We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The location in Fatih is convenient, with easy access to public transportation, and the atmosphere is very pleasant for families. A special thanks to Mona at the reception, who was always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. She really made our stay more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you, Mona! We truly appreciate your hospitality and kindness.

There were a few technical issues in our suite, especially with the lighting, but the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Staff were very helpful, offered recommendations on where to go, places to eat and excursions. Location was excellent, only a tram ride to the center or if you are a walker this is easily done.

The room we were in needed some TLC and the TV and AC should already be set up ready to use.

The room electricity worked with magnetic card when ever going out the electricity will cutoff on the mini fridge

Habitación enorme y jacuzzi. Parking gratis q a nosotros nos vino genial para movernos en transporte público ya que el hotel está frente a la línea del tranvía T1 mejor para turismo.. Bien ubicado para ir al Aeropuerto. Buena iluminación para leer.

The staff at Porta Romanos Hotel were extremely helpful throughout our stay, explaining how to reach the main attractions and providing great guidance whenever we needed it. The room was clean and comfortable, with regular cleaning and fresh towels provided throughout our stay. The hotel also has an excellent location, with a tram station very close by, offering easy connections to Istanbul’s main tourist attractions. At the same time, it is away from the busiest and most crowded areas of the tourist center, which made our stay much more pleasant. Overall, a very good experience and a hotel we would happily recommend!

Emplacement idéal à quelques pas de l'arrêt de tramway et d'une rue avec plusieurs restaurants et commerces, le tout à prix bon marché.

L'organisation sur le service de chambre n'est pas au point. Malgré une arrivée à 17h notre chambre n'était pas prête et le jour suivant, le personnel était en train de faire la chambre à notre retour après dîner. Il y a également une odeur de cigarette assez présente sur les paliers et des fois dans les chambres.

A szoba 18:30 kor még nem volt kész! 10:00 óra utazás után ez pofára esés volt, 15 órára kértük a szobát! Nem volt parkolási lehetőség! Nem kaptunk reggelit, még jelzést sem hogy hónapokkal előtte megszünt a reggeliztetési lehetőség!

Family room was excellent, enough space for six of us, local amenities, 3 minutes walk to the Tram.

فندق رائع و خصوصاً موظف الاستقبال محمد جداً رائع ومساعد بدرجة كبيرة .

اشكر الاخ محمد السوري علي حسن الاستقبال والمساعده . قد طلبت في الزياره السابقه الاخت مني والاخ التركي بمساعدتي في تنزيل الشنط وقت الوصول ووقت الخروج وابلغوني انه لايوجد احد للمساعده ولكن زيارتي الثانيه اشكر شكر جزيل للاخ محمد السوري علي مساعدتي

بالنسبه لبرنامجهم السياحي اسعار مبالغ فيها جدا ويفضل ان تذهب بنفسك

النظافه وقربها للقطار الذي يودي الي سلطان احمد ويوسف باشا وايمنون وغلاطه

الموظفه مني والموظف التركي طلبت منهم ارسال احد معي لاانزال الشنط وابلغوني انه لايوجد احد في التحميل وفي التنزيل الافطار ينتهي 10:30 ونزلت حوالي الساعه 10:15 وكان هناك افطار وللاسف اخت مني ابلغتني ان الافطار خلص مع العلم بعض الاتراك دخلو معي واخذوا الافطار

Very good location, well connected by bus and tram and taxi. Great reception team especially Mouna who went over and above to ensure we are well attended to.

Comfortable little hotel at a good price near the old wall and train and bus nearby. Able to be picked up by a gammon service from the hotel. We walked to the Balek area via some mosques with a 18,000 step loop.

The main carpet areas need cleaning. A map of the area would be handy

Rien 2 réceptionnistes sur 3 à l’accueil étaient accueillants et désolés pour la qualité de prestation.

Petit dej ridicule nourriture de l’avant veille Literie pas confortable du tout Bordel dans le couloir Un réceptionniste à l’accueil ( iraquien je n’ai pas son nom qui a essayé de m’arnaquer lors du remboursant) Pas digne d’un 4 etoiles On devait choisir entre une chambre avec La climatisation qui ne marchait pas ou une chambre sans lumières dans la salle de bain Par quoi est justifié tout ceci: on n’est dimanche y a pas de techniciens et on a un pb avec le fournisseur du petit dej

Minor inconveniences like safe not working

I loved how smooth was the check in/out process. The staff is really amazing and helpful. I had an amazing experience with Muhammed Celal, and another Muhammed and a lady who worked during the daytime at the reception. Everyone is super-friendly and helpful. The staff is genuinely ready to help. M. Celal went above and beyond to help us make it on time to our flight in the morning and transportation arrangement. The location is super convenient. It is close to historic places and is in a very safe and nice neighborhood.

The facilities are outdated, and some need to be fully replaced (such as safes, refrigerator, etc). The place has an amazing potential and staff.

1- ontbijt 2- hygiëne 3- tv werkt niet 4- bedden en kussens 5- geen parkeerplaats 6- vertraging bij het schoonmaken van de kamer omdat er is alleen één schoonmaakster. Ik kwam terug naar het hotel om 18:00 uur maar de kamer was nog niet schoon gemaakt. 7- er is geen wagen voor de bagage en het is lange afstand van de straat naar binnen. 8- eigenlijk het is geen 4 sterren hotel.

أود أن أتقدم بخالص الشكر والتقدير لإدارة الفندق على حسن الضيافة وجودة الخدمة. كانت إقامتي في الفندق مريحة جدًا، ويتميز بموقعه الرائع لقربه الشديد من ميدان تقسيم، مما جعل التنقل واستكشاف إسطنبول في غاية السهولة. كما أخص بالشكر الأخ عبدالله، الذي كان مثالًا رائعًا في حسن الاستقبال، والاحترام، والتقدير، ورحابة الصدر. منذ لحظة وصولي وهو لم يقصر معي في أي شيء، وكان حريصًا على تقديم المساعدة وتلبية جميع الاحتياجات بابتسامة وأخلاق عالية. بصراحة، أشعر أنني مقصر في حقه مهما كتبت، فهو رجلٌ بمعنى الكلمة، ويستحق كل الثناء والتقدير. أنصح كل من يزور إسطنبول بالإقامة في هذا الفندق، وأثق أن من يتعامل مع عبدالله سيجد كل اهتمام واحترام وكرم في التعامل. شكرًا لكم، وأسأل الله أن يبارك في جهودكم ويزيدكم توفيقًا.

شخص اسمه ..محمد.. سوري الجنسيه سيء للغايه ( وانا جيت عنده للاسف على حسب التقيم من الاشخاص في بوكينق لكن هذا الشخص استغلالي جدا ونصاب وحرامي ومكان عمله غير مناسب لسمعه الفندق ارجوا من صاحب الفندق اذا شاف هذا التعليق .. عشان سمعه الفندق ارجوا تغير شخص محمد السوري الى مكان اخر غير الرسبشن عشان مانقطع رزق احد

The pictures on booking.com is not what you will see once you get there. It was very dingy looking and things wasn't working properly in the room properly. So we canceled our stay immediately and booked at a different hotel
