Next to public transport. About a 20 minute walk to most central attractions. Great river view. Rooftop bar lovely. Staff very helpful especially at breakfast.

20 euros for a simple breakfast is a bit excessive. Breakfast is cold if you go after 8am. Few options only. A few varieties of bread . Some fruits. Watermelon was good. 2 coffee machines. Not impressive. Best to eat out. No lunch or dinner option. Rooftop bar is very busy & smoking means it’s not comfortable if you don’t smoke or are asthmatic. Room with the river view was excellent. Comfortable beds. Shower - only half covered with glass - water overflows outside & floods the area around the loo. Not advisable to shower after 9am ( the cleaners dry the area for you after) so then the area is dry for the rest of the day.

i liked the rooftop bar

the staff was rude, when i entered the hotel nobody at the reception even bothered to look or welcome me, when i greeted them and started giving context before i asked where we can park the lady cut me off and started saying i she cant do anything until everyone is here. we were driving in 2 cars and it turned out we would have to sit and wait for the second car to come before we can do anything. the checking in process wasn’t too pleasing. this type of hospitality can really make someone uncomfortable at the beggining of their stay, i understand that everyone can have a bad mood but working in hospitality especially in a hotel with a certain standard - you should make your clients feel welcome at the very least.

Das Frühstück war gut, die Möglichkeit draußen zu essen eine schöne Variante. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse war wunderbar, unser Zimmer mit Flussblick waren eine gute Wahl und die Nähe zur U-Bahn perfekt. Eine ungewöhnliche Bilderauswahl im ganzen Hotel war sehr passend und originell.

Von der Dusche lief immer Wasser ins Bad, egal wie vorsichtig man sich anstellte. Die Tür vom Frühstücksrestaurant zum Innenhof ließ sich nur schwer öffnen, mit voller Kaffeetasse fast unmöglich ohne etwas zu verschütten, der Boden dort klebte bei jedem Schritt, die Tür voller Fingerabdrücke... .

Der Rezeptionstisch schaut nicht nach einer Rezeption aus. Ein Mitarbeiter in einem ungebügeltem Shirt ,da ist der erste Eindruck gleich mal nicht so toll. Der Sessel im Zimmer war schmutzig. Duschgel in der Dusche war leer.

Hotel nuovo e moderno, in ottima posizione direttamente sul Danubio, dove trovate una river walk con dicersi locali. Il centro è raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti a piedi e la metropolitana è proprio di fronte all’ingresso. Ottima colazione e molto bello il roof bar sul tetto. Parcheggio coperto dell’hotel completo al nostro arrivo, ma ci hanno indicato un parcheggio pubblico coperto a meno di 10 minuti a piedi, anche più economico.

Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Fijn dat er ook glutenvrije opties waren. Verder was de service prima en was er meer dan genoeg.

Staub unter dem Bett und an den schwarzen Möbeln.. mich hat besonders gestört das das Fenster nicht aufzumachen geht. Hatte ich leider vorher nicht gelesen. Waren 7 Nächte dort und keine Abwechslung beim Frühstück. Jeden Tag die selbe Wurst und Käse.

Conocía otros Radisson Red y este está muy a la altura de los estándares de la cadena. El personal de recepción es muy amable y eficiente. Las instalaciones, zonas comunes y habitaciones muy limpias y con una estética relajante. El rooftop es precioso y tiene bonitas vistas despuntando los techos de algunos monumentos vieneses. Otro aspecto importante es que hay una boca de metro en la misma puerta del hotel que, además, sirve como túnel pasar al otro lado del canal. Nosotros pudimos llegar desde la estacion central sin problemas. Igualmente, basta con cruzar ese túnel o el puente y ya estás en el centro de Viena. Nosotros tardamos como 10/15 min para llegar a la catedral. En cuanto al precio, teniendo en cuenta el promedio de Viena, me pareció muy acorde a la calidad del servicio. Repetiría.

Die optimale Lage in Wien, das überaus freundliche Personal an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück und im Rooftop-Restaurant.

Die Bettwäsche war zwar eindeutig frisch gewaschen, aber es gab da einen kleinen klebrigen Fleck wie von Kaugummi; ich habe die Bettdecke dann umgedreht. Auch waren die Mülleimer nicht geleert und der Fußboden nicht wirklich sauber.

