Radisson Bhopal

The hospitality was top notch.Shruti, Tushar (chef) and the gentleman at the front desk were all warm and inviting. The food was exceptional, something that 5 stars in big cities have forgotten. The room was also clean and comfortable. We requested for a single double bed which qas promptly arranged. All in all, a 5 star experience.

It was a really good experience staying at Radisson Bhopal. Shruti and Soni were really sweet.

I have stayed here a few times before and generally had a good experience, but unfortunately, my stay last week was very disappointing. The level of service was extremely poor compared to my previous visits.

Staff are not cooperating. Breakfast was horrible. Location is in the outer area of Bhopal. Overl worst experience in Bhopal. Staffs are insisting to book the hotel through makemytrip for getting bonus. If someone has done through booking.com then invoice will not be given. One type of harashment.

Everything was smooth. From check in to check out. Service was quick and staff was also very polite .

Breakfast buffet looked stale. Had to ask kitchen staff to make fresh puris and parathas. Overall the staff was good.

It did not feel like a Radisson. The building looked old, the lobby with just one seating area. It looked more like a three star. The location on a busy street did not have much of a view. My room was much smaller and did not have a couch, although both rooms were booked and charged as King rooms.

Single room key was given to every double room were two people stayed. To go to your floor also you needed your room key for the lift. These were the experience not only ours but also few families who stayed there.

The quality of food can be compromised. As some part of food is sourced from outside. Family member was hospitalized after mix of fresh and frozen dish. The airport pickup is chargeable. It was advertised on booking.com that airport pickup is included but this didn't happen.

Overall, it was an okay experience at Radisson, but the cafeteria needs some serious improvement 😕. The product quality, especially the local beer I ordered for ₹1700, was really disappointing - it was damaged! The hotel staff seemed pretty casual about it, just apologizing and saying they'd escalate it to management. When I pointed it out, they offered some vague compensation. And to top it off, I was charged for the pasta they claimed was a compliment 🤯. Not impressed!

Quality control on third-party products could've been better 😊. A simple check would've prevented serving a damaged beer. Staff response was polite but lacked urgency. Complimentary items shouldn't be charged, clearly a communication gap there! A proactive approach to resolving issues would've made the experience way better 👍.

Feedback- While the towels provided were very clean, but appeared dull. Brighter, whiter towels often give a stronger impression of freshness and cleanliness

the bathroom was filthy, with there being algae on the tile joints. this is certainly not expected of a radisson.

Nothing was great. Everything was average. Breakfast was good.

Location....too far from any place that matters. Very bad especially during morning and evening traffic hours. Rooms were worn down. Bathroom was worn down. Gym is very ordinary.

nice hotel - clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was good - central for what I wanted to visit. Restaurant was good, and the breakfast buffet was impressive!

It would be nice to have a bar to enjoy a drink at the end of the long day. Drinks are available, but only in the restaurant sitting at a table. This is nit-picking on my part - not a big issue but a suggestion

1.The check in and check out process was efficient. 2.The room met our expectation. 3.Our request for hard bed was implemented. 4.The Toilet was well designed , had functional dispensers. Hot water was easily available. 5.The restaurant was well designed. 6. The staff was polite and efficient in all the departments- Front Desk, House keeping , Restaurant & Porch.

1.Inspite of blocking the rooms by giving credit card details , we were asked to swipe the credit card again. 2.We had buffet in the restaurant for 4 days. The menu of the Buffet was 80 per cent the same on all the days. 3. There is only one restaurant in the Hotel
