Great views from our balcony and close to the station and bus routes, which helped us navigate all the attractions easily. Great breakfast selection and nice open plan seating/service area, so when getting food items there wasn't any waiting or queues (end of August). Spring water drinkable from the taps in the room, also readily available from the dining area throughout the day. Good grill bar next door with tasty burgers, Great views. Room was light and spacious with plenty of storage space in open boxes on the walls. USB socket for charging of devices, no need for Swiss plug adaptor, so helped to be able to charge more than one device at a time using the Swiss plug in the other socket. Electronic shutters on the balcony which helped keep the insects out whilst having the door open and kept the room cooler during the hot sunny daytime whilst we were out. Tea/coffee machine available in dining area with hot water free, so suggest taking own tea bags or instant coffee for when dining service not available as a cheaper option as coffee is chargeable.

Not having kettle in the room, but given a good alternative as opposed to none. Very thin pillows, which lacked support to the neck.

Beautiful place with nice facilities. Everything is clean and neat

Great breakfast, location and vibe. You get the confort of almost a 3-4 star hotel with the vibes of a hostel. Prices are reasonable, compared to what you get in this high-end location.

Muy bien ubicado, la habitación familiar es cómoda y, aunque es pequeña, el espacio está bien aprovechado Además, estaba todo muy limpio y muy nuevo El desayuno, aunque no es súper variado estaba todo bueno y en general las instalaciones son muy cómodas, que tuviera parking fue un plus muy positivo también. Tuvimos una estancia súper agradable!

La habitación para 4 adultos es un poco pequeña, pero ya lo sabíamos al hacer la reserva o sea que no fue problema!

ゴンドラ乗り場が隣 日本人のコメントが多いだけあって結構清潔。車の無い方にはとても良い立地だけど、大型駐車場もすぐ隣にあったので、車持ちならもう少し郊外でも良いと思った。

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Frühstück sehr lecker. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für den Männlichen und die jungfrau

Die Kissen waren leider sehr weich und es gab keine Alternative. Das wäre sehr nett gewesen.

The staff were very friendly

The room was very basic and our sink was blocked to begin with (the cleaning staff would’ve seen this before we came in). We needed to leave our luggage there for the day and were shocked to see that anyone leaving their luggage could access the room with all the luggage in it. We were so scared someone would steal our luggage!

性价比很差 这是我这几天订的最贵的酒店 4000RMB/晚的家庭间 给了我一楼靠马路的房间 隐私很差 路上的人能直接看到房间 视野也有遮挡 没有图片那么好 服务和设施都是青旅水平 如果是便宜的青旅没问题 但是这么贵的价格 青旅的服务 我觉得很失望 连抽纸都没有 我在格林德瓦住了三天 第一天住的之前住过的酒店 后面两天那家订满没房了就订了价格差不多的这家 甚至这家还贵一点 以为可以享受山景和服务 结果是青旅 真的很失望

We were totally obsessed with our stay here!! The room was super clean and had the most perfect view of the mountains. We could sit in the room and loom at the view all day. Perfect location, just a short walk to the main bus / train / cable car station,

Top Lage beim Terminal. Betten, Frühstück, Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Einrichtung ist einfach, aber chic!

電気ポット、冷蔵庫が無く、長期滞在時に不便。

非常に綺麗で、グリンデルワルト ターミナルや、グルントの駅から近くて、ハイキングの拠点に大変便利でした。

時期的に仕方ないのですが、夏はエアコンが無いので、部屋の中はやや暑かったです。

이곳은 가족 단위로 오면 안될거 같아요..일단 방이 너무 작고 음식 조리하는곳도 따로 나가야하고..겨울에 스키타러 오시는 개인이 묵어야하는 숙소였습니다. 가격대비 비추입니다. 하지만 위치는 그린델발트 터미널과 연결되어 있는 느낌이 들만큼 가까워서 좋았습니다. 하지만 가족이 이용하기에는 비추입니다.

방이 너무 좁고 작아서 아쉬웠습니다. 패밀리 룸과 싱글룸 차이가 욕실이 안에 있냐 밖에 있냐 차이일정도로..어떤 개인으로 오신 분은 샤워실이 밖에 공용으로 사용하는 곳이라며 놀라셨어요..

Lacation is perfect and breakfast is good

The location is fantastic and located just adjacent to Eiger Express in less than 5 mins walk. The breakfast spread is very good and they also have a cute black and white cat hanging around breakfast place!!

We gotten a family room for 4 person with 2 double beds and one double deck bed. Would be great if the shower area has a door. We went during summer and still feel cold during shower.

The views were amazing, it was right next to grindewald terminal and the grund station so it was easy to get around.

The rooms can get uncomfrotably hot in the afternoon, but the staff did arranged a fan for us.

I could have been nice if the coffee machine was available throughout the day.

Clean room with amazing view, television/wifi worked perfectly, ability to access the neighbouring hostel's social areas, kitchen facilities with free tea/coffee/fruit (and use of laundry room if needed), excellent location for access to Grindewald Terminal station and easy check in/out process.

Limited breakfast options (gluten-free, protein selection); stronger advice to other guests to keep noise levels down and avoid dragging furniture late at night - everyone is there to get up early for hikes etc. so more consideration needed.

Accessible, spectacular view of Eigerhorn, very convenient if you want to access Jungfraujoch.

The design of the shower area will flood the toilet easily. The lighting of the room is a bit too dim. And the lift is broken.

Very modern room, great view of the mountain side. Great facilities and convenient communal kitchen. Breakfast buffet was really good too.

The staff were wonderful. They helped us with convenient parking and we loved the breakfast each morning.

Unfortunately we were in Switzerland during a heatwave so it was a bit hard to sleep at night without aircon but understandable that they aren’t typically needed

The room was clean with a nice view. The common areas were spacious with bright windows. I also liked that there was a full restaurant on site. The neighborhood was fantastic and wonderful for taking walks. We appreciated getting a fan to keep our room cooler. Lastly, the price for the room was great considering how much hotel rooms are in the area.

The room was a little warm when we were sleeping due to no A/C but that is common for Swiss rooms. I wished we could have kept the door open but we were afraid of flies getting in. Maybe put a screen on the door so guests can keep the door open at night.

Pretty close to the Grindewald Terminal. Breakfast was fabulous. The views were wonderful.
