They are your outstanding staff members and went over and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and cherished. The parking staff was nothing short of exceptional, be it parking assistance or even the guards at the main entrance. Full points to you for pampering us to the core. Ratan at the bar by the pool was extremely courteous and catered very well. Aishwarya at Pancharatna took extreme care and took impeccable care, however the food service could have been prompt. Chetan is an amazing artist and he single handedly took our dinner experience several notches higher with the amazing songs he performed. Out and out a delightful vacation with extreme care and amazing hospitality
Food service at Pancharatna was slow, but Aishwarya's hospitality and Chetan's beautiful performance made the evening quite exciting

The buffet in the night and morning was run of the mill and a bit on the expensive side.

It's a 5 star category property might be in the list but there is no such thing happened like 5star.when we arrived like other 5 star property they welcome by many other ways very special feelings .here it was not a single person to welcome us .no welcome drink was provided us.when we got checked in the room I was surprised there was nothing any welcoming complimentary in the rooms no fruits no chocolates no snacks kit nothing only water bottles. That was very unfair for us they charged us 10k approx for 1 night but it was not worth so far for us highly recommended not waste money here if you really expect and come here for 5 star treatment..they will provide nothing never get feel like it is there t star property please change the concept to 3 star..

It was good, we went on 04th Jan 2026 for 2 nights, I did not like the service, it was poor, i had to wait for coffee mug, spoons, I had to wait 30min or more for Panner Paratha etc as it was a weekday no public holiday, then also the service was so poor, think if it was sat or sun then what would have happen.
I had booked my rooms through Booking.com. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. When I reached the property around 12:00 pm, the staff at the reception said that the price offered by booking.com does not match with there price. We had to wait more then 1hr as the hotel staff was sorting out the matter. After waiting for long time I had to personally inform the staff that we are leaving for the downtown / city center, please call when the matter is resolved. Around 2:45 pm I received the call from the hotel, saying that they could not sort out the matter but they agree for the price as per the booking confirmation send me by booking.com. So we checked in by paying the agreed amount. You won't believe at the time of check out after 2 days stay, We were told to pay the difference amount. I argue with them as you had agreed for the price which confirmed by booking.com then why do you have to charge me xtra. I showed them the booking confirmation email which I had received on my email, where price was mentioned along with taxes. Finally I had to ask for the hotel Manager to sort it out. I asked the manager to ask that particular staff who had agreed for the price confirmed by booking.com & had accepted the full payment at the time of check in. Then the manager talk to the concern staff & sorted the matter. So it took my another 1hr at the time of check out.
