Frühstück ist asiatisch, könnte mehr Europäischer sein( Brot ,Käse, Wurst). Satt wird man aber. Sonst wirklich zu empfehlen.

Cold showers- house keeping forgot several items when cleaning eg - towels , sugar and a few other things.we felt embarrassed to have to ask.

front desk. upon check out we requested for Official receipt but the hotel refused to give us invoice. also the front desk didnt write the correct amount in the invoice. it took us almost 2 hrs trying to ask them to include tax and vat.

Staffs were excellent, security personnel were exceptional.

Love this hotel. They have a bar on the 3rd floor and a amazing buffet breakfast. Will come back!

Spacious and clean rooms; friendly staff

The property was very clean and well kept. The location is very convenient. You can easily walk or take a tricycle to the SM Mall. It felt a little weird walking through a furniture store to get to the rooms but after the first day, it did not matter. The front desk staff was average, not rude but also not very friendly. The restaurant staff at Paul's provided excellent service! The Restaurant and Estelle's cafe were very convenient and had good options for dining. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a affordable, clean, convenient and cozy stay while in Lipa City.

Room was wide, clean and well equipped. All staff I’ve seen while walking was friendly. I could stay comfortably. And there was smoking area (booth with ashtray) on 3rd floor. Very nice

I was surprised with the hotel. It was very pleasant. Amenities great. WiFi is good and have parking.

We liked the room. It was cozy enough. We stayed an extra night. I liked that it has a resto and bar, sm lipa is also pretty near. They also have spa and free breakfast. We liked the staff too very friendly and accommodating.

The a/c in their spa should be more heavy duty as it doesn’t really lower the temprerature of the room that much, it was still pretty hot. Their breakfast has limited choices, maybe if they had more dishes out.

Breakfast was good, enough to fill you up. Staff was friendly always said hello wherever we went. Room was large and clean, bathroom was the same. I would come back again

Kinda felt I was in a furniture store, glass was broken in one of the showrooms, it was left in a small pile for our stay

I took a photo of my review form that I filled out and left when we checked out after our 4days, 3nights stay. But let’s see if this section has enough characters for my review: 1. The way to the main hotel area showcases the furniture store so it’s inviting 2. The room was decent sized. But the bathroom door was so awkward. I suggest turning it into a sliding door 3. The housekeeping staff is very helpful. I had room service the entire stay and most of the staff who delivered our meals were great except for the 2 who didn’t greet nor smile and the other who didn’t take the dishes I was trying to return. 4. Walls were thin. So expect noise. I could hear the vacuum as early as 6am. The water pressure from the bidet and the faucet was inconsistent. It would be either ok or blowing up splashes. It’s almost frustrating coz I just wanted to wash my hands and I end up with wet clothes. 5. I love the water dispenser idea on the floor. Thats helpful and practical. 6. One lamp in the room we had wasn't working. No biggie. 7. Please have the TV set-up in such a way that there are cable channels or more things available to watch. When we stayed, only YouTube was available.

Good location for our purpose

Great location close to SM Lipa. Has play room for kids

The property itself is nice and clean. Bedroom is so beautiful and neat. Staff are respectful, honest and are very attractive and nice looking. Always greet you with smiling faces.

Upgrading the parking would make it even better

We enjoyed the food in the restaurant and decided to celebrate our reunion in the cabana. Everyone enjoyed the food and ambiance. Thank you Solano Hotel highly recommended.

Spacious room, very good service, very good breakfast

We didn’t enjoy our stay at Solano Hotel for several reasons. 1) We were allocated a room next to one that’s under construction so there was loud banging all day and we couldn’t take a much needed nap after a tiring few days. 2) The towels we were given have seen better days. Edges are frayed (we can provide photos of the towels). 3) There was black mold behind the shower door. 4) We ordered panini from room service and it was inedible, the filling was way too salty and the bread wasn’t even a panini bread but more like a flattened hotdog roll. Overall we don’t recommend staying at Solano Hotel and we won’t be booking with them again.

I love everything about this place from the location to the hotel staff. It’s ten out of ten!

Location was lil away from everything Tourist wise. But don't let that stop you from enjoying the hotel.

Moldy shower, no hot water and iron is broken

I booked this room to surprise our mom for her birthday. Staff were able to answer my queries and accommodate our requests as we needed to have a cake and some balloons ready before she gets into the room. According to my family, they had a lovely time, breakfast was good, room was clean and nice. Overall, they had a wonderful time.

Our room offered limited complimentary tea and coffee, and for the price of our stay, I find it too pricey, especially that the key amenities like the swimming pool and room spa are missing.

Front desk told us we have breakfast included the next morning we went all of us and staffs in breakfast area saying we don’t have breakfast..not organize and we just embarrassed our self.

