Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The location is perfect in the centre of the city. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shopping. It was great to be able to bring friends to the 360c Bar upstairs after dinner at Langlands. Our room was spacious, such a comfortable bed , a lovely view of the city and a lovely bath to soak in at the end of a busy day. There were plenty of fluffy towels , complimentary shampoo etc , good coffee and room service . Will definitely be back . Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay.

Was some street noise with it being a Saturday night stay, but you get that anywhere when you choose to stay right in the heart of a city.

The parking wasn't that good for what they value at $20 per night. Was comped the parking for 5 days but the one night I had a visitor I had to pay extra. On busy nights the car wasn't avaliable in the onsite parking valet had to park off site. In the morning we could hear noise from plumbing above. Suitcase storage/opening space could be better

We were on the 5th floor (on a Friday night) and the noise from the street was pretty bad, we didn't get to sleep until after 3am. Mainly from cars going up and down the street backfiring etc. and people talking on the street. We noticed other reviews of the hotel with a similar complaint. It's such a shame as the hotel itself is amazing including the staff & there is not too much they can do about it! Just a prewarning incase you're a light sleeper, the rooms aren't particularly sound proof - pack some ear plugs!
