The bed had an additional mattress placed on top of the original base mattress. This additional mattress was extremely soft and uncomfortable which we had to remove in order to get any sleep.

Nuestra estancia coincidió con días de calor en Agosto. No había aire acondicionado y nos dejaron un único ventilador en la habitación principal. Elegimos el apartamento de cama de matrimonio y sofá cama porque éramos dos adultos con un niño pequeño y no ofrecían cunas, por lo que tuvimos que pagar más, y terminamos durmiendo todos en la cama de matrimonio para poder aprovecharnos del ventilador porque el calor era sofocante. Lo íbamos moviendo por las distintas estancias según donde nos encontrásemos. La mampara de la ducha no cerraba correctamente y se salía todo el agua. Salvo eso, por lo demás el apartamento totalmente recomendable, pero en otra época del año.

Номер был не готов к нашему приезду, к 15 часам. Нам пришлось стоять под дверью пол часа Неудобство было вызвано тем, что в туалет и душевую кабину можно попасть только из спальни, что неудобно для тех, кто спит в гостиной.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Great location in the centre of Baden Baden. Around the corner from Friedrichsbad spa which was ideal. If you’re coming on Motorcycles there is MC bays just up the road so moving luggage was easier.
While the property can’t fix the stuffy hot rooms without AC, it would have been nice for the fan provided to actually stay in position when on. I had to have to propped up with items just to get air while I slept.

El Check in es todo a través de una página que dispone la empresa de los apartamentos. Me creaba duda por todo el tema de datos . Pero el responsable de ponerse en contacto conmigo fue muy amable, resolviendo todas las dudas.

Balkontür und Warmwasserregler der Dusche waren defekt. Vincentiparkgarage kostet 25€ pro Tag.

Die des Zimmer war nicht in Ordnung, sodass wir nicht das Zimmer verlassen konnten. Es hätte sein können, dass wir nicht mehr ins Zimmer kommen konnten. Nach einer Reklamation hieß, jemand würde die Tür reparieren aber es kam niemand. Das Reininungspersonal sagte, dass bekannt war, dass die Tür nicht funktioniert hat. Erst nach mehrmals Telefonat wurde ein anderes Zimmer angeboten ( ein größeres Zimmer). Es war sehr unangenehm. Das Hotel werde ich nicht mehr buchen, weil bei einem Problem kein Personal vor Ort gibt.

Pasamos mucho calor porque nuestra habitacion no tenía aire acondicionado. Nos pusieron un ventilador pero hacía mucho ruido. Sofa- cama incómodo. Nos alojamos 3 noches y solo nos pusieron cápsulas de café para 2 días. Demasiado caro para lo que se ofrece.

תחזוקה של הדירה ירודה. לקחנו את הדירה היקרה ביותר והיינו צריכים לטפס במדרגות תלולות ולא נוחות כל פעם שרצינו לצאת או להכנס לדירה. דבר שלא נאמר מראש.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, exactly in the centre of Baden-Baden. It was very well equipped with kettle, tea/coffee and anything a traveller would need during their stay. We stayed with 2 little kids and it was great!
It’s nothing negative, just the site don’t have a parking space and the closest one is around 400m away, which could be a bit problematic if you have a lot of bags. Not an issue though.

Wirwollten die E-Bikes nicht auf der Straße lassen: wir konnten sie in den Keller räumen, war aber mühsam. Beim Raustragen hat uns ein netter Mitarbeiter geholfen.

É bastante barulhento. O apartamento do primeiro andar é no andar da calçada, o que faz com que ele seja ainda mais barulhento. O apartamento não tem micro-ondas e a maquina lava e seca não fica dentro do apartamento e sim no subsolo. São 3 maquinas para todo o prédio, uma única funcionando corretamente.

Wir haben die Wohnung zu 4 gemietet, 2 Schlafplätze waren auf dem ausziehbaren Sofa. Der Schlafplatz ist nicht für 2 Erwachsene Personen geeignet, sehr unbequem, die Matratze ist weich und gewölbt. Es war sehr schade, weil sonst würde sie Wohnung volle Zahl bekommen.

Only slightly irksome thing was there was an iron, but no ironing board we could find.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Die sehr zentrale Lage in kurzer Gehdistanz zur verkehrsfreien Altstadt. Grosses Studio mit 2 grossen Räumen und 2 Balkons mit Sicht auf das Friedrichsbad. Sehr ruhige Lage in Fussgängerzone.
Es mangelt an einer gut sichtbaren Beschriftung mit dem Namen des Hotels. Eine kleine Kartontafel ist vorhanden, ist jedoch nur schwierig zu finden.. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht richtig, nur ca. 6 Kanäle mit gutem Empfang. Alle weiteren Kanäle nur mit zerhacktem Bild. Ein Angestellter hat sich zwar um Besserung bemüht - jedoch erfolglos. Der Aufzug funktionierte nur sporadisch, kein Spass für Bewohner der oberen Stockwerke. Das sind die Konsequenzen von "personal-losen" Häusern.

