Phukalini Luxury Pool Villa & Onsen

The things I liked about this property the most was the staff. All the staff I encountered was awesome with service and everything else needed.

I think the word "luxury" may not be the best word for this property because that's what is to be expected. The furniture in the living room as well as the beds were very uncomfortable and not luxury. There were cracks and stains going up the walls, chips were found under one of the beds, shower drainage system was backed up in one of the bedrooms (they came and fixed), metal around the mirrors were rusted, flies were all over the bedroom from the bathroom drains, breakfast very limited, etc. This property has alot of potential but needs alot of work done to call itself a luxury villa. I also did not realize that the villa was split up in the way that it was. All the bedrooms were actually separated from the living/dining area meaning having to go outside and then enter into the bedrooms because the pool is in the middle of everything. I would have rather had everything under one roof to have more of an inclusive feel with the family.

Het is niet makkelijk om een keuze te maken wat het beste beviel als zo veel zo goed is. De accommodatie is zeer ruim (drie kamer villa), enorm zwembad, lekker en wisselend ontbijt, goed restaurant, maar het meest verrast waren wij van de betrokkenheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Dit was een onvergetelijke belevenis en willen hier niet meer weg.

Dat de tijd hier helaas snel voorbij vliegt. Alles was uitstekend.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer, die sich nicht regulieren lies und direkt auf fas Bett blies.

Prachtig hotel, aan alles is gedacht. Ruime kamer. Personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt perfect.

Airco veel te gehorig, maar dat is dan ook enige minpunt.

De villa en de kleinschaligheid van het resort. Het ontbijt was ook super en de lunch bestelde we vaak bij de villa. We hebben genoten van het zwembad en gingen eind van de middag pas meestal richting de stad.

Het enige wat lastig was was om een taxi te krijgen. Dit duurde altijd even. Maar verder was het heerlijk rustig.

The way Booking.com misguided me while booking this property was an ante thesis. I put one room for 3 adults as an option on search but after nonrefundable booking the room was booked for two and then they charged me extra for third person.

Tout, parfait, éloigné des touristes, perosnnel au top. J'ai adoré la communication avec Whatsaap, c'est très pratique. J'espère revenir un jour.

Rien de spécial, tout a été au top. Peut-être de la nutella au petit déj, j'adore le chocolat.

Das Zimmer war nicht ganz eben, es hatte eine Stufe in der Mitte des Zimmers. Man mußte vorsichtig sein. Ein 2. Stuhl neben Polsterstuhl wäre noch toll gewesen

Very clean and spacious rooms, very detailed finishing of a high standard. Bathroom and bed are large and comfortable. One of the best I had yet in Thailand. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. They really enthusiastic and dedicated.

The location is beautiful, but slightly remote from the center. For me this was perfect, but if you want to be in the Hua Hin “action” you need a car or taxi.

L’hôtel est magnifique. Le personnel très sympathique. L’hôtesse a l’accueil nous a trouvé un scooter à la location pour nous déplacer plus facilement

Piscine très froide . Chambre très mal insonorisée . On a entendu toutes les conversations de nos voisins . Literie très dure . Et la climatisation, hyper bruyante

De villa was prachtig! Privézwembad en super ruim! Het gemeenschappelijk zwembad met glijbaan en waterval was de max , zeker voor de kinderen. Gratis ijsjes en popcorn, altijd leuk. Nieuw mooi domein, echt een aanrader! Zeer rustig gelegen.

Je hebt altijd een taxi of tuk tuk nodig om je te verplaatsen

Phukalini was our first stay in Hua Hin and we loved both the hotel and the city itself. Very quiet, comfortable, clean, located in nature, beautiful pool, very good breakfast, you can play pool and air hockey at the reception. We will be happy to come back.

