Aloft Dubai Airport

Food was terrible. As a Marriott customer I was disappointed

Loved the room, service and everything about this hotel. Supermarkets are not very close , neither are restaurants but you can order in. Nothing beats the quality.

Everyone was kind and welcoming

Practical and near the airport. Service is great!

clean room , calm and spacious

Didnt have time to shop around

Terrible! Better choices near by

Ibrahim was so helpful at front desk , I arrived Very early from Australia and he did everything possible to check me in and advise of Metro and how to get around . Breakfast was great too ! Same for rooftop pool ! Would stay again

Good room, good breakfast and always smiling staff.

Cc

Close to airport. Free shuttle was a plus. The restaurant was unimpressive. Good for a quick stay, not a long one.

The room was fantastic. Very large and had everything I needed. The reception downstairs was very spacious with a chilled out vibe and a pool table. They have a free airport shuttle too. There is a metro station about 5 min walk from the hotel (although Google maps will say it’s about 20mins). Only had a 1 night booking but had a flight very early in the morning. Wished I stayed here for longer.

Nice for overnight airport stay

All good breakfast

Nice location close to airport

The staff were extremely helpful and polite

Excellent hotel nearby airport

I liked the design of the property and the helpful staff . The airport shuttle service was really good.

Great service

Lovely hotel, spacious comfortable rooms, very convenient to the airport, shuttle bus available, highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely quite and very comfortable room.

Broken lamp on desk, no cream rinse in Bathroom. Instant coffee .. bad . Bathrooms in main hotel area very dirty. All staff we met wee exceptional

All the staff and their helpful nature went a long way to make our stay special. The hotel rooms are great for families and close to transport links.

Perfect breakfast Nice staff

The breakfast bar was great. Restaurant staff were very friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

For a short stay before our flight this Hotel/room was very good. Large room size, excellent check in/out and only let down slightly by the cleaning of the shower area.

good

Great hotel!

A nice clean comfy room, good internet access, plenty of towels, super breakfast & shuttle bus service to the airport

Great option for a layover

Great staff

Very nice hotel even have a luggage storage place

The check in was very quick and the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very good as well. I will definitely stay there again when the need arises.

The tissues papers boxes in the room only had a few tissues rest very nice staff. Clean rooms

This was a horrible experience and I wish the hotel will offer a refund

The room was very spacious and comfy. Has shuttle to the airport but only once every hour.

Very nice staff, provided a late checkout since I had a very long flight. I really appreciated this!

Upgraded to a suite. Room was spacious and clean. It was perfect for my transit.

Wonderful quick stay

Great and seamless experience

The hotel was clean, quiet, and very close to the airport. Check-in was quick, staff were friendly, and the room had everything I needed for a comfortable night. Would stay again!

So beautiful hotel

Nice hotel for couples

Hotel is shabby and seedy

The location is perfect for 1st time visitor given its strategic location near the Metro and the Airport.

The property is close to airport and great alternative for long layovers

Steller hotel. You can walk to the hotel from the terminal. 5 minutes at the most. Vey clean, modern. Loved this place

Awesome

Great place

I loved the design of the bedroom and the reception area. It was very colourful and had a pool table for guests to use. There was also a pool and a couple of bars. The staff were really friendly and helpful and I recommend this hotel . The only negative is the cost of goods in the shop in the reception area .45 dirhams for a can of soda which costs 2.50 dirhams at a shop. And 120 dirhams for a bar of Dubai chocolate. This is a rip off so be aware .

It’s a nice place

Good value close to airport with free shuttle.

My first time staying in Dubai and I completely fell in love with the city and most importantly with Aloft! Great amenities and super affordable for how modern and cute the rooms were. Check-in was very easy as the staff was quick and very accommodating. Breakfast was amazing (many delicious options) sadly we had to stay for one night only and didn't have much time to use the gym and the pool but we still did a little tour of the hotel and might I add, it was clean and super cute. Will for sure be staying here if you catch me in dubai again 😅 Thank you Aloft.

Too far from the city but close to airport.

