Visited for my wife's 30th birthday, which was exceptionally well designed by the hotel. The wine trail package was especially curated based on our requirement, and it was exceptionally well delivered by the hotel team. I would highly recommend buying the hotel's Wine Trail Package; it is very worth it.

We recently spent two wonderful nights at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Nashik, and it turned out to be a truly memorable family getaway. As we were travelling with our two grown-up children, the hotel had arranged interconnected rooms for us, comprising a Deluxe Suite connected to a twin-bed Deluxe Room. This setup was absolutely perfect and gave us the feeling of staying in a spacious private apartment rather than a hotel. The suite was beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with every amenity one would expect from a Radisson Blu property. What made the stay especially memorable was the thoughtful way in which experiences were curated for us. A highlight was the private visit arranged to Vallonné Vineyards, where we enjoyed a guided wine experience amidst the beautiful vineyards. To make it even more special, the team packed a lovely picnic for us to enjoy surrounded by nature, making for a truly memorable afternoon. We also loved the excursion to the Pandavleni Caves, which was seamlessly organized by the hotel. A dedicated chauffeur and knowledgeable guide accompanied us, allowing us to enjoy the experience without worrying about logistics. The dining experiences across the property were excellent, the spa was wonderfully relaxing, and every member of the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality were evident throughout our stay. Radisson Blu Nashik offers much more than comfortable accommodation. It creates experiences and memories. We left feeling refreshed, well looked after, and already looking forward to returning.

Location is slightly in busy location where residential buildings are surrounded. Food was superb and service in Food Area was outstanding. Staffs are very kind and they feel you comfortable and relaxed.

Breakfast spread was good. Particularly liked Aloo Paranthas. The housekeeping and restaurant staff are very good. Particularly Shubham was helpful and other staff very pleasant. The Food quality was good.

Reception was cold. The interaction was not friendly but adversarially; although the check out was ok. The location is in interior , away from main road, with access road through residential area.

It took an hour and half for our food to arrive at the bar. We extended our stay, went to the pool and asked the reception to get our room cleaned. Came back to a dirty room. Went to the pool, ordered food, after 455 minutes they came and told us they don’t have the salad I ordered. Ordered a chicken tikka roll, took more than 1 hour to arrive. I wanted the room cleaned while I was at the pool as we had someone visit, but we then had to get the I to a dirty room even though we extended had clearly stated that I need it cleaned. Called the reception to speak to a manager, I was told they will get back to me but no one did.

Loved the friendliness of the staff, felt welcomed as soon as I neutered the hotel. The view from the room was great and the room itself was beautiful and the restaurant ambience and food at dinner was fantastic.

The cafe service was very slow. We went to get a quick bite for lunch and had to wait an extremely long time to get our food.
