Rajveer singh staff member on front desk is arrogant, ignorant and disrespectful for guest and his hotel owner. If the hotel keeps such a bulldog, they will shut your hotel’s shutter very soon. There was water problems in all washrooms and poor maintenance of hotel. They also did not offer us welcome amenities. This time, it was a horrible experience.

I stayed at chandravilas heritage udaipur Excellent hotel.Owner is most gentleman and take care of all customer himself. Most enjoying stay there.Neat and clean hotel. Reasonable tariff compared to facilities offered. Thanks for everything Shri Pratapsinghji.

Just basic n decent tk stay....took our request for early chk in..positively...chk out is at 11 which is a bit early considerjng that last morning darshan opens arnd 11.15 am..hotel management must consider such things....

Hotel is gd but missing some basic ameneities...its not centrally heated .thy dont serve complimentray water bottles....and the price given by booking.com to me was way high than the actuall tarriff plan.... No bf spread .....n the boys there serve customers as per thier wishes..service takes too long time..

Everything was superb about this property (stayed here couple of years ago) but this time wifi wasn't working inside the bedroom. Had to go to reception to get wifi. That was a big disappointment. They need to be sure this issue is fixed going forward! Excellent food in the restaurant!

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was super comfortable, and the views from the Window were breathtaking. Staff was very cooperative. Food was awesome. unforgettable Stay. This hotel is perfect for anyone looking for a blend of luxury, history, and nature. I highly recommend it for families, couples, or solo travelers. I can't wait to come back!

Pathetic hotel. Checked in today. The wifi is not working since more than two hours. Called on the reception 3-4 times but getting evasive rude ruplies. The front desk staff especially Chandani and Jaisingh Thakur are very rude. They have refused to call the manager. Chandani has informed me that there is no one above her in this hotel. Horrible behaviour of the front desk staff.

One of the best Hotel of Nathdwara, just walking distance from Shrinathji Temple, Food was awesome, there is a huge garden space available for parties and weddings. It is located just opposite the Lord Shiva Statue. Overall a nice experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sky Imperial Hotel Gopal Darshan. The location is incredibly convenient, being near to the temple and the majestic Shiva statue. This family-friendly hotel offers the best service we've experienced. The staff were attentive and ensured our comfort throughout our stay. The hygiene standards were impeccable, which was very reassuring. The distance to the temple is minimal, making it perfect for those who wish to visit frequently. Additionally, the food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options to satisfy all tastes. Everything is superb. Its owesome property, with huge spacious rooms. Staff is very helpful. You can see shankar Bhagwan statue very near to you as it's just walking distance from the hotel. Hotel garden is very clean and peaceful. I will visit this property whenever I come in nathdwara.

Nice property with all facilities and beautiful location. I went here for a short staycation with my wife and they had all the facilities and comfort that you need outside for a stay . So this is highly recommended property to stay in Nathdwara.

Very good service. Prompt response. As specially Mr. Dharamvirsingh is nice person with ever smiling face. Room's were very nice neat and clean staff was so kind and cooperative. The manager was so nice and gem person and always ready to helping guest's. Aslo the food was so delicious and the kitchen staff service was so nice it felt like we're at home and demanding for chef more prantha please hahaha it was really a fun. And specially that garden siting area used for dining was so so nice. Again' thanks team gopal darshan

Mr Dharmveer singh shkhawat is a very friendly and caring person and takes good care and goes out of way to see that you are very comfortable while staying at gopal darshan .The rooms are large and clean. Bathrooms are also hygenically kept clean. There are more nice big rooms and this place is also good for a group of friends who want to enjoy Rajasthan. They have a Beautiful place to sit outside and enjoy your tea with sunrise *Sunset.The chef also makes good veggy food. Our 2 pet dogs felt homely and were happy here wagging their tails . This is also a pet friendly place. Their team staff also courteous & helpful . We enjoyed staying here. Peaceful and Refreshing. Your energies get Revitalized here. We enjoyed our stay here and Will surely stay here again on our next visit. This is a very budget friendly hotel with decent and tidy rooms and a very beautiful garden area. You can enjoy your meals right outside your rooms in the garden. The food is really good and the service is excellent. The place is good.. the service is very fast.. the staff is really friendly and supportive.. we had our lunch there and it was a great experience.. the place is near to the statue of belief.. from our room we could see the statue clearly.. all over a good stay

The hotel is out of town behind the huge bronze statue so transport is needed to go anywhere. Its comfortable and clean and the food was quite good, so for the price we were happy.

The front office team of a hotel is a very important part of the hotel, because the front office team represents the entire hotel. So the front office team here is more welcoming than you can expect. One thing I would like to say is that after coming here you will not miss home because the atmosphere here is like home. Beautiful iconic building enhanced by stunning service at every turn. Food and drink were lovely, room was perfect and the open garden seating area is a haven from the hustle and bustle of Nathdwara! Would happily recommend this hotel to everyone. It’s not expencive, and an good experience you’ll never forget!

The sky imperial Gopal darshan is a property, second to none! It is always nice to get back to the hotel after a day out touring Nathdwara! The staff are always very helpful and well spoken and make you feel special! The rooms are clean, the bed and pillows are very comfortable! The garden here is very big and they also provide badminton and football to the guests so that the guests can come here and enjoy their trip with the family. That's why I would suggest the hotel 110% to my friends group and family members.

Very close to Shrinathji Temple. Best hotel of Shrinathji. The Sky Imperial Group is running more than 4 hotels in Nathdwara itself. Food was very tasty and delicious. Overall nice experience it was.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to. Kind, warm, welcoming and generous staff. The interiors are made from the best of best quality. The quality is top notch when it comes to hospitality and management. All the chefs are so good at what they prepare. Amazing and delicious food. Recreational facilities are very modern and Staff are on the ball when it comes to maintaining them.Rooms are top notch and housekeeping is of a very high standard. Great location for the hotel as the view is just fantastic. Hotel is of good quality and rooms are super clean, staff are friendly and helpful with quick service. Recommend anyone visiting Shrinathji and Statue of belief to stay here. :)

Our experience at this hotel was exceptionally comfortable. The hospitality was excellent, and the food's quality and taste were impressive. The hotel's proximity to the Statue of Belief allowed us to enjoy a view of the Lord Shiva idol, and the staff exhibited politeness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

The stay was pethetic and horrific as we witnessed bed bugs. We left the hotel right after that three o'clock in morning we had to clean whole luggage after coming home. Don't know will be able to stay in any hotel after such scary incident.

I think they just need to have room heaters for winters, this will make them exceptional in all fronts.

Excellent and peaceful location opp lord Shivas great statue,away from hustle bustle of old city but just 1 km away from the Mandir. Very well maintained. Good restaurant serves everything. Courteous and helpful staff.
