The hotel needs to add more warmth to their service and increase customer experience. They can improve by getting customer luggage from the car as soon as they see guests arriving at the hotel. We had to ask the guard to get the luggage off the car. Also, there was no luggage trolley and the bags were being dragged and some of them fell on the way

Reviewed May 29, 2026I really liked the property’s excellent location, very close to the Statue of Belief. The rooftop pool offers a stunning clear view of the statue, which was a highlight of the stay. The rooms were spacious, neat, and clean, the room service was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Reviewed May 16, 2026The room that I initially booked was not given to me. I had to go back and forth with the hotel to get the room I had paid for. Also, I had forgotten my earrings after checking out and I called the hotel immediately so one of the lady attended my call and I told her where I put those earrings and she told me she will get back to me but she did not.
The staff is not well trained in house keeping very bad experience and also they respond back to your queries

The hotel room and even the passages were dusty and dirty. The service was not that great either, they didn't even keep water bottles and towels even when asked multiple times. There was no value for money!

Still they took 20-25 minutes to handover the key of room. Similarly they took more time to pic the luggage at the time of check out Food was below 3 star hotel level.
