Location and general room and lobby area. Service was good.

Just outside the entry / exit there is a big dump yard. Difficult to walk past. Maybe cleanliness can be improved asking the civic officials to clear it regularly. Rooms were too small.

Location was near our relatives place and near the function that we had come to attend. The staff were excellent . Taxis were easy to access. Just a v good hotel with really nice staff and excellent food menus. We had Breakfast and dinner . Compliments to the chef. The bar staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was good with plenty of options (considering the business hotel). The rooms and other facilities were very clean; the staff (with the exception of the hotel front desk staff) were polite and helpful.

The air conditioning in the room was not working properly. Most of the time, the room was hot and, even when I set the temperature to less than 19° C, the actual room temperature never dropped below the scalding 24° C. The gym is small.

I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options every morning. The location was perfect — very convenient and close to everything we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the rooms were always neat and comfortable. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

There was honestly very little to dislike during our stay. If I had to mention something, it would be that the Wi-Fi connection was occasionally slow at certain times. Apart from that, everything else was excellent and enjoyable.

The location is good, and the staff is polite, decent, friendly, and helpful. However, the staff needs to be more attentive towards guests. I was asked to wait for five minutes, but meanwhile other guests who arrived after me were attended to first. Better coordination and attention towards waiting customers would improve the overall experience.

Heavy room freshner smell in reception, food was mediocre, stains on sofas, quilts, only one working lift as the other one was under maintenance the whole two days we were there

Complimentary breakfast buffet was quite good. The staff were well behaved and helpful.

There was a mess up with an a la carte ice cream order that took almost 45+ mins to be served, and then the correct order wasn't available .. However, the staff tried their best to make things better after the mess up ..

O atendimento na recepção foi péssimo!!! Como meu voo chegaria a Mumbai pela manhã, fiz a reserva a partir da data do dia anterior, para garantir que ao chegar teria meu quarto pronto. Ao ter chegado ao hotel, a recepção havia cancelado minha reserva e o quarto não estava disponível. Fiz a reserva pelo Booking, mas acabaram fazendo a maior bagunça com minha reserva, que foi cancelada e reativada várias vezes, inclusive depois de já ter pago o hotel! Nunca tinha passado por uma experiência tão caótica com relação à administração de reserva e check-in.

1st day of stay, staff entered my room while I went for breakfast, not for making my bed or cleaning room. But to check how many pax are staying in the room. They took one of the complementary bottle of water which I had just taken a sip and kept it out. When asked they said it's hotel policy to check how many pax are staying in room. Have stayed in ibis Abu Dhabi . This feels strange and my things were all in open when they went in as I had just gone for breakfast. This was not acceptable for me

Hotel is literally pathetic and zero service standards. they took 1 hour for us to wait for the checkin. rooms are so small and washroom was like that you are travelling in train.