Everything was wrong. No internet, no tv, the breakfast was the worst. No parking. We had to walk through a furniture sale to leave the building. Not at all worth it

The staff were very accommodating.

This place was the best for the area, but not at all as walkable as we thought it would be. The staff were welcoming and helpful as they could be. The room had a distinct stench maybe from the AC. In the end, we did not want to stay very much longer in the area and decided to end our trip early.

Everything is great but the wifi. I run a business and i rely on a good internet service. Most of the time i have to tether my phone’s internet, which is very inconvenient. But then again, everything is good

A decent hotel that should be called a motel instead with very few facilities, the other downsides were: 1. Limited parking 2. Limited choices at breakfast buffet 3. What you see on the website is not what you get. Very misleading. 4. Some of our rooms were not cleaned on certain days 5. A nice looking motel lobby, and after that a long walk through a furniture shop before getting to the elevators to get to the rooms. Very eerie at night when lights at the furniture shop are shut/dim while you make your way to the elevator. 6. Window view is bad, more like a settlement view 7. Overpriced for this setting 8. Unfriendly staff

The staff are courteous and very friendly. Breakfast is very good too. I have a wonderful experience and will surely stay again at Solano Hotel if I am in Lipa.

Stayed here From April 10 to the 22 to be close to family. Hotel very clean,staff very friendly and courteous. Buffet breakfast was VG included and the food was good. Had dinner with family and friends few nights in the kubo. Food came in hot and delicious. They have a bar that serves a great run and coke beer among others. We tried the Cafe Ysab as well and it was good. Ròof deck is a must see for the 360 view of the city and the mountains. WiFi is good. Great place to stay when in Lipa. Hope to return again in the future.

Ads photos has minibar but arrived in the room empty. So I had to go out get some snacks as there were nothing in there and I have a 5 year old who constantly likes to snack. There was a function in the evening on their bar and grill amd apparently cannot accommodate guests who are not participating in the event. I was like, how would you then accomodate the guest that wouldn’t want to participate in the event? They have to cater for their clients’ preferences because some just like to unwind by having a few drinks at the bar, eat, and go back to their rooms. So later on, after staff had spoken with the manager, they are going to accomodate us at the bar and will have to pull one staff from the event for us. I was like, really now? We didn’t want anyone to be a personal butler coz we are more than capable of placing orders ourselves. Frustrated by both minibar and rooftop bar situations, we had to leave 2hrs after checking in as there was nothing for us to do in there but really just to lie down and watch tv, hungry, during our stay. It was a major let down coz they cannot cater for clients’ individual preferences for their stay.

This was a very classy an beautiful hotel. My room was super nice. I'm from the United states an i loved my stay here. Its a little pricey but well worth it.

The place was clean and modern looking enough. The room and resto was in the 3rd floor. You'd have to go through furniture and appliance stores in the ground floor hall, but it was ok. They had limited parking, just in front of the building and a few on the side to my knowledge. Relatively good accommodations.

No cable or TV channels, but you can cast on their smart TV.

There’s not enough parking, only four slots for the hotel and their furniture storage. Their front desk staff needs to be more accommodating and helpful.

Location. Well sized rooms and the design is good with all the furnishings.

Accomodation is a bit expensive. Less parking space.

Affordable and easy access to anywhere in Lipa City. Very Clean and comfortable. Excellent FREE hot breakfast. We will highly recommend it to our friends and everybody. We will come back soon.

I did not expect much when I drove up to it. The neighborhood was not great but once inside, this hotel is a winner. Clean, comfortable rooms, very nice rooftop restaurant & bar and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was good for what I needed it for. Their breakfast plates were yummy (we didn't do the buffet option though). My only dislike about the room was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The sink and shower handles, as well as the shower heads, were grimy.

The rooms were immaculately clean and surprisingly quiet despite its location. They mentioned a pool in their add, however it was in another sister hotel….perhaps they should mention that upon reservation…. Otherwise I will highly recommend this hotel.

