Très bon hôtel, bien situé dans un endroit très calme. La chambre PMR dans cet hôtel est très bien pensé. L'hôtel est très propre, le personnel est incroyable. Une chose est sûre mes prochains voyages à Tunis se feront la bas.

Bel emplacement, calme et propre. Beaucoup de pièces pour se relaxer en dehors de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et le personnel du restaurant très disponible pour les demandes

Qu'il n'y est pas de restaurant pour les autres repas. Pas beaucoup de restaurants dans les environs

The property is modern and very clean. Staff very professional and friendly. Reasonable breakfast.

The air-condition was not working with room temperature 28.6. Kindly the receptionist changed the room for us. However, the best temperature we could get was 24 which is not pleasant.

Fidèle à lui même l’établissement a su garder tout ce qui faisait son charme : élégance, confort et tranquillité ! Rien ne change depuis maintenant presque 7 ans, je prends un plaisir à y séjourner et à chaque fois j’ai le sentiment de vivre une nouvelle expérience. Un grand merci au personnel qui est, je le pense, le pilier de cette réussite. Un accueil chaleureux de la part de Bilal , merci à lui Nous y reviendrons …InchAllah

1.) Die Klimaanlage auf dem Dach im 4 Stock lief die ganze Nacht und beeinträchtigte die Nachtruhe. 2.) Am Abend wurde an der Rezeption zugesagt, das man ein Taxi zum Flughafen über die Rechnung mit der Kreditkarte bezahlen kann, am nächsten Morgen war das nicht mehr möglich!?!?

Convenient hotel for a stay near the airport, staff is friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

Avoid if you want to rest - Construction site noise. It is unacceptable to rent out rooms while the building is under construction. Every morning at 8:00 AM, we were woken up by the deafening sound of jackhammers and hammers. You cannot run a hotel and a construction site at the same time without informing your guests beforehand. Very disappointing.

If there is construction going on, the property should either be closed or clearly inform guests before booking. Very bad experience.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff were friendly. The overall stay was pleasant and relaxing.

The breakfast was quite modest and had limited variety. I also found the location to be average and not particularly convenient. I expected more options and better overall quality.

Tout est très bien entretenu L'hôtel est situé dans un bon quartier de la ville avec toutes les commodités à proximité Le petit-déjeuner est excellent

La force de l'emplacement est aussi un défaut parce que l'hôtel est proche d’une voie rapide et de l'aéroport, les nuisances sont donc nombreuses. De plus, il y avait un chantier à côté et les artisans ont travaillé même le week-end à donner des coups de masse.

Ubicación perfecta cerca del aeropuerto. El personal cuida cada detalle y es muy atento. Además nos cambiaron dinero y el desayuno rico y suficiente.

This was one of the worst experiences ever. The secretary shouted at me both on the phone and in person and even got up with fingers pointing at me and called me names. As a woman, I felt unsafe. It was very scary. All because I asked for the aircon to be opened and asked for some extra towels. Paid for a sofa bed and it wasn’t provided when I arrived. Imagine paying for an overnight stay and being screamed at and no apology. Never again. DONT STAY HERE

Propreté irréprochable, personnel très aimable, très belles prestations. Bon petit déjeuner. La literie est très confortable. Famille 2 adultes avec 2 enfants, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité de service et de confort.

Llegábamos en un vuelo ya de madrugada y estaban esperando para hacer el checking, además nos aconsejaron que los taxis los solicitáramos a través de una aplicación con la que podíamos incluso negociar el precio y así salía barato. Nos sorprendió para bien la habitación, muy grande y con sala y cocina por un lado y luego el dormitorio con el baño. Elegimos el hotel por la cercanía con el aeropuerto y fué un gran acierto. El desayuno sencillo pero bueno y la atención muy buena en todo momento. La cama muy cómoda.

The rooms were good, breakfast was above the rest. We’ve stayed in different hotels across 6 countries within the past 2 months and the breakfast here was the best by far.

Avoid this hotel – unsafe, intimidating, and unprofessional I regret ever booking this hotel in Tunisia. From the very first days, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. When I requested an extra room key because my husband and I had different events to attend, the receptionist demanded to know exactly where I was going, what time, and for how long. When I refused to share my personal movements, she became agitated, told me to come back the next day, and only after an argument handed me the key something that should have taken 3 minutes. It quickly became clear that guests are constantly watched. Staff monitor cameras, track when you leave and return, and even knocked on my door to question why my mother had come up to rest after shopping. Throughout my one-week prepaid stay, I felt spied on, harassed, and unsafe. The worst incident came after my brother’s wedding, when my mother (unwell and unable to travel an hour to her hotel at 1am) stayed briefly in my family room which sleeps six people. Four staff members harassed me for two days, demanding $100 for her four-hour stay. When I asked to see their policy, no one could provide it. Instead, I was screamed at, bullied, and intimidated until I finally paid and even then, they tried to push me into paying cash. I refused because I wanted an electronic record of what was clearly exploitation. I was traveling with three young children (ages 5, 4, and 4), and I have never felt so intimidated, unsafe, and unwelcome in any hotel anywhere in the world and I’ve stayed in hundreds across many countries. To be clear: the rooms are comfortable, and the food is good, but none of that outweighs the harassment, intimidation, and complete lack of professionalism from the staff. I strongly advise women, especially those traveling with children, to avoid this hotel. Your safety and peace of mind are worth far more than a decent room and a meal.
