Es waren kleine Fruchtfliegen im Zimmer, nur sehr wenige. Sie haben uns zwar nicht gestört.

La chambre était propre, les serviettes de bains sont changés tout les jours. Le personnel d'accueil est serviable et souriant. Il y a beaucoup de choses à manger au petit-déjeuner.

La quantité du petit-déjeuner était suffisante mais moyennement qualitative. On a demandé une petite attention pour l'anniversaire de ma conjointe mais il n'y a rien eu... Le personnel du petit-déjeuner était peu souriant.

Emre on reception was so helpful, smiling and always there to help. The dining room staff worked hard in what is quite a small area. Loved the large shower The small garden area is delightful. Good aircon

We didn't like the view from our balcony, but we should have moved- our fault.Our stay at Mai Inci has probably been longer than most- 9 days. Would have loved a pool- again our choice, but something to bear in mind when it's hot and humid, and you're not just passing through.

Was very warm welcome I felt like at home , very high level hospitality . And many thanks to Emre , he tried to help every issue we needed and gave all support by all matters that occurred, that’s we feel like at home by such kind attitude of personnel

Hotel w super lokalizacji bardzo blisko starego miasta. Sympatyczny i bardzo pomocny personel, zwłaszcza Emre. Nielimitowany dostęp do kawy, wody i herbaty.

Trochę małe pokoje i krótkie prześcieradła, które ściągały się w nocy, ale nie wpłynęło to na komfort podróży.

Emre je bio jako pristupačan i uvijek spreman pomoći. Učinio nam je boravak ljepšim, trudio se učiniti sve što je u njegovoj moći da nam boravak bude još ugodniji.

Buka unutar hotela, tanki zidovi. Sve se čuje iz drugih prostorija, čuje se puštanje vode dok se netko tušira (pušta vodu) iz susjednih soba. Doručak svaki dan isti.

Personalul a fost deosebit de atent, în special Emre -“one man show” 😀. Felicitări hotelului pentru calitatea serviciilor oferite.

Emre is very welcoming person……We stayed here for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, very close to many tourist attractions, which made it really convenient for exploring the area. A special mention to the host, Emre. He’s truly the best! He was always available whenever we needed anything and made sure everything was taken care of. You can reach him anytime, and he’ll always got it covered. His hospitality made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Erg vriendelijk personeel. Speciale vermelding voor Emre, die ons erg goed geholpen heeft van check-in tot check-out. Zijn enthousiasme is aanstekelijk! Erg ruime kamers, met grote badkamer en balkon. De ligging was erg prettig: dichtbij het centrum maar weg van de drukte. Uitgebreid ontbijt met kwalitatief goed eten.

Eigenlijk niets. Alleen wat kleine details: een lichtpunt in de douche zou fijn zijn en de toiletrol houder hoger en dichterbij het toilet. Maar dat zijn echt puntjes op de i om het geheel af te maken.

The staff were very kind, welcoming and very helpful. Emri was the best for everything to be honest. I received a Turkish bath from one of the ladies, forgot her name. She works with Sue. They were both so helpful and kind.

The smell from the drainage pipes from the bathroom. No windows to let air in to ventilate plus the noisy neighbours who banged doors and spoke in loud voices during the early hours of the morning. Breakfast eggs were served cold. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about to be honest.

Das Zimmer war sehr schick, minimalistisch und warm, ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal (Herr Islah und auch Herr Emre) waren sehr freundlich. Das Hotel wirkte familiär und gab ein Gefühl von Sicherheit.

Amabilitate deosebită din partea stafului, curățenie , mâncare delicioasă și o atmosferă de vacanță , recomand cu mare drag :) Îi mulțumesc în special și personalului Emre care e foarte amabil și atent :)

I had a wonderful stay at Mai İnci Hotel and truly enjoyed my experience. The location is excellent, very close to the city center, which made it easy to explore Antalya. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained. What impressed me the most was the kindness and professionalism of the entire young team. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. I especially remember Emir, who was very kind and helpful during our stay. The service was truly excellent and the whole team deserves appreciation. Maşallah! If I come back to Antalya, I would definitely choose Mai İnci Hotel again. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. 🙏

Nice location but not sure the reviews I read were honest. Staff was nice enough

So only a flat sheet on the bed and one light blanket. We had to ask for a 2nd blanket so we would not fight over it. Towels were paper thin.

Tweede verblijf hier. Mooi, proper hotel in het centrum. Personeel zeer vriendelijk, in het bijzonder de twee jonge mannen van de receptie.

El hotel queda es muy bonito cerca de las atracciones, el personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar, muy amables y el desayuno espectacular. Excelente lugar lo recomiendo.

Everything was clean and nice. They also accommodated our request for two separate beds, which we really appreciated. We arrived very late at night and they were there to welcome us — everyone was extremely polite and hospitable. The only downside was the mosquitoes — they absolutely ate us alive 😄 The breakfast was delicious! I’d recommend coming early if you want to make sure there’s still some dessert left. And a special mention to Emre — such a great guy! We really enjoyed meeting him and wish him all the best and lots of success in his career!

