We stayed here for 3 nights as a family of four, and honestly, I was shocked when I read some negative reviews before leaving—they had nothing to do with reality! Having stayed at many hotels, I couldn't find a single flaw here.👑🥰 Here is why this place deserves a 10/10: 🩵Breakfast & Service (10/10): Simply perfect! The food was incredibly fresh, delicious, and diverse, with new options every single day. A massive shoutout to Sezgin—he is an absolute gem and a true angel! He was helping at the breakfast kitchen with a constant, radiant smile, and then running around serving between the restaurant and the pool area. You could just wonder how he never got tired! He gave 1,000,000% effort, and even made sure to bring the special soup that my dad loved. Outstanding hospitality! 🩵Rooms & Cleanliness: Impeccably clean. While the rooms aren't huge, they are more than enough since you’re there to rest and sleep. We had a stunning pool and mountain view (a bit of road noise, but it didn't bother us at all). My parents’ room was dead silent, overlooking the forest and mountains. Our room also has two mirrors (very convenient!), and the AC worked perfectly. 🩵Pool & Amenities: The pool is clean and very pleasant with a relaxing atmosphere. We also played table tennis! When we had a minor issue with a suitcase, the maintenance master helped us immediately. 🩵Staff & Reception (Arshia & Sevcan): From the very first moment we arrived late at night, we felt so welcome. Arshia met us at the front desk that first night and was so kind, answering all our questions and immediately providing extra bed sheets when we asked because it was too warm under the duvets. Later during our stay, Sevcan at the reception was also incredibly sweet, smiling, and always ready to help with any questions or directions we had. Everyone from the cleaning team to the chefs made us feel at home!

That this paradise ended too soon and we can't live there forever😂😍! We need to pack our bags and go back🇹🇷📍👑🌊

Престоят ни в хотела беше чудесен, а персоналът беше изключително любезен и приветлив. Стараеха се да се чувстваме добре. Кухнята беше чудесна, готвеха много вкусно и басейнът беше чист.

Единствената ми забележка, е че стаята не ни беше почистена нито веднъж за престоя от 3 нощувки. Все пак кошчето беше препълнено още първия ден и съответно нямахме зареждане на чай и кафе в стаята. А в описанието на хотела пишеше, че се почиства и зарежда ежедневно.

Absolutely rubbish

The hotel's location just outside Yalova city is beautiful, surrounded by forests and hills that create a relaxing atmosphere. It sits on the main Yalova-Bursa Road, with excellent restaurants nearby. Convenient if you have a car, Yalova center is less than 15 minutes away, and the touristic Thermal area is 30 minutes away. The hotel is quiet, the pool is lively, and housekeeping is prompt. The staff were warm and professional, check-in/out was quick, and the price is competitive, offering good value.

There is no internal parking (you park next to a petrol station). Wi-Fi is weak and unstable. The bathroom is too small, and the water temperature (both hot and cold) is erratic and unstable. The rooms are underwhelming and don't feel 4-star (more like 3-star). Beds, pillows, and bedding are also uncomfortable and low-quality.

1- Hotel far from the city and need car 2- Hotel access from the same fuel station, in case you need car park will be inside the petrol station. 3- Rood noisy as close to the main rood 4- Very poor Sauna, SPA , no staff to help or advice!!! 5- It's strange they only provide bedsheet instead of Duvet!!! same time confirm that they do not have, they play with customers, I believe they have an instruction from hotel manager or owner!!! After I argued with them, they brought only one. 6- Rood was hot as A/C was working well, second day A/C started through like pieces of ice over our stuff !!! 7. Poor Handling of the Situation and Failed Compensation 8. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by the waiter, ALICAN. After waiting for a long time, he refused to offer me a proper meal, even though I was willing to pay for it myself. The hotel manager initially tried to compensate us by offering dinner, which we accepted. I then returned with my family after traveling from a considerable distance and asked what options were available. We were clearly told that we could order any dish from the restaurant. Based on this confirmation, we placed our order. However, after ordering, the hotel refused to provide the requested dishes and offered us only a limited choice of burgers, macaroni, or sandwiches, despite having a proper restaurant with a wider menu. What made the situation worse was that they even refused to allow me to order another dish and pay for it myself. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, particularly because we had returned to the hotel with our family based on the manager's offer. I do not recommend this hotel. In addition, I reserve the right to take legal action, as some of our personal belongings were damaged/spoiled due to dirt coming from the air-conditioning system and ice/water falling from the A/C unit.