O pequeno almoço era bastante completo e a localização do hotel era ótima, muito perto do centro da cidade. Nos quartos não se ouvia qualquer ruído vindo da rua ou de outros quartos. A cama era bastante grande e confortável

O ar condicionado não funcionava devidamente. Tentámos aumentar a temperatura do quarto, o que nunca conseguimos, acabando por desligá-lo, para que pudéssemos ter uma temperatura mais agradável

Camera bellissima al 7 piano. Metro proprio sotto l’hotel, comodissima per raggiungere il centro in pochissime fermate. Vista dal rooftop la sera molto bella!

The room and view of the city was unreal. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere to all the sites. Rooftop bar was cool too..

The breakfast was a let down on American standards. If your a fruit, yogurt, cold meat kind of person then you will like it

Staff dipende chi trovi, ma ce ne una particolarmente gentile e simpatica. Letti comodi e stanza abbastanza spaziosa.

Schöne Roof Bar....

Es war einwenig befremdlich... das Personal mehrheitlich nicht die Landessprache Deutsch kann. Es wird einfach vorausgesetzt man Englisch spricht. Das Parking mit 38 Euro... War bis anhin das Teuerste unserer Reisen!

Sehr freundliches und immer hilfsbereites Personal, wirklich toll 👌 Sauberes und gut durchdachtes Zimmer, modern und stylisch. Bad war perfekt! Klasse Aussicht auf den Fluss!! Die Klimaanlage war in unserem Fall wichtig, es war sehr warm ☀️bei unserem Aufenthalt. Beim Frühstück blieben keine Wünsche offen, die Auswahl, riesig! Die Lage des Hotel ist super, alles gut zu erreichen zu Fuß oder noch besser, die U- Bahn Station ist direkt vor dem Hotel! Ein ganz besonderes Highlight des Hotels ist die Rooftop Bar…… einfach Mega, tolle Getränke und die Aussicht 🤩 Wir planen schon unseren nächsten Besuch……

Fint stort rum med bekväm säng och bra förvaring. Personalen var trevliga och allt som behövdes fanns. Låg också väldigt centralt.

The hotel's service was terrible; this is the last time I will ever visit this property. I had a reservation for myself, my wife, and our child, but they refused to give me the room, claiming it wasn't suitable for three people and insisting I book a second room because of the child—an absurd and rude attitude. I ended up booking a second room in my child's name, but when I asked for the paperwork for that booking, they refused to provide it. It was news to me that a minor could book a room for themselves. I let it slide because it was late—around 11 PM—so my wife slept with our child while I slept alone in the other room. I have never dealt with a hotel this stupid or one that treated guests so poorly. I had originally booked for a longer stay but cancelled it down to just one night; their behavior ruined my entire trip. I do not recommend booking with them. While I was waiting, I saw three other guests complaining: one about the A/C, one about a key card that didn't work, and another about a lack of tissues in the room. The staff member had promised to upgrade my room to appease me for having to book two, but he never did; he kept me in the original booking. He was dishonest and incredibly rude—behavior I have never encountered before. I have traveled all over Europe, America, and Asia, yet I have never seen such terrible service in my life.

تعامل الفندق كان سئ جداً هذي اخر مره زيارة لي لهذا الفندق حجزت لي ولزوجتي ومعاي طفل رفض يعطيني الغرفة يقول لي الغرفة غير مخصصه 3 اشخاص لازم تحجز غرفة ثانيه لان معاكم طفل تعامل غريب قبيح في تعامل بسبب عندنا طفل نحجز غرفة ثانيه حجزت غرفة ثانيه بسم طفلي قلت له عطني الورقة عشان الحجز بسمه رفض يعطيني الورقة اول مره اعرف ان في اطفال تحت سن القانوني يقدر يحجز لنفسه غرفة مشيت الموضوع لان الوقت متاخر لان الوقت كان في الليل ساعه 11 ونامت زوجتي عند طفلتي وانا نمت في الغرفة الوحدي اول مره اتعامل مع فندق بهذا الغباء وسوء المعامله كنت حاجز مدة اطول فقط كنسلت الحجز وحطيت يوم واحد فقط خرب كل رحلتي بسبب تعاملهم ما انصح احد يحجز عندهم وانا جالس انتظر 3 اشخاص واحد يشتكي من تكييف واحد يشتكي من الكرت ما يشتغل واحد يشتكي ما في الغرفة كلينكس وقالي بعطيك ترقية للغرفة لان حجزت غرفتين عشان يراضيني وما سوى لي ترقية للغرفة وخلاني على نفس الحجز ولا جذاب في تعامل بعد قلة ادب اول مره اشوفها طول عمري اروح واسافر كل اوروبا وامريكا واسيا اول مره اشوف تعامل سئ بهذا شكل بحياتي

Das ganze Hotel und die einzelnen Zimmer hatten ein sehr ansprechendes und außergewöhnliches Design, sehr modern ohne dabei steril zu wirken. Zimmer, Betten und Badbereich waren komfortabel, sehr gepflegt, sauber und gut ausgestattet, inklusive Safe, Minibar zum selbst befüllen, sowie kostenlosen einwandfreiem W-Lan.

