Granted we arrived shortly before their front desk closed at 9pm, the owner immediately said breakfast was not included because I had booked through booking.com instead of directly through the motel. He said the restaurant up the hill had great food for breakfast. It was raining and dark. The owner had to guide us in the dark upstairs to the outside door of the room. We had to use the flashlight on our phone to see the keypad to unlock the door. The bed was uncomfortable. The toilet ran continously unless you jiggled the handlle and wait for it to fill. Two coffee pods for two people with a sign posted that pods were available @ $1.00 each at the desk after it opened at 8:30am. We're ready for coffee and breakfast by 7am, so we walked up the hill to find the restaurant was pastries and coffee only. I'm sure this is a charming place for some, and the mountain view with balcony we would have enjoyed with coffee that was not available. Booking.com said breakfast was included. NOT

We were there for two nights. The room was not made-up after the first night but more importantly the coffee was not replenished for the second day. Breakfast offerings were only made available to guests who booked directly and not to those who reserved via booking.com. Found that more amusing than odd. The tv was not smart so bring your own streaming device or laptop/HDMI cable to connect the tv to your streaming services. These are only observations and not complaints. We will most definitely be back!

It was clean , comfortable and quiet. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast on the bus was a fun feature!

Lots of personality! Very good home cooked breakfast. Pauline is a wonderful host. The place reminded me of the Casa Larrea motel in Palm Springs.

Location was great, we stayed on 2nd floor facing the park. We couldn't make the breakfast but hear its amazing.

Pillows a little lumpy

Loved the whole atmosphere of this motel. Comfy beds, super clean. Pauline and Lee are so nice and they go above and beyond! Breakfast was awesome, everything was fresh and homemade. Highly recommend this motel! Location was great also!

The owners are very friendly, the bed was comfortable, we could park right next to our little cabin. Good shower. Everything very clean. Nice flowers around the grounds.

We didn't use the breakfast option since we had brought food and the time to come for breakfast was quite restricted. The place is really tiny. The kitchen is not well-equipped, shelves are quite high and no counter space. We had expected an efficiency cabin, but it was not easy to prepare meals in the space. There's an old-fashioned British double-decker bus outside the office, but we didn't really like that it played music continuosly. It wasn't super loud, but it just felt kind of silly. Some people probably would like it.

Owner. She was friendly and inviting. Good personality and accommodating.

I had 2 coffee pods in my room for the Keurig machine ( standard amount ). I personally like to have 2 cups in the morning and my wife 1 cup. There were enough creamers and sugar for 2 cups. Extra coffee pods were $1 ea. First time I came across that. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Thoroughly enjoyed the unique breakfast food & being able to eat it in the double decker bus! Owners were very friendly, attentive & helpful. It was great to get to know the owners a bit more.

The toilet was a little bit temperamental.

Music from a party from other guests made it an unpleasant night.

Located a bit off the highway made for a quiet stay. The Piccadilly theme was great!

Good location, cozy, very clean, very nice, friendly owners and staff, complimentary home cooked hot and baked light breakfast appreciated! We enjoyed watching lots of Big Horn sheep in the nearby street and park across the motel!

Such a sweet comfortable hotel. Lovely couple running the business and they go out of their way to please their guests. I highly recommend this little gem. Fantastic breakfast.

Price more than I expected after online search

This is a great place and I’ll stay here again. The room was exceptional, and you could tell they cared about everything. Wonderful people that run the place. Called me by my name all the time, so it’s more than just a check in, they want to make you truly feel welcomed. They were really engaging. My best stay of my road trip.

Only thing that was a downer for me was the parking lot. All gravel, no pavement. I can’t remember that last time I’ve stayed at a motel/hotel where the parking lot was gravel. It takes away from the wow factor, otherwise, this place would be a wow factor.

The updated motel style rooms, the Owners and staff are amazing very friendly. The rooms have been updated. Honestly was the best stay of our 5 night trip. Would recommend and will stay here again for sure.

Good location, comfortable room

Included breakfast was minimal and didn’t allow us to select our own items, served from behind a chain. When my wife asked for some fruit salad, it was literally one small spoonful with a few grapes and small apple pieces. For someone of my size and food requirements, it was disappointing.

All good. There could be some updates to modernize the bathroom. A bedside lamp and plugs for charging our technology would be an improvement.

The Piccadilly a small funky hotel it’s basic but very clean a friendly. Breakfast was good.

The hosts were the gem of this little hotel, while it's an aged property it's maintained very well and very clean. We will be back again!

Beds are a little firm for my liking

The room was great, a decent sized living/kitchen area with a compact bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was an unexpected bonus with a hot choice every morning. And we could sit in a 1964 British bus to eat it.

I booked Piccadilly because of the breakfast, but it is not served until 8:30 am. I wanted to get on the road early, so I missed it.

The owners are working hard to make the visit friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, linens are very nice and the TV is new. Gradually, the rooms and fixtures could be updated.

The property is located in a small town in British Columbia in the mountains! There are natural hot springs nearby. The property has an authentic double decker bus from Liverpool,England . The rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is included and freshly made each morning. The couple who own the motel are delightful to visit with. They truly want you to be happy with your stay.

The only negative thing about our stay was the bathroom was a bit small.

I like the fact that the room felt roomy, new and clean when we first arrived, and had a working stove and oven with a fan. The reception staff was really accommodating even though we arrived late, after the reception closed, but we could call late and let them know when we were coming, and they stayed open until we came. The hotel is theme after London and has a red double-decker outside. Whilst I couldn't have the complementary brekkie due to food allergies, but partner did and he found it really good.

It could have been a bit cleaner it some places, but it was just in some corners so was not a big deal. The counter space was limited in the the kitchen that made it a bit tricky to prepare food. With that said I need to prepare more food than the average person due to food allergies.

Recently renovated rooms and quirky decor with the double decker bus. Front desk clerk who greeted us was very kind and accomodating when we were slightly late to check in.

Nice place to stay, right next to the main strip of restaurants. Memorable setup with the bus out front, which you can have breakfast in (maybe weather permitting). "Cottage" is actually a small apartment motel, not fully detached, but we had no issues with noise. Staff are friendly, and the breakfast is worth getting up early for - especially whatever the special of the day is.

The bed was on the small size for a queen - still comfortable though.

I loved the London theme. They serve a very nice breakfast and would warm the Picadilly bus up in the morning and you could have your breakfast there and visit with other guests. That was very lovely.
