Amplasarea hotelului.

Nu s-a facut curatenie decat dupa ce am mentionat dupa 3 zile...nici macar gunoiul... masina a fost scoasa din parcare si pusa efectiv in mijlocul drumului pt ca ei aveau o petrecere... Micul dejun slab , foarte multa patiserie. Caldura in camera nu a functionat. Cafeaua apa chioara.

Everything. Bed was saggy, AC was loud, TV had no English Channels, room had no sound deadening, enclosed roof terrace was stinky and dour, fried items in breakfast were not edible, hotel felt like it was middle of nowhere, exchange desk had no money

Totul a fost excelent, de la locație, la personal, la curățenie! Recomand acest hotel.

Nothing indeed it was the worst hotel ever, I did not expect booking rate this hotel more than 3. I trusted booking and somehow I have the feeling my money is stolen.

A lot of thing: Extremely bad breakfast quality. The bahave of staff in reception. Only cleaning people were nice. They filled shampoo with water. Only 3 elevators for too many guests, we have to wait 15-20 minutes each day.

Cred ca este cel mai slab hotel la care am fost cazata in cei 15 ani de când merg la Istanbul. Mizerie, totul poposit, iar mirosul de vechi, igrasie si murdar, nu l-am mai întâlnit decât cand eram copil si mergeam în tabere. Mâncarea de la micul dejun, mâncare de cantina. Cele 5 stele despre care vorbesc ei sunt cel mult 2 margarete. Doar preturile produselor sunt la nivelul de 5 stele. Singurul lucru bun a fost masajul facut de balineze, dar pentru asta poti merge si daca nu locuiesti in hotel.Nu recomand!!!!

La proximité des transports

La chambre était vieille et défraîchie. L’hôtel est vieux et mérite un coup de rénovations. Ce n’est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le petit déjeuné n’était pas top. Les équipements et services proposés inadaptés Salle de sport inexistante

الانترنيت لم يكن يعمل داخل الغرف فقط في الصاله والممرات وقدمت شكوى اكثر من مره وكان الجواب بعد ساعه تحل المشكله ولكن إلى وقت مغادرتي لم تحل المشكله

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement, on nous a attribué une première chambre avec une forte odeur de cigarette + saleté sur les draps et poussière lorsque nous l’avons signalé à la réception ils nous ont envoyé une personne mettre du désodorisant ce qui ne règle pas le problème mais masque juste l’odeur nous avons donc demandé à changé de chambre. La deuxième chambre présentait également une mauvaise odeur et le lavabo de la salle de bain fuyait nous avons donc préféré changer d’hôtel, en revanche la personne à l’accueil ( chargé de la clientèle) s’est montrée compréhensive de notre situation et nous a facilité les démarches afin d’obtenir un remboursement.

Ausstattung teilweise defekt. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und in keinem guten Zustand.

Am stat la etajul 7 unde nu prea aveam semnal la internet , prosoapele sunt vechi iar la baie miroase a urina.

Personnel très sympathique et très attentif pour le service.

Le non respect de certains clients de l'hôtel pour l'accès à la piscine malgré tout les efforts du personnel que je tiens encore à remercier pour leurs services

Personnel disponible à l'écoute et très chaleureux. Merci à Orhun et Samet très professionnel . Tout comme le reste du personnel mes fils et moi avons vraiment aimé que ce soit au moment du check in qu'au check out. Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute.

E il servizio piscina finisce ore 18:00, ma già dalle 17:10 iniziano a dirti che tra poco devono chiudere al ristorante la mattina vengono e iniziano a dire tra poco dobbiamo chiudere quando il ristorante è strapieno scelgono a caso e vengono così a rompere, quindi non è stato un granché solo questi due cose, però resto tutto sommato va bene

Lo staf maleducati abbiamo chiesto se è possibile aspettare il reception perché siamo arrivati prima oppure solamente lasciare la nostra roba e andare a fare in giro finché arriva il momento del check-in ci ha trattato malissimo quindi mai più e non lo consiglio proprio la colazione è solamente uova pomodori, roba loro, quindi non dato proprio lo sconsiglio lo sconsiglio

A lot: dated interior felt fusty, dull, stuck in the past: noisy, very loud rave music all day long from the pool disturbed us in our room to the extent we could not just hang there and chill, noisy in the bar/ business are so very hard for my wife to work there, noisy and crowded at breakfast

J'ai bien aimé la chambre, elle était propre, le matelas confortable. tout l'équipement était là pour passer un bon séjour dans cet établissement. Il y avait un très large choix pour le petit déjeuner. Et le starbucks au rez de chaussée est un vrai plus en fin de journée après avoir fini de visiter.

Ma chambre n'était pas très bien isolée, j'entendais très clairement ma voisine discuter au téléphone ainsi que la personne de l'autre côté du téléphone. La porte donnant sur le couloir a une mauvaise isolation phonique. J'entends très facilement, le personnel de l'hôtel faire les chambres le matin de bonne heure et les personnes qui parlent dans le couloir ainsi que les portes qui claquent.

Geen plek bij ontbijt, mensen aten zelfs bij het zwembad. Hierdoor hebben wij geen een dag ontbijt gehad (terwijl we daar wel voor betaald hadden) zwembad niet echt schoon. Hotel is verouderd maar dat geeft het wel karakter.

Purtoppo l'hotel non ha soddisfatto le aspettative. Non è un 5 stelle per gli standard europei. Avevamo prenotato 2 triple ma la sera all'arrivo ci hanno assegnato 2 doppie con un divano letto da fare e durissimo. Abbiamo insistito per avere un terzo letto ma ci è stato posizionato in camera solo dopo il reclamo a Booking a 2 giorni dalla partenza. L'hotel è datato e il personale non all'altezza di un hotel 5 stelle. Inoltre ci è stato sottratto uno spazzolino elettrico e non abbiamo avuto nessun rimborso.

