La chambre était propre, avec une jolie vue sur les montagnes environnant San Cristóbal, l'hôtel avec son patio avait du charme. Le personnel était courtois, le petit déjeuner, en buffet ou à la carte, était très bon, copieux et abordable. L'hôtel se situe à 5 min à pied du centre de San Cristóbal, ce qui le rend idéal pour visiter le centre historique, tout en ayant un environnement calme et loin des nuisances sonores du centre.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026Lage zentral, Ausstattung tip top (Badezimmerartikel sehr angenehm und natürlich), wundervoller Innengarten zum Abschalten, großes, sauberes Zimmer, riesiges Bett, freundliches Personal, kostenloser Kaffee im Zimmer. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt.
Nichts gravierendes: Es gab zwar kein Tageslicht in unserem Zimmer, aber Licht war ok und wir hatten direkten Zugang zum Garten.

El servicio de restaurante es muy lento y con alimentos promedio; su buffet de fin de semana empieza algo tarde (considerando que la mayoría de actividades como tours inician alrededor de las 6-7 am); me parece que el restaurante es un servicio independiente al hotel.

Planta baja súper ruidosa. Al ser los suelos de madera resuena un montón los pasos de los pisos de arriba. La habitación número uno que nos tocó daba pegado al restaurante y los empleados se ponen a trabajar fuera de éste, con música, hablando fuerte (limpiando cubiertos, preparando platos etcétera) Ponen música ambiente fuerte hasta las 10 de la noche sin necesidad

O banheiro não tinha blindex nem cortina e molhava muito na hora do banho. Tinha uma aranha bem grande e duas vespas no quarto.

The only thing that wasn´t perfect, was that early in the morning there were children playing outside my room and they woke me up. Also, the restaurant has great music but at some point they had electronic music and was tough to tolerate because it could hear it from my room. Apart form that, and still, I would go back. It´s perfecto for staying in San Cristobal. Thank you so much!

Reviewed Jan 2, 2025No tiene estacionamiento propio, tiene un convenio con un estacionamiento en frente pero tienen limite de autos, ademas el estacionamiento cierra de 10pm a 7am lo cual limita de alguna manera el uso vehicular, la master suite esta muy bonita, pero tenia fundido el foco principal del baño, y esta arriba del lobby y el restaurant, y al ser instalaciones estilo colonial, se escucha todo y viceversa.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2023I loved this place! It had a cabin feel with our room on the top floor, it was very quiet and private with a great garden. The location made it easy to get around anywhere we wanted. The beds were extremely comfortable. I was so happy to have selected this place!
When arranging for a taxi to the airport, I was disappointed with the pricing. They had me pay $1400 which I felt was a lot. When I made my way to the airport, I'd become friendly with the driver and simply asked, what's the normal price of a taxi to the airport, and he said $1000. I understand a commission for the hotel for 'calling the taxi cab company', but a 40% markup left a bad taste after an otherwise perfect stay. If not for feeling this, the stay would have been a 10/10.

The TV was frankly awful -- it rattled with any bass audio, and we had gotten spoiled with Roku TV whereas this one was strictly cable and not much of interest. The breakfast was good. The walls were paper thin and noises carried. Good front desk help though.

Reviewed Nov 18, 2023The rooms are super clean and spacious enough. The hot water in the shower was the best we had throughout our travel time in Mexico. The hotel staff was extremely attentive, helping us with high quality day trips and taxi bookings. Amazing value for money.
