Everything! Very racist and no respect for black people. It took 4 hours to check in and not even remorse after 14 hours of traveling!!!

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Le personnel est très serviable et adorable. Le lobby et la piscine sont très propres et agréables. La chambre est grande. Il y a de la wifi partout dans l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est bon.
Notre chambre avait plusieurs problèmes dans la salle de bain : les étagères étaient mal fixées au mur, pareil pour les tuyaux. La porte de la douche fermait mal et donnait lieu à une inondation des qu’on se douchait. Pour un 4 étoile c’est acceptable mais l’établissement est apparemment un 5 étoiles

La sala colazioni non era pulitissima, al mattino presto il pavimento era già sporco. Non c'era la possibilità di avere pane tostato ed i camerieri erano abbastanza distratti. Nulla di nuovo in Nord Africa ma da notare. La qualità del cibo era complessivamente dignitosa.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Le personnel est très gentil et bienveillant. J’y ai séjourné 4 jours. Cependant, j’ai rencontré un problème : on m’a prélevé en dinars un montant supérieur à celui prévu sur Booking. Je m’en suis rendu compte après coup et j’ai donc fait une réclamation. On m’a d’abord proposé un remboursement en dinars, ce qui ne me convenait pas puisque j’étais à la fin de mon voyage. J’ai dû rappeler et insister pour qu’ils acceptent de me rembourser en euros. Ils m’ont expliqué qu’ils n’avaient pas suffisamment de fonds disponibles, ce qui est assez surprenant pour un établissement 5 étoiles, surtout pour restituer 199 €. Finalement, j’ai été remboursée en espèces, en dollars et en euros. Or, le dollar et l’euro n’ont pas le même taux de change, ce qui peut entraîner une perte et reste peu professionnel dans ce contexte. J’ai bien été remboursée, mais l’expérience reste assez mauvaise. De plus, pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, je trouve l’état des salles de bain assez négligé : il y a du calcaire incrusté un peu partout, ce qui n’est pas digne de ce standing. Le hall de réception, en revanche, est très joli. Le ménage est bâclé : étant convalescente, j’ai pu observer sa réalisation, et j’ai constaté que les femmes de ménage lavaient les tasses et les cuillères dans le lavabo de la salle de bain. Les chambres ne sont pas suffisamment désinfectées, ce qui est préoccupant dans un lieu accueillant de nombreux visiteurs. En revanche, la nourriture était impeccable. En tant que personne convalescente, j’ai pu très bien me nourrir sur place. Le personnel est resté bienveillant tout au long de mon séjour.

Reviewed May 7, 2026The hotel and the room is beautiful, elegant, super clean and excellent breakfast and room service restaurants also near to the airport. What impressed me was the way the management, especially the hotel manager and the restaurant manager, treated me with such sincerity and honesty. There was an error in the room service bill for food always keep the receipt , and the required amount was refunded promptly and accurately. Definitely, I will come back again.
You have to request the slippers and toothpaste. There was a problem with water leaking from the shower into the toilet. Room service for the resturent needs improvement in responding quickly to guests.

Nothing to do with the pictures. It is not 4-5 starts proper hotel. It it quite pricey and the rooms and corridor were not clean. You could see ok the dust in the windows. The bed was not very comfortable either. The view from the room was not nice and it was as bit noisy. The breakfast was varied but not good quality. Half of the staff was very attentive, some did not care.

The cleanliness was below expectations. The room was somewhat clean, but the hallways were very dirty, and the carpets were not clean. There was also a smell of smoke and sometimes food odors. The bed was uncomfortable, and the towels were very old and of poor quality. In addition, the location was far from services and in an isolated area.
