Location, very relaxed atmosphere, lovely bathroom, very comfy bed. We were looked after well.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Close to everything but in a quiet area. Perfect view of the river and bridge, and restaruants are close.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay here - and absolutely adored it , great position, extremely helpful, lovely staff ! Our room was the standard - but it had everything we needed and more , beautifully decorated very tasteful and spacious ! The breakfast was plentiful , fresh and a lovely selection , the staff there were also quietly efficient and excellent in their job. One other great bonus was the opportunity to have the breakfast area throughout the day with unlimited tea, coffee, water, fruit , delicious cake and biscuits for you to help yourself to ! It really was a superb place ! Would definately recommend so a big thankyou !

L'emplacement est génial : on sort de l'hôtel et on est sur les quais du Douro d'un côté, à deux pas du centre de l'autre. Et pas très loin du pont Luis I pour aller sur l'autre rive. Nous avons tout fait à pied Le petit déjeuner est excellent, il y a aussi des boissons chaudes et des gâteaux à disposition l'après midi. Le personnel est très gentil, aimable et attentionné.

La chambre est assez petite, la salle de bains n'est pas vraiment séparée de la chambre. Ce n'est pas très grave, mais cela pourrait être apprécié.

Hôtel magnifique, propre, agréable et extrêmement bien placé. Le personnel est vraiment adorable. Le petit déjeuner et simple mais délicieux. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable. Et la literie un véritable rêve.

La localisation. Petit hôtel charme absolu.

Tout très bien. J ai adoré la possibilité de prendre du café ou du thé tout au long de la journée avec gâteaux différents. Un moment de détente quand on a marché la journée A l accueil Luis et les autres te renseignent te conseillent pour tout ce dont tu as besoin

Beautifully restored portion of an old church. Very convenient location to the river front. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom was large. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Location was perfect for exploring all of Porto. Staff were very welcoming and greeted us with a welcome glass of port - very much appreciated. Delicious breakfast and afternoon tea, coffee and cakes available.

The location of this hotel is perfect, it is a two minute walk to the waterfront area and about 8 minutes to the start of Rue des Flores in town. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a glass shower, but once it steams up, you can't see inside it. The glass toilet area is very frosted, so it is not as bad as some have claimed. The service was great, but we found we had to ask before help was offered, once you ask the question they go out of their way to help you. We went out the first night to the waterfront area and quickly learned that you need reservations for almost any restaurant in that area. So when we asked for reservations on night 2, they were very accommodating. One thing we learned was that the hotel is not on a real drivable road and the Uber driver let us out down the street since there is not a clear way to get to the front door. We used the front desk to get transportation back to the airport and they got us a cab that knew how to get to the front door. They also give you a glass of port on arrival, which was a nice surprise and yes, they put cake out nightly at 5PM and espresso is always available. The breakfast was very good, very typical European, however, they have a good selection of cakes and pastries in addition to the meats and cheeses. We loved our stay and would stay again.

Great hotel which was once part of the church of St Francis which is next door, now fully and beautifully modernised but has a kept a lot of the old building features. Our room was spotlessly clean and had all amenities that is needed. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. The location is second to none right by the river Doure and restaurants and bars within 50 metres walk. The staff on reception are brilliant especially Isabella who advised us which restaurants and sites to go to.

La estancia fue excelente. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable; de hecho, pudimos ver los fuegos artificiales del festival de San Juan directamente desde la ventana de nuestra habitación, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más especial. La habitación era moderna, amplia y muy cómoda, además de estar muy bien insonorizada, algo que se agradece mucho para descansar. Sin duda, un hotel muy recomendable.

Llegamos pasada la medianoche y el taxista estuvo llamando para que el hotel levantara la barrera para acceder, pero no lo consiguió, por lo que tuvimos que subir la pequeña cuesta (aunque con adoquines) cargados con las maletas. Pero entendemos que era muy tarde.

