Reviewed Sep 14, 2026الشقة متكاملة من حيث التأثيث والترتيب والخدمات والموقع وحسن التعامل. صاحبة المكان انسانة رائعه جدا ومتعاونه جدا وخلوقة المكان بالنسبة لي الافضل وارى ان يكون النموذج الذي يحتذى به في أماكن الاقامة. قريب من كل شيء (سوبر ماركت، مطاعم، حلاق، محلات تجارية، محطة بنزين) ويوفر دراجات هوائية والموقع يساعد على استخدامها. مواقف السيارات متوفرة بكثره ومجانية الشقة من الداخل مريحة وشرحة وتاثيثها على أعلى مستوى نسبة الازعاج (صفر) تسجيل الدخول والخروج سهل وسريع اكرر السكن فيها وارشحها

Frühstücken entweder im gegenüberliegenden Hotel oder an der Hauptstraße mehrere Möglicheiten. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Altstadt von Riva fußläufig. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Wasser und frisches Obst zur freien Verfügung. Dachterrasse mit Pool und Bergblick.

It takes about five minutes' walk to the lake, and it is conveniently located near the street full of shops, restaurants and bars. The pool looks amazing, pity we did not have time to try. Highly recommended and would like to come back.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026أقمت ليلتين في هذه الشقق، وكانت تجربة رائعة. الشقة نظيفة ومكيّفة ومجهزة ومتكاملة من جميع النواحي، كما تتميز بإطلالات جميلة وموقع حيوي . أوصي بها بشدة للقادمين إلى ريفا ديل غاردا. لمن يحب المشي، يبعد السنتر حوالي 15 دقيقة سيرًا على الأقدام، وبالسيارة أقل من 5 دقائق. كما أود أن أتقدم بالشكر والتقدير لمديرة الشقق على حسن تعاملها وتعاونها معنا طوال فترة إقامتنا. كانت متعاونة وودودة، وساهمت في جعل إقامتنا أكثر راحة. تجربة جميلة وأوصي بها بكل تأكيد. I stayed in these apartments for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, air-conditioned, fully equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It also offered beautiful views and a great location. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Riva del Garda. For those who enjoy walking, the town centre is about a 15-minute walk away, while by car it takes less than 5 minutes. I would also like to sincerely thank the manager for her kindness, professionalism, and cooperation throughout our stay. She was very helpful and friendly, and made our stay even more comfortable. A lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here.

The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the TV offered access to a wide range of streaming platforms. Having a parking space in the underground garage was another great advantage.

The self-cleaning was a bit tiring because there were no rules about throwing fruit in the trash. In the morning, a lot of ants showed up. Luckily, the cleaner was nearby and sprayed them—thanks to her. We need to change the trash bag right away, or the ants will come back.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko do plaży / jeziora, deptaków, niedaleko centrum. Świetna baza restauracyjna, smaczne jedzenie. Bardzo udany pobyt, nie mieliśmy żadnych zastrzeżeń. Wrócimy i polecamy :))

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Property was in amazing condition and well equipped for a lovely stay in Riva. Well located very close to supermarket and a short walk to the lake. Apartments share a fleet of city bikes. We often ignore these in listings as you can arrive and find that there are literally just 2 bikes but there was a good amount so whenever we wanted a bike we could grab one. Fresh fruit in reception each day was a lovely touch. For the overall package of the apartment we thought it was good value for money.
It took a while to understand how to communicate with staff as they’re often out and about the property but once we figured out that WhatsApp is the best communication method staff were very responsive

Nie podobało mi się to,że mimo tylu zapytań o której będę robić check in i tak apartament nie był gotowy na 14. Dopiero po godzinie czasu po 13 h podróży dostaliśmy apartament. No i moim zdaniem powinno być sprzątanie apartamentu chociaż 1-2 razy i nie odpłatnie.

Reviewed May 30, 2026الموقع : ممتاز قريب من البحيرة و بجواره مجمع فيه عدد من المحلات و سوبرماركت كبير المساحة واسعه الاثاث جديد و نظيف جدا و حالته ممتازه المطبخ مجهز العزل عند اغلاق النوافذ ممتاز التكييف لم اجربه نظرا لان تشغيله يبدأ من شهر 6 فقط واقامتي كانت خلال شهر مايو الجو عند فتح النوافذ مقبول لكن صوت السيارات و خلافه يكون واضح جدا و قد يزعج البعض يتوفر مواقف سيارات ببوابة خاصة تسجيل الدخول و الخروج سهل و الطاقم متعاون طلبنا تأخير الخروج لمدة ساعة و تجاوبوا معنا شكرا لهم 🙏

Appartamento attico a letteralmente 2 passi dalla piscina, vicinissimo al centro storico, ultra comoda la possibilità di utilizzare le biciclette in qualsiasi momento del giorno. Tutto fantastico