L’attesa agli ascensori, sopratutto nell’ora della colazione e delle partenza e’ troppo lunga. Un Albergo a cinque stelle dovrebbe trovare soluzione a questo problema che crea malcontento.

Uns hat dieser Aufenthalt bei Akgün Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Frühstück war perfekt verschiedene Sorten und bunt für alle. Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht im Zentrum aber nur 2-3 Minuten entfernt von der U-Bahn außerdem könnte man alle Ziele einfach mit dem Bus erreichen. Personal waren sehr nett und haben immer versucht, dass einem gut geht. Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben und Schlafcouch war auch sehr gemütlich also ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafcouch war für meine Familie und ich ausreichend.

Im Allgemeinen verstehe ich es nicht warum es erlaubt wird, dass die Menschen mit eigenen Kleidern ins Schwimmbad gehen, aus hygienischen Gründen hat es mir nicht gefallen und als ich mehrere Menschen sah dass ohne Schwimmkleider ins Schwimmbad gekommen sind, bin ich rausgekommen.

evidentemente in Turchia regalano le stelle ,non è possibile che un hotel a 5 stelle abbia il frigo bar rotto,poi riparato e la TV non funzionante ,mai sistemata!

Gefallen hat mir die günstige Lage zu Metro und Bus…

Abgelegte Matratzen, in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung, direkt an stark befahrener Straße gelegen und entsprechend laut, trotz geschlossener Fenster, was wiederum die schlechte Bausubstanz bestätigt.

Le parking souterrain est un point fort pour cet hôtel et le petit déjeuner est excellent. Chambre spacieuse. Arrêt de bus a quelques pas de l’hôtel.

Chambre et linge de salle de bain vieillissant. Literie un peu dure.

Bardzo bliska odległość do stacji metra i wielu linii autobusowych. Duży wybór dań na śniadanie oraz smaczna (płatna) kawa w barze. Pokoje w rozsądnym metrażu plus obsługa codziennie donosi darmowe butelki z wodą. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma.

To nie jest hotel pięciogwiazdkowy. Ogólny standard, komfort i udogodnienia nie przystają do europejskiej "piątki". Lobby bardzo ładne, ale w pokojach już jest gorzej. Najsmutniejszy jest bar na ostatnim piętrze, gdzie przy okazji można kupić kurtki skórzane :D Ostatnie piętro jest brudne, brzydkie i źle pachnie. Poważnym minusem jest stołówka, gdzie nie ma adekwatnie dużo miejsca, aby w szczycie pomieścić tylu gości. Ludzie jadają w jakiś przypadkowych miejscach. Dodatkową bolączką są tylko 3 windy na kilkunastopiętrowy budynek. W porze śniadań oczekiwanie na windę jest absurdalnie czasochłonne.

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden. Das Zimmer war in Ok. Die Lage des Hotels und die Nähe zur U-Bahn sind perfekt. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal war freundlich.

Die Beleuchtung war mir persönlich zu dunkel. Fernseher: Er war zu klein, die meisten Sender haben nicht funktioniert und die Fernbedienung war entweder kaputt oder die Batterie war leer. Mangelnder Service: Ich habe mehrmals die Rezeption angerufen, aber niemand ist rangegangen. Daraufhin bin ich persönlich nach unten gegangen und habe es angesprochen. Man sagte mir daraufhin, dass jemand kommen würde – bis zum Check-out ist jedoch niemand gekommen, und ich habe es aufgegeben, fernzusehen. Badezimmer: Der Abfluss war verstopft. Da ich aber alleine war und meistens nur wenige Minuten geduscht habe, hat mich das nicht allzu sehr gestört.

La manque de qualité du petit déjeuner, certains équipements manquants, le canapé lit inconfortable, des taches sur les serviettes, l’ascenseur s’arrêtait à chaque étage et prenait un temps dingue,…

Very good hotel, the staff were really helpful and nice, especially Samet and Orhun in the reception. The rooms are clean and neat and the breakfast had a lot of variation, would recommend to families!

Находится рядом с метро, автобус HVL1 из/до нового аэропорта Стамбула останавливается прям у отеля, хорошие завтраки и очень приветливый и помогающий персонал на ресепшен.

Отель очень старый, мебель из 90-х, санузел требует ремонта (вода не сливалась в душе, приходилось ждать, отваливалась вешалка для полотенец, полотенца старые, халатов нет). Ремонт в номерах и коридоре очень старый. В общем это твердые европейские 3 звезды.

Избрахме хотела основно заради покрития паркинг и близостта до градски транспорт. Пристигнахме по-рано от часа за check-in. Служителите ни посрещнаха спокойно и ни помолиха да изчакаме 30 Мин като през това време ни предложиха безплатни напитки. Храната на закуска беше отлична. На мен ми направи добро впечатление големият избор на маслини и сирене. Нямахме никакви негативни изживявания през целия престой и никакъв проблем с резервацията през booking.

Uitgebreid ontbijt. Prima te eten. Personeel was vriendelijk. Badkamer was schoon en ruim. Kamer ook lekker ruim.

Kussens waren vrij hard. Ik had 4 kussens maar geen een was zachter.

The location is great, right next to Topkapi station. The pool was amazing. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good.

The room needs maintenance. The AC is very loud and not very cold. The bed isn’t too comfortable. The shower head needs to be replaced. There was no gym.