On a passé un excellent séjour au sein de l’établissement. Une villa équipé avec un confort incomparable, un environnement calme et reposant, un service de qualité et surtout un accueil exceptionnel. Merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel Phukalini, nous avons été très touché de votre hospitalité, et nous avons eu les larmes aux yeux au moment du départ. Encore merci du fond du cœur pour la bienveillance envers moi étant enceinte, je reviendrai avec bébé. ❤️

Hands down a 10/10 in all categories. From in-house made food to personal catering as well as tremedous hilltop view making you feel isolated from all noises and yet - only 1km from downtown. Also try the creme brulee, its breath taking. This place is a MUST visit, especially for this cheap!!!

La climatisation commence à faire un peu de bruit même en position ventilation minimum. Rien de grave mais il faut vérifier.

- Le buffet du petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur du reste. Probablement dû à la basse saison - Et encore une fois cette satané machine à café automatique. De surcroît le café n’est pas bon. Cela devient une habitude quasi partout

Excelente atención, éramos 6+niño en 3 habitaciones dobles y nos reubicaron en una villa con piscina privada impresionante. Nos llevaban en coche de golf a la villa, helado 24hrs gratis, piscina común con cascada y tobogán. Zona tranquila para relajarse perfecta. Sin duda me quedaría a vivir allí y volveré en cuanto tenga ocasión. Tenían coches y motos para niños gratis y bicicletas.

Por poner algo, el desayuno me faltó algo de bollería (croissants por ejemplo) pero es lo de menos porque te hacían en el momento lo que le pidas. (revuelto de jamón york y queso por ejemplo) además tenían desayunos típicos tailandeses muy buenos.

La villa con piscina privada una pasada, la comida muy buena y la atención es espectacular. Me quedaría a vivir.

Séjour fabuleux. Le personnel est très gentil, serviable et toujours souriant. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Idéal pour les couples, famille ou groupe d'amis. Il faut juste prévoir une voiture ou un taxi car l'hôtel est a 15 minutes du centre ville et 10 minutes des plages. Nous retournerons dans cet hôtel lors de nos prochaines vacances en Thaïlande sans hésiter.

A very pleasant and luxurious resort, which particularly impresses with its friendly and courteous staff. Special mention should be made of the chef, with his Italian specialties, and Oreo, who with her warm manner gave the feeling of being a guest of good friends. If you don't care about being close to the beach but rather prefer a quiet, comfortable atmosphere, this is the place for you.

It wouldn't be a disadvantage if the water pressure in the shower was a little stronger.

The pool was fantastic with a waterfall and a slide. The rooms were amazing and the staff made us feel like long lost family. It was wonderful. The food was fabulous. We did eat out a couple of nights but the food in the hotel was better so we started to eat. we were given fresh popcorn and endless ice cream for free along with fruit plates. This was a very friendly wonderful place for a quiet retreat.

It was wonderful and we will go back. We loved everything about the property though we did have to get grab cars into town. We were happy with that.

Many Thanks for the excellent service and hospitality! Arm and her staff makes you feel like home and everything works so well. Breakfast is delicious and perfectly served by the breakfast host. Also the indoor dining menu was great and the pricing was good so we ordered dinner every day to our villa! Food was excellent! Special requirements like vegetarian and allergies were taken care seamlessly. The villa is just as in the pictures and quality of detail was high grade. Lobby service was very good and active. They provided rental car and scooter for us. Also they take care of ordering taxis e.g. for the way to city or golf course. The pineapple valley golf course is +5 minutes drive from the villa, and it was worth visiting! It is at the moment #1 course in Hua Hin! There is great minigolf 5 min walk next to the villas. They serve great food and the course nice action for the day. This was our 5 person family’s highlight in the 2,5 week vacation in Thailand. Strong recommendation ❤️.

I have just finished a 26 day stay at Phukalini. I do not normally give a review of my stays, but I wanted to share my experiences here.The attention to detail in the architecture and grounds is amazing. Very beautiful! Quiet. A bit out of town but not far. It is surrounded by pineapple farms, there is a first class golf course nearby. The pool, the food and the staff are exceptional. The staff are always smiling and quick to attend to any requests. I have never had a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. I think it would be wonderful for a family vacation. I will be sad to leave.