​"Heel fijn verblijf gehad! Het hele hotel is erg schoon en netjes, en de kamer had een prima formaat. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was goed georganiseerd en hygiënisch verzorgd. Het uitzicht op het bos was heerlijk en verfrissend. Ook het zwembad en de omgeving waren keurig schoon. De ligging is direct aan de snelweg en op zo'n 8 tot 10 kilometer van het centrum van Yalova. Zeker een aanrader!"

وجبة الافطار متواضعة جداً

الموقع في وسط الطبيعة ويقع على الطريق السريع بين بورصة ويالوا ولكن بعيد قليلا عن وسط يالوا وقد يكون هناك صعوبات في المواصلات لوسط المدينة وخصوصاً في المساء ولكن يوجد الديلموش كل 30 دقيقة

المكان نظيف والموظفين متعاونين وخصوصاً مدام سيفجان الاي ساعدتنا كثير وذللت كل الصعوبات ودودة جداً وتتحدث اللغة الانجليزية بطلاقة وهناك خدمة التوصيل لميناء يالوا او محطة الباصات برسوم مناسبة وسيارة خاصة

الموقع ممتاز والاطلاله رائعة والهدوء والنظافة صراحة اعجبنا كل شي مريح نفسيا وقريب من البلد وملاصق له محطة بانزين فيها بقالة تفتح 24 ساعه تمشي الحال صراحه لمن يريد الاسترخاء والطبيعه والبعد عن البلد والزحمة عليه بالسكن في هذا الفندق جلسنا اسبوع كانت أجمل الايام والذكريات الاستقبال كانو رائعين ومتعاونين الإفطار لم نجربه لانا نصحو متأخرين ونخرج ونعود في المساء المسبح كان جميل والمساج رائع والساونا شكرا جزيلا لكل من يعمل في هذا الفندق ولنا عودة في المستقبل القريب

طريق العوده للفندق كانت لفه صراحه خطيرة يجب الانتباه خاصة في المساء يكون الفندق على يسارك وانت متجه بورصة وتطلع نحو طريق مرتفع مثل عقبه صغيره وتلف من يوتيرن قبل أن تصل القمه الحذر منها لان السيارات والشاحنات القادمة من بورصة الى يالوفا تكون بكثرة وطريق نزول الحذر ⚠️ ومن اللفه الى الفندق خمس دقايق نزول واول محطه على اليمين الفندق عندك

Harika bir otel. Bu, ikinci ziyaretimdi ve kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Fiyat-performans dengesi mükemmel. Otelde yüzme havuzu, sauna ve hamam bulunuyor. Muhteşem manzaralı terası ise gerçekten unutulmaz. Çalışanların hepsi çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Özellikle Enes Bey çok yardımcı oldu. Kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

Местоположението е супер удобно, На главен път е, но не е шумно, гледката е прекрасна към гората. Чистотата е на ниво, удобствата също. Много зависи обаче каква стая ще ви дадат. Климатикът работи нормално. Има мини хладилник. Закуската е добра, достатъчна. Персоналът е вежлив. Предлага се вечеря, 4-степенна, която се плаща отделно.

В едната част на хотела няма интернет, свързването към хотелската мрежа е почти невъзможно. Ако сте любители на лютата кухня, вечерята е точно за вас. Ние не сме, и следващия ден не се чувствахме никак комфортно. Но явно на всеки различно се отразява.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a very relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. I would especially like to thank Dilan and Sevcan for their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional support. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and genuine hospitality. I will definitely be happy to stay here again in the future.

Saubere, moderne und schöne Unterkunft. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Kleine Spielecke für Kinder ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die Qualität des A la Carte Restaurants ist leider nur befriedigend, jedoch gab es hier ein Entgegenkommen seitens Hotel, sodass es für uns am Ende zufriedenstellend war.