Kanon fint hotell med stora och fina rum. Fina och fräscha toaletter. Rent och snyggt. Vi var här i April 2023 också och mysig restaurang på våning 3 men maten var inte bra så inget jag rekommenderar.Ett annat + att det ligger väldigt nära SM LIPA

As a frequent traveler, I felt compelled to give an honest review of this hotel. Pros: - The staff was very knowledgeable with pleasing personalities to include guest services, housekeeping, and restaurant staff. They were very attentive and resolved a minor issue I had without incident. - The rooms are very clean to include the linen and furniture. In addition, the air conditioning system works extremely well. The furniture was up to date and had a luxurious feel. -The hotel was not noisy and plenty of places to eat nearby and stores to accommodate you in the event you forgot something at home Cons: - The outside and areas after the lobby entrance leading to the elevator hotel is not pleasing on the eyes. It this is because the hotel has shared space with vendors such as furniture and appliance stores -Only one elevator works and the smell is very horrible. It has a very musty odor, that is unacceptable. -The water pressure in the shower was less than satisfactory, the shower heads appear to be dated. - There is no cable in this hotel, so hopefully you have a streaming service to keep you entertained. - The hotel charges for stained towels and although it’s stated in the rules of the hotel that there would be a charge, the price to replace the towels were well overpriced even with the discount offered at the hotel. - I needed to speak with the manager and instead I was directed that they were attending a seminar. Accessible to Liam's Lomi, Aling Tessie's Gotohan restaurants, shops, jeeps & tricycles. The top to toe massage was really nice & relaxing.Very well recommended.

Room is clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly. Difficult to get out of the hotel without transport. No spare supplies of toilet paper, have to be requested.

This hotel is great! Best for business and family staycation. Everything is inside the hotel, there is restaurant, coffee shop and bar, play area, gym, sauna, spa, event centers, meeting rooms, and even furniture store that you can shop.

The beds are incredibly comfortable.

This Hotel is amazing and staff was superb. Our room was ready right af check in and parking was easy. It's also close to places we needed to go to so that was a plus. Will definitely stay here again

The hotel is new and the rooms nice. Breakfast was good if you like a Filipino breakfast but not so good if you like a Western breakfast (had a "free" breakfast but was charged for bacon and eggs, and the cook needs to learn how to cook eggs!!). The 3rd floor bar/restaurant area was nice, open, and nicely lit at night. Not bad.

No international or cable tv. Had to bring my own tea bags for breakfast as they we out. Food was just ok. You walk through a corridor of appliances and home furnishing to get to the hotels elevators. Although we did stop and browse some of the furnishings lol... Overpriced hotel stay, food and drinks (at least during Christmas/New Year).

Issues: Parking is very tight. I suggest you need to find an empty lot for your guests and use a shuttle to bring your guest to the hotel. 2. We ate at the restaurant but if it was not raining we would prefer to eat somewhere else. I don’t know if the lady who sat us down was a server or hostess. She seem to be not happy with her job. She’s not fit to be in the hospitality business because she not smile nor greet us. Like a deaf person. Very unwelcoming. Not the right staff for Solano’s restaurant. She needs more training in customer service. 3. Food was not up to par for a classy expensive hotel. It was serve cold and we did not complain because we were so hungry so we kept quiet. No server did any follow up if we were ok. The restaurant was empty and quiet but no one approached us. 4. If this is barely a new hotel why is the paint in the restaurant and our room was chipping!!! Perhaps your engineering and housekeeping needs to coordinate and walk through the WHOLE hotel to keep up with the pricey image of Solano! 4. The shower heads and the shower itself was dirty with watermarks. The hot shower was broken!!! I’m not happy about this matter. We were sent to another room to take a shower. Very inconvenient!!! In a nut shell I had a LOT of huge expectations from Solano being a very pricey hotel in Lipa City. I was so excited to stay there and was supposed to stay for 3 nights. However we decided to check out because we were not satisfied.

Great hidden gem in Lipa. Very clean, comfortable and above standard accommodations with full service restaurant and bar. We were pleasantly surprised! Highly recommended!

This was my home for 8 days! Staff are very professional and very friendly, as soon as I arrived they handed me a drink (juice) which is so nice! The place is well kept, the restaurant has a good ambiance, the staff are helpful, they tend to my littlest need. This place is in the main drag close to both malls. All in all, I for sure will be coming back the next time around. Thank you for making my stay as delightful as possible.

Very nice place to have drinks and foods with family and friends. The food is very good and not only Filipino.....the terrace is very pleasant and you can have your own Kubo.....the only problem is the parking. They don't have a big parking and cars are parked in front of each other, and we had to wait 29 minutes for the hotel to call and find the owner of the car in front of us....very anoying

Highly recommend place to stay and venue for events and family gatherings. Very accommodating staff. We really enjoyed our time at Solano Hotel on celebrating my father's 60th birthday. Good job and keep up the good work.

All the staff in Solano Hotel are well trained to serve their guests. It was a very comfortable one night stay with my parents.👌

It's my first time in Solano Hotel, around 2nd week of March. Customer service is great! Everyone greets you with a smile plus they respond quickly to requests making sure needs are taken cared of for their guests. What i like most during my stay was the roof deck experience. You can see 360 degree-view of Lipa, with all the nearby mountains. The scenic view gives you perfect sight of sunset, and of course the bonus feeling of peace of mind.
