There is a pharmacy next to the hotel with a wonderful, elderly doctor who gave me a great allergy spray after the first night of staying in this building.

Actually, during this trip I used more than five places to stay, and this property was the absolute worst by far. It started at the reception with a foolish, provocative creature who is unfit to deal with human beings; perhaps if he were tasked with dealing with black plastic bags that have no reactions, it would be better. After that came the epic of the foul-smelling elevator with the sounds of a blacksmith's workshop, and then the room. Starting with the bathroom and the sounds of the aqua park from the toilets of all the rooms and the worn-out, ancient towels, and a massage with a specialized therapist should be free after sleeping on this bed. Then the terrace, where the aqua park water simply wets the floor while enjoying the sight of the dilapidated copper pipes for the air conditioning and the toilet ventilation pipe to complete the picture with the indescribable, horrific scene of two nights: the first night I didn't sleep, and the second was a nightmare of falling from the Düden Waterfalls.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good enough, location is very good, WIFI was very strong, every day room was cleaned and changed towels. room we stayed was nice, had two balconies, kitchen, dining table and two rooms, good for family :).

It would be great if there was iron and washing machine in family rooms. proper cleaning is required like vacuum cleaning, changing sheets for long stay guests.

Billederne gav et indtryk af, at hotellet og værelserne var større, end de var i virkeligheden, og gangene var lidt smalle. Der var også noget renoveringsarbejde igang. Spiseområdet til morgenmad var indendørs, men åbent ud til, så det blev meget varmt at sidde og spise der. Desuden bad vi om en ekstra dyne,men fik at vide, at der kun var ét tæppe/lagen til rådighed pr. værelse

Mic dejun bun. La circa 15 minute de orașul vechi. Personal simpatic, in special Anil si colegul lui de la recepție.

Finom reggeli, jó elhelyezkedés, a hotel kívűl-belül szép. Felszereltség is tökéletes, kifejezetten jól esett a hűtönkben várt víz.:)

Az egyik recepciós férfinek a stílusa nagyon arrogáns volt velünk szemben, a hotelben levő szobánk ágyának matraca barna foltos, amely párnával volt eltakarva, illetve pléddel.

We stayed 5 nights. The Staff was really very Humble and helpfull. Its located in the center of city and nearby Market and only 30 min far from the Airport.

The most important thing to stay in a Hotel is Cleanliness, and this Hotel in the Fotos of Booking.com was not the same as I saw at the time of Booking like (Entrance, Room View, Window View) even my Balcony view was in the back street where I can not see anything or actually nothing, and I could not enjoy the Balcony at all. we were actually coming back to Hotel just to sleep because it was not so cheerfull in the Hotel. The Batroom was stinky even after I complained many times but the smell was still their, the lady which came to clean my room she just took the garbage and folded the old Bedsheet instead of changing the new Bedsheet, then suddenly after 2 days one Light broken in the room, after complaining it got repaired next day but after repairing the technician left the lot of dirt in the room. Sometimes even the water in the washbasin was also stinking.

Cleaness and bad room service as theybwere off! , we checked in @10 PM, and we couldn't get extra blankets or replace dirty sheets, brolen door locks

The hotel was revamped, or in the process of it, which made hotel "newer". The usual breakfast area was being revamped, which had us dining outside the entrance on the "veranda" of hotel, which was nice, as it much cooler in the hot weather. The breakfast was Good, sufficient for a day out on tour. The hotel was in walking distance to the coastal area, and on the bus route. The Tram station also within walking Distance

Breakfast could be earlier (8 is too late), as the tour operators collected passengers soon after 8am, not giving one much time to enjoy the breakfast if included.

The location is beautiful next to the sea and some local market

We checked in late about 10 PM, and House keeping was closed! We asked for extra blankets and change some sheets, but they couldn't do it, room air condition filters were blocked, i had to clean the, the family room we reseved had broken door lock for bathroom and between the two rooms, toilet papers were on the trash box, with no hanger, the people voices from the room below was heared.

El establecimiento está perfecto calidad precio . El desayuno estupendo. Estaban reformando así que irá a mejor todavía. El bus al lado. Al lado había sitio para comer riquísimo según sales a mano derecha ,100% recomendado .

Ubicacióna unos 20 minutos del casco antiguo y de la playa 30 /40 minutos caminando que con el calor es un poco insostenible. El desayuno si coges excursiones que suelen empezar temprano no te da tiempo por qué empieza a las 8:00 .

De locatie was goed. Het centrum en MarkAntalya was te bereiken op loopafstand. We hebben ook heerlijk genoten van het prachtige strand Mermerli, dat ook heel dichtbij het hotel gelegen is, naast de haven. Een paar personeelsleden waren vriendelijk.

De hygiëne en de geur in de badkamer. Er zat ook schimmel aan de muren in de douchecabine. Wellicht kan het hotel hier wat meer aandacht voor geven. We hadden een large standaard kamer. Het was ook een teleurstelling dat het hotel bezig was met het renoveren van het restaurant beneden. Er was hierdoor niet zoveel plek voor het ontbijt en zitplek om te ontbijten. Dit is niet eerder gecommuniceerd en dat is jammer.