Das Hotel Motto "Feel like Home" wir echt gut umgesetzt. Die Lage zur Stadt ist toll, das gesamte Hotel macht einen sehr gepflegten und geliebten sauberen Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind komfortable und das Bad ist das beste, dass wir bisher hatten. Es ist einfach alles da was man in einem Hotelzimmer braucht. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist echt ausreichend und gut und das Personal sorgt für schnellen Nachschub.

It truly did feel like home away from home! Great location, close to most attractions without being in the hustle and bustle. Would recommend.

Location was great, breakfast was good, staff was excellent.

The room was a twin, with limited window views - no problem. However, this room should have a full bed, not twin beds! The way the bathroom is set up provides no privacy when using the facilities. The toilet is encased in frosted glass. The shower has frosted glass only on one side! It’s set up for partners, not friends!

The location, charm, breakfast and jacuzzi tub! We loved staying here.

The hotel was lovely, the rooms were very nice, looking out over the river. Air conditioning was strong and good, but the windows did open wide if we wanted fresh air. Breakfast was limited, pastries, bread, some meats and cheeses and fruit, yogurt & granola. But it was all very nice, we didn't leave breakfast hungry.

Not the hotels fault, but it was too noisy outside for us to have the window open at night. There is a road by the riverfront that had traffic most of the night, but the tram going over the bridge which was a good half mile away, was so loud it would wake us up in the room. Nothing the hotel can do about that, when closed the windows didn't let any sound through. But hotel wise, we would definitely stay in FLH again, it was perfect for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay here and truly loved the location — it made exploring Porto so easy since we were able to walk everywhere. The room was beautiful, and the view overlooking the Douro River was especially memorable, with so much fun activity and energy right below us. There were also fantastic restaurants and wine bars all around the area, which made the experience even better. We would absolutely recommend this place to others and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Porto.

The very small comments, that are more of a heads up: 1) toilet area only had privacy glass....felt a bit exposed. 2) the entrance is NOT right on the street, you can either go up stone ramp or stairs.

Всі відгуки,що читала дійсно справедливі. Чудове розташування,поряд набережна, кафе, екскурсійний трамвайчик. Сніданки стандартні, європейські. Чудова випічка. Їжі достатньо. Це не шведський стіл,а стандартний сніданок.

Не зовсім зручні шафи,короткі. Прикро ватні не тумбочки,а століки. Загалом для 2 маловатий номер.

Het hotel ligt prachtig, aan de rivier, tramhalte voor de deur en alles op loopafstand. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De ontbijtruimte is de hele dag beschikbaar om even koffie/thee met iets lekkers te pakken. Ook op de laatste dag nadat we al uitgecheckt waren mochten we daar ‘s middags gebruik van maken terwijl we wachtten op de door het hotel voor ons geregelde taxi.

酒店的位置非常好。门口有观光巴士的起点站、有观光游船的码头、有麦当劳（如果不适应当地饮食），还有各种大大小小的餐馆。距离河边很近，在节假日更是热闹非凡。在河边喝着咖啡，看着来自各国的欢乐的人群，享受着轻松、惬意。酒店距离各著名景点和商业区也都不远，近的就在隔壁，远的也就一两公里，基本都是可以徒步的距离。

一是酒店的早餐很一般；二是房间里有小蚂蚁出没。

Fräscht litet hotel med vänlig och välkomnande personal. Rummen är inte stora men fullt tillräckliga med bekväma sängar och underbar utsikt. Frukosten perfekt och läget är strålande.

In der Gasse unterhalb gab es eine Strassen-Party, welche uns die ersten Stunden Schlaf raubten. Aber kurz vor Mitternacht war dann Ruhe - von dem her nicht so tragisch. Sonst alles top!

The Hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Porto. Go for a room overlooking the river.

An dem Stein um das Fenster (Hinter dem Vorhang) hatte es Schwarzen Schimmel. Diesen hatten wir leider erst am letzten Tag entdeckt. Notfall-Informationen (Fluchtweg) im Zimmer fehlen.