The place was not clean, with stains and even clothes from the previous tenant still present. I didn't pay attention, but the facility had no air conditioning, and it was extremely hot and hard to sleep. They provided fans, but that didn't make any difference. 🥵

1.) Die Wohnung war um 15.00 Uhr noch nicht bezugsfertig. 2.) Wir stellten fest, dass von den Vormietern in der Wohnung geraucht wurde. 3.) Es fehlte ein Geschirrhandtuch 4.) Für 2 Kleiderschränke standen 2 Kleiderbügel zur Verfügung. 5.) In der Dusche fehlt eine Ablagemöglichkeit für die Seife . . 6.) Den Haarfön fanden wir defekt vor 7.) Die Geräuschentwicklung (Straßenlärm, Bewohner der weiteren Wohnungen sowie der nicht immer funktionierende Aufzug wegen der hohen Temperaturen 8.) Das Be- und Entladen des Reisegepäcks war problematisch durch das Verkehrsaufkommen 9.) Den Aufenthalt haben wir um eine Nacht verkürzt.

Very hot, needed additional fans and pillows. Shower was so hot (and cold water not working) couldn’t use the shower. On check out, saw roach crawling on wall in kitchen.

Online-check-in bzw. das Öffnen der Tür mit den entsprechenden Codes hat zunächst nicht geklappt. Telefonkontakt. Der Gesprächspartner war sehr bemüht. Auch mit weiteren zugewiesenen Codes ging nichts. Dazwischen immer wieder Warten. Wir erhielten ein anderes Zimmer. War nervig, aber schließlich alles gut.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Tolle, geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage von Baden-Baden. Alles wird bequem und unkompliziert durch Whats App benachrichtigt - Erinnerungen, Türcode . Im Haus gibt´s einen Fahrstuhl. Wir hatten unsere Wohnung auf die dritte Etage und hatten sogar Balkon in jede Zimmer! Sehr bequeme Betten.

Es gab ein Durchgangszimmer, was man wissen sollte. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Fernseher hatte kein Empfang. Bei 6 Schlafplätzen sollten auch 6 Teller, 6 Gläser, usw. da sein.

If you ever need anything - forget. 1) You paid for the mandatory city tax and Caracal Thermal (or other tourist destination asks for guest card that must be given to you for city taxes you paid) - forget it. Pay full price. Limehome replied to me online after I threatened them my lawyer will contact them to discuss their ignorance of my request to provide guest card!! A few hours before my departure... 2) Someone broke into our apartment almost bumping to my wife was only in underwear.. That guy used 'universal card' to open door. He did zero excuses. He insisted he is from some company and he needs to check something in the apartment. Requested who was that from customer service and asked who else we shall expect. Phone support told me to write to their WhatsApp. Response arrived 2 hours later 'It was a cleaner mixed the room' though I know cleaners to face (they helped me to get to the room) and guy introduced him as some company service provider... So they are lying in their reply to my request where I explained it was some company service provider... No reply if it is safe to leave child alone etc. absolute ignorance of my questions (till next day I wrote them about lawyer will contact them). Basically the only adequate people were cleaners and they were blamed for everything that happened by customer service.. 3) SofaBed has a hammock shape... You cannot sleep on it unless you can roll like a cat or dog when you sleep. I would better have smaller room or further from Caracal rather than this one with above accident 1 and accident 2 and major inconvenience 3. To note: since Limehome didn't respond to me at all for almost 24 hours - I contacted booking support. After 30 minutes I received from booking 'we were unable to get a dime compensation from the LimeHome for the things that happened to you... Booking gifted me 19.3 euros as a good will compensation from their pocket.. It is on 225 euros 2 nights stay.

The pull-out couch for the 3rd person (our daughter) was broken in several places and dangerous as a metal bar was standing out and sharp. Also the sliding door for the shower was also broken.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Als Touristin hat mir der Aufenthalt insgesamt gefallen. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Atmosphäre war grundsätzlich schön. Allerdings war ich ehrlich gesagt enttäuscht, weil das Zimmer den Fotos nicht wirklich entsprach, aufgrund derer ich es gebucht hatte. Ich habe das Apartment ganz bewusst für ein Fotoshooting ausgewählt — vor allem wegen der besonderen Atmosphäre auf den Bildern, der schönen Spiegel an den Türen und des Lichts. Vor Ort war ich dann überrascht, dass genau diese Spiegel gar nicht vorhanden waren und der Raum insgesamt ganz anders wirkte als auf den Fotos. Ich hatte ursprünglich sogar zwischen einem Apartment mit Balkon und diesem hier überlegt und mich extra wegen dieser Stimmung auf den Bildern dafür entschieden. Deshalb war die Enttäuschung leider ziemlich groß.
