뷰는 최고!

뷰 하나 보고 가는 숙소인 것 같아요. 위치도 역으로 갈때는 오르막이고 은근 머네요. 욕조도 너무 좁고... 상점 많은 메인거리 숙소도 여기서 보는 뷰는 어느정도 보여요. 전 다음엔 다른 숙소에 머물겁니다.

Amazing view and care parking

Die Lage ist optimal - nahe beim Zentrum - Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist älter und daher auch etwas einfach gehalten-jedoch sauber und ordentlich gepflegt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Nicht sehr reichhaltig, jedoch alles frisch. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Preis-Leistung stimmt.

The location, the view and the free parking and the all employees

No air conditioning, iron and refrigerator

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. The room had no fridge, safe, or even a kettle. The carpets were old, worn out and had a bad smell. We also booked the hotel, but were actually placed in a separate “Bed & Breakfast” building across the street. The staff were not very welcoming, and even getting hot water was difficult. Breakfast was very low quality with almost no service. The only positive thing was the view.

部屋がとても質素。景色はとても良いが、それ以外の設備が良くなかった。値段が高い。

Die Lage war sehr gut. Es hätte auch zwei Lade Stationen für E-Autos gegeben. Allerdings ist der Parkplatz so eng, dass kein zweites Auto Platz hatte. Ladepauschale CHF 20,- Sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Eiger.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück war minimalistisch.

The shower was very small and the hot water side of the faucet was scalding to touch.

직원분 매우 친절함. 전망이 매우 좋음. Jungfrau Lodge, Swiss Mountain Hotel 과 자매호텔 같음. 리셉션, 체크인, 조식먹는 곳이 Jungfrau Lodge, Swiss Mountain Hotel과 동일함. 여기가 조금 더 새건물 같음. 왜냐면 Jungfrau Lodge, Swiss Mountain Hotel과 다르게 엘리베이터가 있음

Stunning view from the window and closeness to bus stop and Grinwald train station. Btw I really enjoyed the breakfast 😋 staff here are very nice

Air conditioners not cost-effective to live alone

La vue est parfaite, la taille de la chambre est très bien. Le balcon est un plus. Personnel poli et souriant à notre arrivée

Malheureusement la taille de la douche. Vraiment a l'étroit. Une bouteille d'eau serait la bienvenue dans la chambre

スタッフ、場所、朝食、おおむね良かったです。また泊まりたいと思います。

（このホテルだけなのか分からないため、ホテル短所となるかは不明だが）部屋に冷蔵庫がないため、夏場の飲み物は、常に受付に持って行きホテル冷蔵庫に保管してもらう手間がかかった。

아이거벽 뷰라 풍경은 아주좋았습니다.

냉장고 없는게 젤 아쉬웠다. 직원중에 단발머리 남자 직원이 있었는데 인상 쓰며 얘기하고, 웃고있지만 볼펜을 던진다거나..쓰레기버리려구 봉투 3개 달랬는데..무슨 쓰레기를 그렇게 많이 버리냐며..놀라기도 했다..

无敌阳台景色，离车站步行5分钟即可，去first山缆车站有公交可以直达。性价比非常不错！

Buona posizione e servizio ok

Not too far from the station, walkable into the town. Views were incredible.

No air con so it was quite hot at night. Fan requested and slept with the door open but it was still very hot.

Die Zimmer haben einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf den Eiger. Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig.

Zimmer und Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Bad sehr einfach aber sauber. Preisniveau der Unterkunft nur durch den Standort zu rechtfertigen.

Great place and quiet to sleep no aircon but quiet recommended

You get free parking and breakfast, which in Switzerland is a good deal.

The facility was so so shabby. Can’t you upgrade the room a bit?

Perfect spot, gorgeous balcony views, great breakfast

The beds were really comfortable and the view from the balcony was superb. We were also able to watch the world cup from the comfort of our room.

Breakfast options were limited and there were lots of flies. No ac so we slept with windows open but it was overall good.

The hotel is conveniently located for major activities in Jungfrau areas, has an amazing view of Mont Eiger and Grindelwald valley. The stuffs are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great too.

The view from the room was fantastic.

Great location in town. 5 mins walk from main area. Fantastic view to the Eiger if you get a south facing room

Rooms a little tired. No usb plugs. Bathroom good but needs a spruce up. However very clean.

位置不错，但是前一晚住了top floor更好

比起top floor，房间内设施差了很多

位置就在格林德瓦梦幻山坡对面！！！非常好，离车站也近，top floor真的很不错

房间内设施比较简陋

早餐有米饭酱油，很不错，风景很美！离火车站距离合适，就是有一段上坡，服务人员态度很好。

酒店内是双床拼接，房间较小。

工作人员服务很好，整个房间干净整洁，早餐丰富，距离景点很方便，提供免费交通卡。

Close to the station. Great mountain View from the balcony. Breakfast was decent.

The property was little bit outdated.

Apartamento estava muito limpo e aconchegante, com uma linda vista para as montanhas, sem igual. Funcionários extremamente acolhedores, com a gentileza de sala de bagagem sem custo adicional e com um maravilhoso café da manhã. Com certeza retornaremos.

The view from our room was exceptional. The surroundings were serene. Breakfast was sumptuous. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lodge is very close to the main market and railway station.

An electric kettle and few coffee mugs in the room would have made things even better!

View is fantastic (阳台正对着梦幻山坡)，room are clean.

Breakfast buffet selections were limited. Room have no air-condition, can be quite hot in the afternoon.

4 nights at the Jungfrau Lodge crystal. All staffs were kind and amazing. The breakfast with croissants and rice, freash fruits was perfect! I will visit again soon :)

We had a view of Mt. Eiger and the village below it, and it was gorgeous! The hotel location was in a good place. You can walk up the hill a short distance, and go to the shops, bus stop, or restaurants. We had a wonderful time going to the top of Mt. Eiger on the train and seeing the beautiful view. The weather was nice and sunny, so we could see pretty far. It was still cold up there even with the sun shining.

Wish there was a small refrigerator in the unit that we stayed in so we could put drinks, or food in it.

离火车站很近，给的位置也很好，刚好遇上大晴天景色太棒了！！！早餐简单但质量还可以，很满意！楼下的猫猫🐱也很可爱！五月的格林德瓦太美了，到处都是花！

Near to Grindelwald station. Exceptional view of mt eiger. Clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast.

Nice people at reception desk. Room with a great view. Easy parking. Walking distance city center (slightly uphill walk but doable even with wheelchair).

No round European laptop round electricity socket in the room. Noise from other rooms (upstairs, moving chairs etc.). Grindelwald, like Lauterbrunnen, is flooded with Asian tourists, which keeps prices up to a level that's unreasonable but the great views (when sunny) still compensate for that.

The view is amazing.

No hot kettle in the room, only one self service hot kettle at the check in hotel where we store our luggages. Not enough sockets. Breakfast menu did not change for two days.

地理位置非常好！住宿也比较安静，离火车站5分钟距离，闹中取静。早餐总体还不错，咖啡好喝。

房间设施比较朴素，没有热水壶，纸巾等备品。早餐基本没有热食。

This is my second time staying in the Annex Crystal, after a visit with my mom before Christmas 2024, and it was just as special. Waking up to those dreamy mountain slopes right outside the window felt almost unreal. The room was cozy, warm, and spotless. Breakfast was simple, yet fresh and satisfying. A truly peaceful and beautiful stay. Btw, happy to meet with little kitty Jimmy again :)

The only good is the location

All staff is great except one guy who had a blue eyes