Otelin temizliği çalışanların alakadar olması, otelin konforu, yemekleri kahvaltısı herşeyi mükemmeldi özellikle Sevcan hanım bizimle çok ilgilendi çok memnun kaldık herşeyden önce güler yüzü samimiyeti bizim için herşeye değerdi muhakkak yine geleceğiz herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz

When we finally arrived at the place at the break of the day, our first impression was terrible. Location on the road side, in the middle of nowhere, near the gas station. (Do not even try to reach the place other than on a car.) On top of all, we made 2 round trips for a few kilometres, back and forward trying to find the entrance, as that part of the road was under construction. But that was fixed in a week or so. In the morning, the impression was dramatically improved. We've got good breakfast in a traditional Turkish style. We spent a good time in open swimming pool. Kids were happy and we've been relaxed 😎. We took a King Suit room 403, for 2 adults and 3 of our kids, 5, 8 and 11 y.o. Advantages: - Enough space for our family, - huge double bed, - the interior was just renewed or built, - sauna and hydromassage bath inside the room, - two new AC and two TV in each room. - Free WiFi signal was good enough, except for some spots near swimming pool. - very friendly personal, receptionists, cooks, servants and cleaning ladies were all on a very good level, details of the location of the hotel. Special thanks to Me.Serkan, who was attending is almost daily, being always friendly and positive. - there is nice restaurant in the hotel and bar in the lobbio. We've tried restaurant, food was good. - interior furniture is nice looking and very convenient; - and the major advantage of this hotel is incredible silence, cslmness, beautiful mountain forest surroundings. Excellent place for the people, who would take a break from big city life and noise and relax too chill. We've met some people coming there from Istanbul just for a weekend or one evening to relax, swim in pool, get some sun bathes or free hamam in spa center. Next to the hotel in about 10 kms is the Yalova city, which is not bad at all. Prices are much better than in Istanbul, we've found the Lunapark with many attractions for kids open 24h... Kids were happy again.

Disadvantages: - The people who made electricity need a new hands and new brain... Totally incompetent. There are night lamps above the bed, but you can not switch it on separately, only with all the light, even in both rooms. Means, we were not able to switch the light in the kids room, leaving light in our room only. And a wall mounted lamps next to the bed has no separate switch at all. So, are totally useless. Two light options only: total black out, or full illumination. - Beside of that, two small old refrigerators was not working properly. One was causing a short circuit and switching off whole room power, another was so old, that it was barely able to keep the drinks cool. Huge disadvantage for a big family like us, staying 2 weeks. Staff tried, but was not able to do anything with it. - Another big disadvantage - there were only two small beds for kids. While we paid for a room with 5 sleeping places. Our older son slept on a sofa, that was not even foldable into a comfort bed. He's tall boy, so he's head and feet were bent during sleeping, due to side pillows, that was not removable. First 10 days, nevertheless on a money, paid for each of us for the breakfast separately, it was not very variable assortment. Every morning the same food. No fruits, other than some apples and oranges. No fresh bakery, like croissants or cimits, or so for coffee/tea. But we have to admit that food was good and enough for all the guests. We made a note about it too the reception to draw the attention of management. A week later, in the beginning of July (3 days before we left), they fixed the menu, trying to make it's more variable. Thanks for hearing is out.

The hotel has a great atmosphere and a beautiful view. The staff were very friendly, especially Sevjak at the reception. She is very helpful, polite, and welcoming. If you have any problem, just let her know and she will do her best to help you

My family and I stayed in this hotel for two nights. I feel I have been overcharged for this stay by Booking.com. I did report about this overcharge but did not receive any response. The location of the restaurant and the layout of the tables was superb. However, variety of food laid out for breakfast was limited and out of our expectation.

Schönes komfortables Hotel mit Hamam + Massageangebot und Pool für heiße Tage. Gut ein paar Tage Übernachtungen, wenn man auf der Durchreise ist und sich die Umgebung anschauen möchte. Preisleistung sehr gut. Hotel liegt an der Straße, aber vom Verkehr kriegt man nichts mit.

