of comfort but ample sleeping space available. Felt a bit awkward doing a video call to elsewhere to check in but the unmanned nature of the hotel wasn’t terrible.

The accommodation was smaller than the photos portrayed, however it was comfortable. We would have appreciated a clothes dryer or clothes airer to dry our laundry (the apartment had a washing machine).

No human-contact check-in and check-out, which works well if everything goes well. But there are only 2 check-in machines, and that resulted in a bit of chaos at 3pm where lots of people were there for their check-in. Missing convenient stores around. Boring views from a living room.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2025The ground unit offered a huge space for a family of 4, with a super modern, beautiful clean room, a strong wife and all the facilities you could have asked for - including cooking. The price was good for what you get, and we wish we had spent a third night in Nagasaki. The location requires transport anywhere you're going - you could easily drive or take that electric tram.
Staying at Grand Base before, we already knew how to work out the exhausting self-check-in and expected no human service. Parking is a problem - plan ahead where you keep your car overnight, and expect to pay about 1,500 yen.

①入ったときの部屋の匂いがきつかったです。なんといったらいいのか、草の匂いみたいなとにかく臭かったです。 ②他の方も書いていますが、ソファーのシミがひどく座れませんでした。 部屋自体はきれいなので、あのソファーはなんとかならないのでしょうか？ もったいないと感じました。 ③洗濯機のフィルターのゴミがすごかったです。ヘドロみたいに埃が詰まっていました。 洗濯したかったので、それを取ってから洗濯しました。 ④夜中一時半頃から三時近くまで、外の工事の音がひどく、全く眠れませんでした。 あまりに長く大きな音だったので、録音したほどです。 私は音で目覚めてしまったので、四時半まで寝れず睡眠不足。家族は起きなかったです。

Tiada bathtub. Susah untuk mendapatkan bas. Berdekatan dengan tram station tetapi agak memenatkan kerana perlu naik dan turun tangga dengan bagasi yang banyak serta stroller. Perlu bayar city tax sebelum check in.
