As an older lady travelling alone this hotel was more than I could have hoped for. Very good English spoken by a lot of the staff. Very close to all inner city sights. Fabulous night time dining and a great breakfast. Rooms exceptionally clean and stylish. Staff helped me organise grasslands visit as I had limited time. Yes I’d recommend this hotel and definitely stay again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the view was fantastic. The buffet offered a wide variety of tasty options, and the room was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect close to everything I needed. Overall, everything was excellent, and I’d rate this hotel a perfect 10/10. Highly recommended!

I guaranteed my credit card on Booking.com, but they deducted RMB 1,500 as a deposit.

The system regarding adding room service or breakfast to your room was a bit odd, especially for it being an international hotel. Sometimes you can add things to the room with no problems, other times the hotel staff member in charge of breakfast/room service would get very panicked about the charge and demand it should be paid immediately. We didn't take breakfast with the room as we weren't sure about our agenda, and upon arrival asked the front desk if you can add it as we feel like it, he said yes and said we can just inform the staff at breakfast and they will add the charge to the room and we pay when we check out. As mentioned above the 2 mornings we tried this, it turned into a panicked unsure situation from the staff member in charge of breakfast service. Same with order room service for dinner 2 times. The last evening we returned to the hotel at about 10pm, got ready for bed and at about 11pm got a call from reception that we needed to come down to reception to settle our account for the breakfast. I asked if we could just settle when we checked out the next morning as discussed upon arrival regarding extra charges sine we were already in bed and it was late, the person at the front seemed very hesitant but agreed. The next morning as we checked out the person at the front desk acted very worried when he had to give me the room charge. It wasn't a large amount as we had already settle most of the charges because the staff were so panicked. I didn't really understand all the dramtics around this lol. We paid the outstanding balance and the front desk staff member automatically relaxed, it felt like going into some very serious business negotiations. It was a very strange system/reactions for an international chain hotel

Fabulous hotel and good location

Some issues with language ordering food, not a big issue and expected when in another country. Rooms were too warm.

Everyone was super accommodating.

Bathroom weren’t swept properly. Especially in the room where the toilet seat are in.

Everything is fine only couple things if they improve it: 1. They don’t accept Apple Pay need to have physical card only 2. When check out. Someone from the hotel need to check your room first before you can leave which make sometime is inconvenient for the customer who are in the hurry to catch a flight

The staffs didn't speak English.

Everything. A perfect hotel in the middle of the city, in walking distance to many sights. And late evening swimming in a pool on the 27th floor!

Location, cleanness

Good staff, helpful, proactive property is fresh, clean, well maintained rooms are very clean, air-condition is silent and working well

- Swimming pool is smaller than it appears on the pictures; the property claims that there is a sauna, however it is only available in men’s spa area - Bar and restaurant are closed very early (something like 19.00 or so) - breakfast does not have many European food options, tables are nor clean and it took us roughly 10 minutes to find a fork and a knife.

My first visit to Hohhot. The hotel was in an excellent location and is close to the main train station and not far from the new train station.

This was my first time in Hohhot. The hotel is in an excellent location in city centre. Close to Hohhot station, sites of interest, restaurants, and shops.

Slight inconvenience of deposit process. It was complicated because staff cancelled and then we had to keep checking my banking app to see if it had been refunded (which it did the next day).

Staff attitude need to improve, attitude is rude. Not friendly. Carpark is dark,don't feel safe to go alone to the carpark
