The terrace was definitely one of my favorite parts such a nice place to relax, enjoy the atmosphere, and take in the amazing view. I had a great experience here, and this hotel will definitely be my first choice whenever I come back to Chefchaouen.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’excellent emplacement de l’hôtel, à proximité du parking, de la place Outa El Hammam, de la Kasbah et de Ras El Ma. Le personnel était également très agréable, gentil et serviable. J’ai aussi apprécié le rooftop, qui est un bel espace avec beaucoup de potentiel et une jolie vue.
Je n’ai pas apprécié le niveau de propreté et de préparation de la chambre à mon arrivée : poussière sur le lit et les coussins, couvre-lit déchiré, taché et sale, ainsi que l’absence de serviettes et de peignoirs dans la chambre. J’ai également trouvé la télévision très lente et difficile à utiliser. Le rooftop, bien que joli, manquait d’entretien et de nettoyage. Le petit-déjeuner était également décevant en termes de qualité, de variété et de présentation, et ne correspondait pas au tarif de l’établissement. Plus globalement, j’ai trouvé que la qualité des prestations et le niveau de service n’étaient pas à la hauteur du prix payé.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Just a few steps from the entrance to the Medina next to the road which means that the taxi drops you next to the door and you don’t have to carry your luggage. On the other hand, if you choose to stay inside the Medina, please be aware that you will have to carry your personal belongings through steps and uphill which is not at all convenient. Nice roof top.
Noisy at the night because of music from nearby clubs. Furthermore, and this has nothing to do with the hotel, Chefchaouen is much overrated, it’s packed with hoards of tourists and has totally lost its character. If I knew, I would have certainly preferred to stay in Tetouan which is 75 min away and offers a much more authentic experience not spoiled by massive tourism.

L’accueil est chaleureux, le service est irréprochable et tout est pensé pour que l’on passe un séjour parfait. On s’y sent comme à la maison. Je recommande les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette magnifique expérience ! 💙

The room was super clean, the staff were so nice and kind, the breakfast was also good, and the view from the room was magnificent since I booked a room with a Mountain View. The best thing about the hotel is definitely the rooftop since you can see the whole city and the location of the hotel is just few steps to kasbah.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Konumu Chefchaouen medinasına çok yakındı ve yürüyerek gezmek için oldukça avantajlıydı. Teras manzarası ve otelin otantik atmosferi çok hoştu. Dağ manzaralı odamız fotoğraflarla uyumluydu ve iki kişi için yeterliydi. Odada mini buzdolabı, saç kurutma makinesi ve Nespresso kapsül kahve makinesi bulunması güzel bir detaydı. Personel İngilizce iletişim kurabiliyordu ve check-in/check-out süreci oldukça hızlı ve kolaydı. Kahvaltı çok geniş olmasa da yeterliydi, ayrıca geleneksel Fas kahvaltısından lezzetler bulunuyordu.
Otelin otoparkı bulunmuyor ve bölge oldukça turistik olduğu için çevredeki otopark ücretleri yüksek olabiliyor. Ayrıca duş ürünlerinin ortak büyük şişelerde sunulmasını hijyen açısından çok doğru bulmadım. Terlik ve kulak pamuğu gibi bazı temel otel ekipmanlarının olmaması da eksik hissettirdi. Sessizlik arayanlar için çevre biraz gürültülü olabilir.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist für anreisende mit eigenem Auto sehr gut gelegen. Man hatte in der Nähe Parkplätze gegen Entgelt. Vom Hotel aus, war alles gutläufig zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, jedoch lag unseres an der Hauptstraße, wodurch man eine hohe Lärmkulisse hatte. Das Hotel hatte ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Rooftop, mit Blick auf die ganze schöne blaue Stadt. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine geringe Auswahl.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026The location is perfect!!! You can easily get to the main attractions and the view from the windows (including the bathroom window) was spectacular. The breakfast differs from traditional Moroccan ones as there is self-service buffet which is really nice.

Overall, the hotel does not fully match what is shown in the photos on Booking.com. The pictures seem staged, and in reality the place does not look as good. In particular, it lacks the authentic local atmosphere that is suggested in the photos. The ownership and overall concept feel a bit inconsistent — the hotel is run by a Chinese owner, which creates a somewhat unusual mix that doesn’t really reflect the local character. The food quality is quite poor. Breakfast is very basic and disappointing, and dinner is not much better.

I only regret that they didn’t have the rooftop restaurant operating at all

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Vraiment les avis negatifs des gens rien avoir avec la réalité. J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour aider. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et bien équipées. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout ce qu’il faut pour profiter du séjour. Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment très bon. Le petit déjeuner servi à la terrasse avec une belle vue. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir

TV was there but did not work (in the whole hotel)
