Reviewed Sep 17, 2026El lugar es HERMOSO y la ubicación inmejorable, estás encima del centro. Las habitaciones son amplias y todo muy lindo. Muy cómodo que hay un resta dentro del hotel muy amable.
El staff no es nada amable. La vdd me hospedo ahí por lo lindo, porque las camas son bastante duras. Nos salió una cucarachita en el baño :( y pues las chiquititas de esas que te indican plaga.

La chambre très belle donnait dans la court principale, donc un lieu de passage avec beaucoup de bruit. Chambre pas très bien isolée. La salle de bain petite avec le rideau de douche qui se détachait tout le temps.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Esperienza purtroppo deludente, soprattutto considerando le ottime recensioni, per il quale continuo tutt’ora a stupirmi, che ci avevano portato a scegliere questo hotel. Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo riscontrato una scarsa pulizia della camera: bagno non pulito adeguatamente, capelli trovati in diversi punti e persino sulle lenzuola. In generale, le camere ci sono sembrate molto diverse da come vengono presentate online e decisamente bisognose di maggiore cura. Sono piccole, scomode, non confortevoli a partire dai cuscini che hanno il riempimento in palline di cotone, al materasso del letto a molle. La cosa più spiacevole è successa durante l’ultima notte. Lo staff ci ha chiesto, come cortesia, di lasciare la camera e trasferirci in un’altra. Abbiamo accettato senza problemi per venire incontro alle esigenze dell’hotel, aspettandoci ovviamente una sistemazione almeno equivalente e avendo sottolineato di darci una camera al pari livello. Ci siamo invece ritrovati al piano terra in una camera con un fortissimo e persistente odore di chiuso e cantina, davvero sgradevole, tanto da dover tenere le valigie chiuse per evitare che anche i vestiti prendessero l’odore. Quando è l’hotel stesso a chiedere a un ospite la disponibilità a cambiare camera, ci aspetteremmo quantomeno che la nuova sistemazione sia dello stesso livello, se non migliore. Nel complesso, per la nostra esperienza, facciamo davvero fatica a comprendere le valutazioni “eccellenti” che avevamo letto prima di prenotare.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Heel mooi en sfeervol gebouw. Mooie kamer, heel fijn dat er een open haard in de kamer was! Omdat het regende toen wij er waren wel nodig! Het klein balkonnetje is ook fijn. De kamer die wij hadden was wel vrij donker, de kamers die hoger zijn, zijn mogelijk leuker.
Ontbijt was duur dus dat hebben we ergens anders gedaan. En wat we vreemd vonden, was dat de verkopende inheemse Maya vrouwtjes gewoon in het hotel hun waar mogen verkopen. Ze zijn erg opdringerig en onderbreken gewoon je gesprek om hun waar te laten zien. Ze duwen gerust een poppetje in je gezicht terwijl je in gesprek bent met de receptioniste 😂. Ze kennen geen gêne meer.

La habitacón de un súper tamaño, muy limpia, solo que la cama estaba un poquito dura. Pero en general maravilloso. El desayuno exquisito, la atención del personal maravillosa, súper antentos y nos ayudaron mucho con tips y sugerencias para visitar sitios cercanos.

Lo que no me agrado fue que el estacionamiento esta ubicado en la segunda sección del hotel, ya que en la sección donde nos alojamos (primera sección) no contaba con estacionamiento propio.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026L'hôtel possède de charmantes cours intérieures. Il est bien situé dans San Cristobal tout est faisable à pied. Le parking de l'hôtel est gratuit. La chambre était spacieuse.
Très déçus pour le bruit !!! Les chambres ne sont pas du tout isolées pour contre le bruit. Simple vitrage, jour sous les portes. On entend la télé des voisins, les gens qui parlent dans le couloir. Une discothèque le soir. Des tirs (coups de fusil, pétards ?) régulièrement le jeudi matin de 4h du matin à 8h toutes les 10 minutes environ. D 'après le réceptionniste il s'agit de l'église mais n'est pas trop sur... Passez votre chemin si vous souhaitez vous reposer !

La primera habitación que les dieron a mis papás de tercera edad estaba en el piso de hasta arriba en un rincón (a pesar de solicitar una cerca y accesible a su llegada a recepción). No tenía secadora de pelo, toalla de manos y no servía la caja fuerte. Los cambiaron una noche después ya que ellos estaban dispuestos a cambiarse de hotel. La segunda habitación estuvo bien.

We found nail clippings on the bedside table. I understand a stray hair being missed by a cleaner but multiple nail clippings.. I expect better. We notified reception and said we didn't have to change rooms or anything but we weren't thrilled by their response. The floor was quite dirty too and some of the cornices were covered in dust.. really not clean.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026La ubicación es muy centrica, a 1 minuto del Zócalo. También el hotel tiene un patio muy cómodo con mesas y sillas para relajar. Hay limpieza todos los dias, entonces todo es muy limpio. Hay también estacionamiento disponible para los huéspedes muy cerca del hotel.
Las ventanas de las recámaras tienen algo de madera en la parte superior que se puede abrir para entrar aire. Desafortunadamente, como la madera no está muy grueso, se escucha el ruido del pasillo, incluso cuando la ventanilla esta cerrada. Pero fue el único problema.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025It was beautiful and the staff was very helpful and kind. They recommended us with the best tour guide!! FYI If you go out there ask them about the tour guide contact they have. His name is Julio and he is amazing and affordable for all the tours you’d like!! The facilities were accesible, we didn’t get to eat there but the food looked delicious.
The only reason I did not give it a 10/10 because the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and hard.