Klimaanlage: Die Zuluft ist anscheinend auf 24°C vortemperiert, weswegen es bei 35°C Außentemperatur im ganzen Hotel sehr trocken ist. In den Zimmern ist die Voreinstellung der Klimaanlage 20°C und setzt sich beim Verlassen des Raumes automatisch zurück. Fenster kann man nicht öffnen. Ich bin in der ersten Nacht um 3:00 aufgewacht, weil sich Augen, Nase und Mund trocken anfühlten wie Pergamentpapier. Hier sollte die Haustechnik nochmal nachbessern. Kommunikation: Ich hatte dem Hotel vorab eine Anfrage bezüglich freier Parkmöglichkeiten geschickt. Eine Antwort habe ich nicht erhalten. Stattdessen fand ich am Parkhaus ein Schild vor, das mit dem Wort "Oops" begann und mir mitteilte, dass man doch in einem 600 m entfernten öffentlichen Parkhaus parken solle. Nachdem mein Blutdruck sich wieder gesenkt hatte, dachte ich mir ebenfalls "Oops", das gibt einen Abzug in der Booking Bewertung. Ich spreche gut English und das muss man im RED auch, denn nicht alle sprechen Deutsch. Die Schließzeiten der Rooftop Bar werden beliebig gestaltet, so dass diese auch schon mal eine Stude früher zu sein kann.

כל יום ניקיון החדר היה אחר הצהריים ולא בבוקר כך כשחזרנו באזור 16 עדיין לא ניקו את החדר ועצם השהות שלנו בחדר לא ניקו אותו וכך במשך כל השהות פעם אחת שמו לנו שלט נא לא להפריע - לא אנחנו שמנו כנראה המנקה התעצלה... זה היה ממש לא נעים ומתיש לבקש כל פעם מגבות בעזיבה ביקשו לבצע צק אאוט מאוחר והנציג ישר שלל למראת שמדובר בעיניין של מס שעות בודדות בהתחלה הנציג בקבלה אמר שהמלון בתפוסה מלאה ולאחר מכן התקשר ואמר שניתן להישאר עוד אך בתשלום מופקע מאוד הייתי מוכן לשלם מדובר על שעתיים המלון לא הסכים להתחשב חבל

Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und konnten unsere Räder sicher und unkompliziert parken. Das Zimmer war neu und sauber, ruhig durch die Schalldämmung und die Betten waren super bequem.

Hygiene and cleanliness level seem to be a concern - at the reception they said they have shortage in housekeeping staff. I booked a suite and there was a lot of clear visible dirt around the couch and by the hydraulic curtains (very noisy) I had a non working lamp in the afternoon, there was no technicians to attend. The only option was offered is to relocate to a normal room from my suite which was not convenient, so I fixed it myself. Although water quality in Vienna is one of the best, in this hotel it was hard and we could feel it on our skin and hair and see limescale on the mixers.

Promised a quiet room but got woken up around 8 am every day because of the cleanup crew combined with thin adjacent walls.

Location was absolutely incredible! Metro entrance right outside the hotel plus its directly opposite the river which was a vibe and absolutely beautiful.

Staff were not friendly, almost no vegetarian/vegan breakfast options. Cleaning stuff does not even draw your curtains when making up the room. Quite poor standards for a Radission. You don't come back to a nicely made up room every day.

Poor communication with reception. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary so requested romantic experience (Prosecco and Choc covered strawberries). Informed not available at this hotel. Offered to provide flute glasses in room as I was going to buy own bottle of Prosecco from duty free. Not provided. Even checked with reception at check in and advised should be in room. Had to request again but given wine glasses not champagne glasses. Even though hotel knew it was our anniversary no effort to make stay special. Ceiling in our room very patchy. Not in keeping with decor of rest of the room. Food and drinks at hotel very expensive (at least 25% more than in city centre)

Świetny hotel! Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, piękne i zadbane pokoje. Hotel znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko centrum — około 15 minut spacerem. Wszystko było super, zdecydowanie polecam! Great hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful and well-maintained rooms. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the city centre — only about a 15-minute walk. Everything was great, highly recommended!