The view was pretty, some of the people working there were super nice (waiters and receptionists). The bed was okay.

For a four - star hotel we were just disappointed. The bathroom was moldy and dirty. Even though we asked before and the details here on booking.com say it is possible there were nearly any vegan options available. And the cleaning stuff was very unfriendly towards me and was laughing about me, which didn't make me feel very good. Also it is far from Yalova old town and not easy to find a taxi, it is a motorway hotel and without a car it is quite hard to get somewhere (however that's our fault, not the hotel's fault).

The receptionist does not answer the call from the room. Called several times without success..The safe does not work and I had to go to the reception for notifying them that I could not open the safe. The room temperature was much too hot. Pillows were too high for me to sleep. On top of that, the guests next to my room were loud till late in the middle of the night. Then when I started to fall asleep around 4am...someone came to knock at my door calling and even tried to open the door of my room. Luckily for me, I locked the door. Very bad experience overall.

Friendly and useful staff, reception helped us with our requests. We wanna say separate thank you to a guy in breakfast area. Always positive and supportive ❤️

The hostess was wonderful, and the facilities were excellent. Everything was super affordable! I’ve never seen a hotel owner personally go around to each table to welcome guests and ask if everything is alright—but here, it’s possible. Truly impressive — a big bravo!

منتجع صحي جميل مناسب لنزول به للاستجمام كونه بعيد عن ضجة المدينه اطلاله جميله نظافة تنظيم وسبا خاص بالذات بعد مشي اسطنبول ههه احترام حريتك في التنقل المبادرة في المساعدة حوله غابة يتم النزول لها من الفندق بها شلال يعطيك استرخاء وهدوء وصفاء ذهني الشكر موصول للاخت ساجا الي استقبلتنا و سهلت علينا التنقل والخروج من والى المطار وصار اكثر من موقف عند وصولنا وخرجت وتفاهمت مع التاكسي وهدت من نفسيتنا واذا تحتاجون مشورة كلموها مايحتاج تستفسروا من اي احد وهيا موجوده والاستاذ مراد الشكر لك ع البشاشه الي عملتوه معنا وحسن الختام والضيافة والمساعدة في الخروج ثاني زيارة لي لعندكم ولن تكون الاخيرة

The welcome was very warm, pleasant when we arrived. There was parking near the reception for a motorcycle, that gave a peace of mind since it’s a brand new machine. Breakfast was plenty to choose from. The bar is also nice , price for a beer was fair. Special thanks to the receptionist, Mr Halcen , hope ei got his name right.

Чисто, комфортно, удобная кровать. Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Попросили дополнительное одеяло и бокалы в номер, все моментально принесли. Особая благодарность сотрудникам Murat и Saja.

Es war sauber und relativ bequem.

Die Zufahrt an einer Hauptstraße, deswegen war es auch laut wegen dem Verkehr.

Un hotel foarte curat și bine îngrijit chiar și pe timp de iarnă. Personalul foarte amabil și dispus să îți ofere toate condițiile să te simți bine, au deschis restaurantul și ne-au gătit, cu toate ca eram singurii care au mâncat cina acolo. Camerele mari, căldură suficientă. Cu siguranță ne vom mai opri aici.

The hotel enjoys an excellent view and features a wonderful spa. The staff are highly professional, and I would like to extend my thanks to Mr. Murad at the reception, Mr. Murad in the restaurant, and Ms. Saja at the reception for their outstanding service and kind treatment. I strongly encourage all hotels to attract and retain such exceptional staff, as they truly ensure an unforgettable guest experience. The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the city, making it an excellent choice for those seeking tranquility and nature. If I return to Yalova, I will definitely book this hotel again.

I suggest adding more dishes to the breakfast buffet, as it currently lacks variety.

بعده عن المركز ولايوجد حوله شي علي طريق السفر بورصه ولابد من وجود سياره ارتاكسي كل يوم تدفع بحدود 1500 ليره ذهاب وإياب والغرف صغيره جدا وخاصه الحمام

كل شيء مميز بدون مبالغ والاستاذ مراد كان خدوم جداً
