A most comfortable bed

Highly overpriced. Room tiny like a hostel yet 5* price. €225 room only mid week. TV wasn’t working

It’s a lovely hotel and not far from the 3arena

The room were were staying in wasent the best , we were in a disability room yet neither of us were disabled and the roof wasent finished in the room either also there was strange noises coming from the vent like there was pipes in it

Staff were really nice and personable and attentive. Bar food/ drink reasonable priced and lovely food. Breakfast buffet was 10/10.

Room - Bed was 2 single beds on wheels pushed together and mattress was so uncomfortable. Would be a really uncomfortable stay any longer than 1 night. Parking - factor this into your cost and hope you get a spot at the Mater Hospital close by. Roughly €15-20 a day

Not much. The room was spartan to say the least. No drawers. No chairs.

We booked a twin and got a double. The restaurant was just terrible. We ordered two aperol spritz and the waitress came back and said we could only have one as they had run out of aperol!!! WTH

It was very cozy and our stay was really good ,the staff was also very friendly and polite especially the lady with the short curly hair at the reception .Everything super clean and organised .

But it was very expensive because of the Weeknd concert so it was not very value for money .

Convenient for the mater hospital. Bright and modern vibes , prices are reasonable,for Dublin. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Room was quite compact, not a problem for me but I'd like a chair in my room as the bed isn't suitable to sit on.

Super Lage und 24h Check-in, perfekt wenn man um 3 Uhr morgens zum Flughafen muss. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und gut organisiert. Ein kleines Zimmer, aber es war auch gemütlich für 3 Nächte perfekt.

Die Duschbrause war nicht stabil, die Kabel der Steckdosen und Lampen haben einen gefährlichen Eindruck hinterlassen und der Boden war im Bad nicht sehr sauber.

NOTHING I have travelled a lot through rich and poor countries and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I plan to contact the owners and ask for a refund. I have never previously had a room with NO chairs, nowhere to sit apart from the bed, no place to put your clothes except a a rack with a few hangers., . There was a small table but not enough space to write on. I usually write up notes on visits each evening and sketch places.This was impossible as there was no room. The bed was comfortable but there were no side tables, eg you could not have a cup of tea in bed, or a bedside book or even your phone. The plugs at the wall were half way up the wall so plugging in a phone for example would fall on the floor.

Everything could have been better, from places to unpack your clothes, plugs at levels you could use, chairs ( basic I had assumed ) The food was poor quality although the breakfast was much better than the evening meals. Eg orange juice - which was just orange squash diluted not proper juice. A desert which had `raspberries` on the menu had one small strawberry cut into quarters Even the pizza was the cheapest type and I left half.

Thought for what American's eat for breakfast that it was overpriced, but understand you cater to all nationalities

Gute Lage, Fassade und Räume schön eingerichtet, freundliches Personal und umfangreiches Frühstücksangebot.

Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Beim Bett rutscht die Matratze. Und, dafür kann das Hotel nichts, im Umfeld ist die Drogen/Alkohol Szene sehr präsent, das stört etwas den ersten guten Eindruck

The room was clean and a good size, worked perfectly fine for our one-night stay in the city and is very connected to bus lines.

The air conditioning wasn't working properly, but when we alerted the front desk staff they said they already knew about the issue and that it affected the entire floor. We would have appreciated knowing about the issue before we checked into our room so that we could have selected a different room from the beginning.

Stanza ampia e ben fornita. Doccia molto spaziosa e prodotti del bagno di alta qualità. Molto apprezzata anche la disponibilità del bollitore e del tè. La reception è aperta H24. Il centro di Dublino è raggiungibile in 20 minuti con un bus che ferma a due passi dall'hotel.

Un po' di rumore durante la notte a causa dell'aspirazione del bagno e di alcuni rumori esterni.

Its a modern and clean hotel. The restaurant is excellent with good quality food on offer and excellent service from the staff.

My room was very noisy. I could here everything from the room above. As a lone traveller I was given a 'double' bed which was 2 singles pushed together. They separated really easy and I woke in the night having hilariously fallen through the gap.

The bed against the wall and the size of the room and the location

Staff could not be more helpful and managed to find us adjoining rooms even though we had not specifically requested them. Breakfast was great.

Location was good, facilities clean and safe, staff friendly and helpful.

We dined in the bar, the staff was friendly but the food didn’t measure up to the menu description.

