Mountain Springs Motel

For one night, excellent, clean, comfortable beds, a reasonable motel, all worked well, AC unit a little mild noise, no problem though. .

It was alright.

Paid about 450 per night, so it was bit expensive for what it was. Very bare minimum, and the message in the kitchen is just a little unprofessional stating I am not your mum or something. Same message can be passed on professionally.

Needs some attention, stairs were dirty and for the price they are charging they could put away the dishes one uses and not charge if you don’t have the time to do so.

We had a lovely 2 night-stay at Mountain Springs Motel. Especially appreciated the fact that whenever we had a question, the response was immediate, very friendly and super efficient. Loved the “room in the room“, so everybody had their own space..Would definitely stay here again. Also, we feel Radium Springs itself was absolutely delightful, just like its people!!

The unit was well equipped and clean! We were upgraded to a 2 queen bedroom w/ pullout and full kitchenette and it was perfect for our family with 2 teenagers. The location is perfect and central within walking distance to all town amenities. The outside fire pit was a great addition and the property grounds well manicured. This property shows pride in ownership. Thank you for a great stay!

There was a picnic table and fire pit facilities outdoor. Kitchen has all the necessity stuffs for cooking.

My first requirement for a place is cleanlines, I mean cleanlines not only the room, beds llpheet, quilt, towels, etc, second thing environment, nice bbq area, fireplace, amazing and center location.

Did not like sofa, too saggy.

Die Lage war hervorragend. Restaurants und einkaufen fußläufig und Straßen in alle Richtungen um schnell bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu sein.

Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man hier in einem älteren Haus ist, welches vielleicht ein Update bräuchte. Ameisenköder im Bad sind nicht so toll. Leder bekam ich keine Antwort auf meine Frage wie die Steckdose im Bad funktioniert.

Good location, quiet, easily accessible. Room layout is excellent if you need two beds and are travelling as friends. The coffee was very good, and it was a thoughtful touch that there were wine glasses and towels for the hot pool visit.

The building itself is quite old, but it is very nicely kept.

The owner was very friendly at check in and provided good recommendations for places to eat dinner near the hotel. The location of the hotel was close to downtown and you could walk to shops and restaurants. The room and bathroom were clean and well stocked.

The views were beautiful. The staff was super friendly and the room was very nice.

Nos sorprendió la amplitud (eran dos habitaciones y baño grande) todo parecía recientemente renovado, limpio y cómodo. Tienes nevera, cafetera y microondas. No había nadie cuando llegamos, solo unos obreros que estaban renovando la recepción y que llamaron al dueño para que nos dijera la habitación.

Very good value, quirky little place, comfortable. This is an old motel and the furniture and fittings have been adapted over the years which is quite interesting and adds a personal touch. We liked this about it. Also liked the fire pit at the front and the provision of logs and an axe!! Rocky Mountain Big Horn sheep roamed around outside - all so peaceful!

Door didn’t seem very secure though in this setting that didn’t seem to matter!

It's your average older stay but it was fine for a night. I wouldn't want to stay for an extended period of time.

This is a nice family run motel. Great amenities like BBQs and sitting areas outside. The rooms are authentic older style and spotless!

The only thing I can think of was a loud fan in the bathroom. NOT a deal breaker!

Great place to stay at Radium hot springs. We were stopping here for the night and I wish we had come for a vacation to actually enjoy the place.

What a gem! Beautiful property with lovely outdoor spaces to relax. Great room with everything we needed. Comfortable bed! Owner was so friendly and accommodating.

Welcoming host, Steve, was very helpful in settling in. The room was already cooled as the a/c was on. Great to also have a fan as it was warm, and complimentary towels for the Radium Hot Springs.

The ice compartment in the small fridge was so iced over we could not fit our ice blocks in.

Steve, the owner was great, very friendly and helpful. The bighorn sheep grazing on the yard next to the gazebo was an amazing extra treat.

Parking was tight and this great property is still a work in progress. There was no ice available and the rooms, while comfortable, were very basic.

It’s an older building but was clean and well maintained. Nice little gazebo, deck, bbqs, and fire pit for use. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit the evening we were there.

Alles was tip top in orde!

Loved the outdoor spaces and the access to BBQ. It was nice that BBQ utensils were also provided. We enjoyed the sun deck in the mornings and evenings. The owner was very friendly (I locked myself out at 7:30am and received kind assistance). We were there at a hot time, but the air conditioning worked well. I would recommend some ear plugs if you are sensitive to A/C hum.

Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer, bequeme Betten. Zur Kaffeemaschine gab es Kaffeepulver. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, ruhige Lage, alles notwendige innerhalb 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar, Restaurant, Supermarkt, Touri-Info. Erwartungen voll erfüllt.

Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Bed was comfortable, bathrooms clean, use of BBQ complimentary. In other words; who ever was cleaning the rooms did a great job. Who ever was looking after outside was not doing a great job. Steve the manager came to the rescue when we were out of propane for the BBQ.

Carpets old and worn, outside areas around gazebo had junk lying around, broken BBQ. The one we used only partly worked. It was a big contrast to the well kept Motel property next door.

Our family of five needed emergency accommodation after the TransCanada highway closed due to a crash. We found Mountain Springs Hotel right away on Booking.com and it perfectly accommodated our make-up of couple, grandma, and two teens. The two private bedrooms in this room were ideal to accommodate all our needs. Steve was so kind welcoming us when we were quite stressed-out with this unexpected rerouting. We were completely comfortable overnight and then enjoyed our in-room coffee machine coffee out on the deck watching the early morning deer graze out front. I would recommend this to anyone and would love to come back on another vacation! (Also recommend the Big Horn Cafe up the street for morning pastries)

Could possibly have used an extra pillow or two, but frankly there were five for the five of us, so really can't complain! It was a really enjoyable stay!

Die Lage ist gut und das Appartement ausreichend groß für 2 Leute. Schön war auch die Möglichkeit, ein BBQ zu machen. Das haben wir mehrfach genutzt!

Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und braucht eine Renovierung.