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. It is just 10 minutes from the old town center. For the beach it’s slightly far away but the taxi will get you there very fast. In specific, the staff were the most helpful and kindest people ! EMRE was an excellent host and he helped us with everything ! He definitely is one of the main highlights of our stay at this hotel !! Thank you Emre, see you soon !

amazing staff isla and emre cared about us in every detail. also the woman from breakfast was very friendly and nice. we got free water and coffee. we got some sweets. amazing sitting area very relaxing. great breakfast. amazing location. parking in front of the door was perfect.

unfortunately the baby bed was missing in the night but isla tryed everything to make something possible. he brought a bed from another hotel. it was a bit damaged and improvised but it worked for one night. room 301 climatization was not really regulating, always cold, we had to turn off with the baby. bed sheets were on the wrong side with the plastic on top, very sticky at night.

Location is very center. The building we stayed was very modern and the rooms were clean. Breakfast had a good selection. Parking is done by valet which is amazing as you don’t have to worry about parking on narrow roads.

Toutefois la masseuse répondait à ses sms et ses appels téléphoniques durant le massage Pression lors du Check out pour que la note de 10 soit mise dans l’évaluation booking Absence de couettes et de bouteilles d’eau Le petit déjeuner débute à 8h00 ce qui est un peu tardif notamment pour les départs en excursion

Nous avons trouvé que l’établissement était surnoté sur booking par rapport à la qualité globalement assez cheap (ameublement/ déco, literie, petit déjeuner, produits de bain). Le personnel est sympathique mais ils étaient aussi trop insistants pour qu’on leur mette 10/10 sur booking en commençant par nous faire croire que leur bonus dépendait de ça puis en allant jusqu’à nous proposer un refund de 20€ contre 10/10. Nous comprenons pourquoi l’établissement est surnoté.

Emre was so helpful and thoughtful all the time. Very good location and the team is amazing. Islah is a good guy as well and work so well! Definitely a 10/10 hotel.

28m2 can be a bit small to a room for a couple but it works fine with some imagination for the luggage

Regrettably, the only good thing was the location and the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff. Complimentary instant coffee, tea and water in the room. I didn't use the sauna facilities so not sure about the quality.

I booked this place because of its location. It had quiet good reviews and I wanted comfort (not luxury!) for my last night. Very disappointing and I got bad value for money. I paid almost 90Euro for 1 night for a room without a window. This was mentioned apparently which I didn't see so my bad. However, the room was in the basement, hence no windows, with no proper lights in the bathroom and it was quite dark. The kettle didn't work and they replaced it immediately. Also the toilet seat was broken/not attached so I almost fell. Impossible not to notice during housekeeping. Also here, the staff was responsive and solved it immediately. Not possible to lock the door from inside, they explained it was for fire safety. Worst thing was the heavy sewer smell in the bathroom in the morning. And as there are no windows, impossible to air the room. Also their kitchen is in the basement so you are woken up by sounds from the kithcen. Towels and linnen smelled heavily perfumed, so not suitable for people with allergies or asthma. Breakfast was moderate.

The sauna cost coupon was not respected, the personel are different from reception, the lady in sauna was not there seems the admin and someone call her at the end the price was not respected as in booking The finish sauna wood was defekt. some nails were going out, dangerous

The service provided its excellent. The stuff, the food, the facilities. Emre is extremely kind, helpful and always willing to help to matter what you ask for. I stayed at the hotel several days this summer and always he was super helpful. For my mums birthday he also prepared a surprise for her and my mum was super happy. I feel at home when I am at the hotel. Also I feel safe and I know that anything that I would need they would help me. Thanks once again to everybody. Emre thank thank you for take care of us with a smile every day.

The locations was great close to local shops, resturants and the Old Town Centre which is great for shooping also10 mins from the Konyaalti beach. Staff was great and very accomodating and very helpfu. Sauna turkish bath and massage are to died for. Definately would visit again.

Only thing I did not like was that the breakfast meals wasn't hot mostly cold but the variety on the menu was quite big and changes each day

L'emplacement est top, le personnel est adorable et très à l'écoute. Ils ont répondu à toutes nos demandes. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était bon et très diversifié Le lit était confortable et la chambre était propre

La chambre sans fenêtre donne sur le réfectoire ou l'on prend le petit déjeuner du coup tous les matins on était réveillé par des bruits d'assiette, de couvert ... Les murs sont très fin, le soir nous entendions les gens dans leur chambre soit parler soit faire leur petite affaire 😅

We had a very enjoyable stay at Mai Inci hotel. Thr location is very good, near the old town marina and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the kindness and the helpfulness of the reception staff, who made us very welcome through the visit. Would definitely recommend.