Walking distance from terminal 1 and metro station!

Espeatacular. Fomos muito bem atendidos. Chegamos às 3 da manhã o responsável nos levou até o quarto, ofereceu late checkout , café da manhã incrível, quarto impecável, atendimento e super atenção . Perfeito

The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Room smelled like cigarette, felt like sleeping in an ashtray and the AC system made it worse.

Good service and in close location to airport

It was really clean inconvenient

Everything thing was excellent. Great professional staff

Great

Good Hotel

Very convenient for late flight arrival as it took 5 minutrs to get to the hotel from DXB airport and also the complimentary airport pickup to the airport was a plus. The food was great. Overall very pleasant experience.

Unbelievable value for short stay pre flight

Great service

Un hotel muy limpio amplio y con un personal excelente para el precio tan económico está muy bien

Excellent location for Dubai Airport. Very friendly staff. Huge room with very comfortable bed. Didn’t try the buffet breakfast as took breakfast from menu, which was very good.

This was a planned layover stay. I had intended to stay two nights, with the first being a very late check-in. Due to a flight cancellation, I didn't arrive for the first day booked. However, it was a dream oasis for a weary traveler the night I stayed. The room was very nice and the breakfast was well worth the extra charge.

This hotel is well situated in a calm neighborhood, close to the airport. Very friendly and professional staff, rooms are well equipped and stylishly designed. It is a perfect place for anyone who wants an easy access to the airport and the city in general.

Very clean and attentive staff. Clean rooms

It’s was ok

I enjoyed every moment at this hotel

Good sized room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Would stay again.

I booked this hotel as I had seen it being built during my stays across the road at Le Meridien, where I had visited since 2013. I was impressed by all aspects, but due to a delay of several hours in the airport, only had 6.1/2hr in the hotel - not enough to really experience it. I will certainly re-book at the first opportunity.

After flying for 14 hours, the late night full body massage was amazing! Super grateful for being able to do that before my next flight. Only spent a few hours at this hotel, and the experience was great!

Great location and vibes

Only issue was the fire alarm at 3a other than that it was great. I would Go back

We stayed for one night before flying home. Free shuttle to and from the airport, standard rooms were modern, good size and comfortable. Gym onsite was well equipped, pool was nice and the al carte food we had was good. Great stay!

The property was designed to attract you get croud. Very casual environment, friendly staff, great room, close to the airport.

Nice stay in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and nice. Unfortunately we didn’t get the shuttle from airport to the hotel and had to get an uber

Wonderful stay, and close to beautiful restaurants/beach clubs.

So easy from terminal 1 , take the gantry over the free way walk across the car park. Took all of 5 mins from arrivals

Good

The shuttle bus was a nightmare, I had to wait 45 minutes in the heat, whilst other airport shuttles came twice

Very clean and cozy room

Nice and clean property. All the staff was nice. Music was a little loud everywhere

Huge room, quick and kind service, very comfortable space and convenient for an airport stopover

Great reception staff- friendly and accomodating. I was allowed to check in early and had a complimentary upgrade! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious! The bathroom was clean and modern. Would have loved more pressure in the shower but that's being knick picky. The gym is well equipped and quite new. Overall, a comfortable and lovely stay esp. During transit.

Good hotel and reception with good smile personality

Had a pleasant stay with good hospitality and food.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Perfect nice room for an overnight stay during transit.

The staff emailed me before checkin to say that a shuttle would be available to for transportation to the mall and when I got there they said it was discontinued. The cleanliness of the room was not to my complete satisfaction as it was quite dusty and the carpet was stained. I did like that the staff was friendly and it was convenient getting to and from the airport.

Excellent service

Easy to get to. Easy walk from T1 (go past mosque and through pedestrian tunnel), but they also have free shuttle hourly. Nice staff. Quiet & comfy room

Excellent attention to customers needs, the space is clean and well equipped

So convenient. Spacious, clean room.

Proximity to the airport

Ideal place to reach airport in time. The on site restaurant has good food and drinks options.