Very nice service. I've arrived at 9AM and they allowed me to leave my bags at the reception until the actual check in time, and allowed to have a breakfast the same day because next day I was checking out early morning before the breakfast time. Breakfast itself is nice and filling. The room is modern, with a balcony, fridge, kettle and coffee/tea. Bathroom amenities were also included. Location - easy to find, a lot of shops/cafes nearby

For those who are looking for a hotel near the beach - note that it's quite far. The sea is 5 minutes walking but it's a cliff not the beach. To the Konyaalti beach you can still go by public transport.

The room was relatively clean and the breakfast was also good. The staff was helpful in organising the tours and trips and were ok with us leaving the luggage at the reception. Most of the staff speak English and there is free tea and coffee all day. There is sauna and hamam at the lower floor, we tried them and they were good, although there was no steam. Usually hamams have steam.

Be advised - they do not accepted free early check-in, you will have to pay 15 euros per person for check-in before 14-00 and 35 euros if you want to also take the breakfast. The wifi in the room is not so good. The room was clean, but we found items under the bed, so it was not properly addressed. The mirror in the room was cracked, and the handle to one cabinet was loose, we had to screw it in ourselves.

Hotellissa oli remontti josta ei ollut mainintaa, aamupalalla tarjottavat loppuivat jo tunti ennen, huoneessa hirveä tupakan haju ja likaista, huoneen ovea ei meinannut millään saada auki ainakaan ovea 406 jossa avain pyöri vain ympyrää, olisi aihetta päivittää ovet kortillisiin. Ilmainen Hamam oli plussaa, joskin hyvitys remontin aiheuttamasta haitasta.

Отель находится в центре Анталии, очень удобное расположение. В номерах все необходимое есть, все очень чисто. Завтраки вкусные, все по домашнему. Отдельное спасибо персоналу, администратору Надие, очень любезная, все покажет и расскажет.

The 16.00hrs-24.00hrs staff (Semil and Nadha) were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was under renovation and it should have been mentioned when people booked. The spa was not available either, because of the reconstruction of the lobby and breakfasta area, it was dusty. Parking is not available and very difficult to find a spot. There was no lactose free nor vegan milk available and being a lactose intolerant, i had to buy my own milk.

Der var ikk noget varmt vand! Der var meget larm da det er under renovering som ingens steder oplyst inden booking. Der var støv og beskidt alle steder. Der var ingen Juice eller andet til morgenmaden. Senge var dårlig a ligge i. Man havde 10 cm at gå på får at komme ud på altan altanen, man skylle møve sig fordi seng seng og væg, ingen måde handicap venligt som står beskrevet under booking. Generelt bare en rigtigt dårlig oplevelse og vil aldrig anbefaler stedet til andre!

Everything was really nice. We had an amazing time at the hotel. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff were so helpful and respectful. Semi (nightstaff)was so helpful and always ready to help us. Hassan Bey the manager was so lovely. Met the owners of the hotel who were very nice. Had tea with them.

Прекрасный отель, за свои деньги - очень приличный вариант. Сейчас ведется реконструкция, но работы не мешали. После выезда сотрудники на ресепшн извинялись за доставленные неудобства, если они были. Через какое-то время обещают открыть спа. Персонал - отдельный респект. Отзывчивые и приветливые ребята. Заселили в 13:00 без дополнительной оплаты. Русскоговорящий сотрудник на ресепшн каждый вечер. Номер - без сюрпризов, все как на фото. Удобные спальные места. После каждой уборки - пополнение туалетных принадлежностей. Завтраки примерно одинаковые, но достаточно разнообразные - можно выбрать. Кофе, чай на ресепшене в доступе круглосуточно бесплатно.

Поведение соотечественников, которые думали, что за такие деньги заехали в отель 5 звезд, по-хамски вели себя с администраторами, будучи в нетрезвом состоянии.

Un accueil chaleureux et convivial, l’hôtel et propre et à la moindre petite question ou problème vous pourrez toujours compter sur eux. Les employés ont toujours le sourire peut importe l’heure à laquelle vous les voyez. Un petit déjeuner de qualité encore merci pour sa, ont c’est bien régalé en tout cas. Les chambres sont propre, lit confortable, salle de bain impeccable pour deux personnes. Je vous recommande vivement cette hôtel, je vous souhaite de passer un très agréable moment avec eux.

Personnel super, souriant, réponds a tout nos besoins avec plaisir, un bon petit déjeuner,.les chambres spacieuses avec une belle douche a l'italienne, rien a dire. Je valide sans hésiter,

Ils ne parlent pas le français . Il manque le jus de fruit pour le petit déjeuner Lumière gênant dans la chambre, le grand spot est juste au dessus du lit, très gênant quand on est allongé et ceux qui sont à côté sont très fort .

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We were given a warm welcome by the professional and attentive staff, who were always ready to cater to our needs with a smile. The room was spacious and clean. The buffet offered a wide selection of delicious dishes. The location is ideal, close to the main attractions.

It’s true that there was some renovation work going on, but it didn’t bother us.

Fantastic hotel, the staff were supportive, friendly and always at hand to provide help where needed. Refreshments and food were brilliant. The location was lovely, only 10 mins to the sea.

Zimmer im 8.Stock mit großem Balkon und tollem Ausblick über die Stadt. Check-in war schon eine Stunde früher möglich, Zimmer war bereit. Freundliches Personal am Empfang, besonders hilfreich, als der Transfer verspätete.

Es gab Umbauarbeiten im Restaurant, deshalb war es beim Frühstück etwas eng.