Sympatyczny personel (zarówno na recepcji jak i obsługa), pokój nieduży ale wyposażony w niezbędne udogodnienia i czysty. Możliwość zameldowania i wymeldowania o późnej/wczesnej porze. Dobra lokalizacja - pieszo ok. 25 minut od Temple Bar, ale wokół kilka przystanków autobusowych, sklepy, apteka, kawiarnie i restauracje. Na rogu budynku bar a na.parterze restauracja z smacznym jedzeniem. Serdecznie polecam!

L'emplacement est bien, l'endroit est propre.

Climatisation difficile a contrôler. il n'y a même pas de chaise pour s'asseoir, ni table de nuit. Mobilier minimaliste qui l'endroit inconfortable.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist auch umfangreich, zum sitzen sehr gemütlich.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Leider wenig Ablage. Die Fenster sind nicht zum öffnen. Eine Garderobe an der Wand wäre hilfreich.

Wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

Personnels très gentils, pas loin du centre ville (25min à pied) et de l’aéroport (25min en bus) Chambre suffisamment grande! Aucun bruit venant de l’extérieur

Abbiamo avuto problemi con lo sciacquone ci hanno assistito ma il problema è rimasto, ma consiglio comunque la struttura. Una mezz'oretta di camminata dal centro

Location is walkable to city area. Good public transport access as well as airport access.

Rooms are tiny. The reception team have a poor SOP on holding guest luggage. Needs to be improved.

Inga bra förvaringsmöjligheter, inga krokar på väggarna. Enda stället man kunde hänga på var långt ner så en del kläder släpade i golvet.

Hotel was lovely and clean. Very relaxed atmosphere. Nice firm mattress which I loved, super comfortable.

We wanted some crisps.or nuts with our pint, bar had nothing like this. Not a big deal.

Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my time here. While the room was a bit on the small side and the location sits at the edge of the city (about a 20-minute walk to the CBD), the hotel itself makes up for it. The highlight was definitely the on-site restaurant and bar, which was excellent. Would happily stay again!

Bedroom was shocking. Very uncomfortable bed ,duvet was very thin and the bathroom was disgusting . Broken sink and shower head and the shower floor was filthy . Miles away from temple bar . Sat eating breakfast near the front door and a staff member started sweeping the doorway step above us all over our food . Was a overall bad experience

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Great Staff & Service I had a really enjoyable stay at the Dublin One Hotel and would happily recommend it. A special mention has to go to Maria on reception, who was excellent from the moment I arrived — friendly, engaging and genuinely welcoming. What really impressed me was that later on she remembered my room number at the drop of a hat. It’s those little touches that make a difference. The waiters and bartender were equally courteous, polite and professional throughout my stay. When checking out, Martin and Sigma were again excellent — friendly, efficient and a great final impression of the hotel. The rooms are a little on the small side, but mine was very clean, quiet and comfortable, which is ultimately what matters most. Although I didn’t eat in the hotel, I did have a look at the menu and the food coming out. It looked very appetising and, particularly for Dublin, reasonably priced. Overall, the staff are a real credit to the Dublin One Hotel. Whenever I’m back in Dublin, this is where I’ll be staying. 👏⭐

Nice modern hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, check in and check out was easy.

It's a 25 minute walk into central Dublin, but there is a bus that can be taken right outside the hotel. Also I stayed for one night and received 6 WhatsApp messages from the hotel. Some communication is good but this was a bit much. No parking at the hotel but can park on the surrounding streets with pay and display.

Colazione abbondante e di qualita, anche la cena a pagamento buona e al giusto prezzo. Posizione a meta tra il centro e aeroporto. Personale molto gentile che ha provveduto subito a risolvere un problema con la stanza. Possibilita di riempire nella hall l acqua con la borraccia.

Stanza un po piccola e quindi senza un armadio, i vestiti restano in valigia. Non vi é possibilita di aprire la finestra. Mancanza minifrigo in stanza.

Close proximity to Croke park. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good.

I paid 1000 EUR for two days also because of the Bon Jovi concert. But to my surprise I could see that the hotel prices declined substantially some days before the event. Maybe this is not unusual, but if you pay much more than other guests for the same product you feel exploited! Also the room was very tiny. There were no furnitures, not even a chair. Thanks God we only had hand luggage, for suitcases is no place in this room. Beside the bed there is no way to stay in the room. In the shower cabin the drain was clogged and the water wouldn't drain. All in all I paid a big amount of money only for a bed!

Great stay, friendly staff & very welcoming, great breakfast.

Shower just needed a new hose but other than that everything great.
