Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Great Location. Had a nice Terrance and in the evening you could smell the fresh flowers blooming. Shared kitchen was very inviting, lots of amenities and even a washer and dryer. Restaurants and cafes outside the door. Free parking so close.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Estava perfectament situat, tot molt net i amb totes les comoditats necessàries. També hi ha servei de neteja que, si vols, ve a diari a fer-te el llit i a canviar-te les tovalloles, així que genial.
Els coixins força baixos (tot i que això és molt personal) i a la cuina compartida hagués anat molt bé tenir uns fogons per cuinar i no només microones i airfryer. Amb el personal tot havia anat molt bé fins que vam marxar que ells no trobaven una tovallola i de seguida em van enviar un missatge una mica acusatori que em va saber bastant de greu… però bé, clarament guanya el que sí que ens ha agradat. Val la pena l’allotjament.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Ubicación fantástica. Aparcamiento gratuito al lado. La habitación es bonita, limpia y con balcón. Nos gustó disponer de una cocina común para preparar tuppers. 2 mins. andando de Terra Nostra. 5 mins. en coche de las Fumarolas.
Faltaba algun estante en el baño. Hemos echado de menos un tendedero para colgar la ropa mojada.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Es muy cómodo, las instalaciones son inmejorables y la ubicación excelente. Facilitan toallas para ir a las termas, que se encuentran a 2min andando. Ofrecen gel de baño, toallas que renuevan cada día (si así se desea) y muchos cojines extras para la cama. No hay personal fisicamente y en nuestro caso tampoco lo hemos precisado, las indicaciones son perfectas para no necesitar ayuda extra. Los espacios comunes con lavadora, secadora, nevera y una pequeña cocina hacen que te sientas como en casa.

Sala comú molt ben equipada, amb rentadora, assecadora, nevera, air fryer. Molt bona atenció de l'amfitrió. Hi va haver un problema amb el codi de la porta de l'entrada i el solucionaren ràpidament. Molt a prop de la poça de Dona Beija i el Parque Terra Nostra.
Que no hi hagi recepció, tot i que atenen al telèfon de seguida i amb molta amabilitat. Solucionaren el problema de l'entrada, però també és cert que la porta va quedar oberta tota la nit i el fet que no hi hagués ningú ens va crear certa sensació d'inseguretat, però Furnas és tranquil.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Localização excelente próximo dos principais pontos, Parque Terra Nostra, D.Beija, Caldeira das Furnas, restaurantes e com um minimercado a 100mts, tudo isto sem precisar de carro. Alojamento com todo o equipamento de cozinha, mesas e lavandaria.
Falta de elevador de escadas, cheiro a mofo no quarto principalmente próximo a janela e manual para trabalhar com as máquinas de lavar e secar.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026It was a really nice place, very close to the hot springs. The shared kitchen and laundry area were very convenient. We would love to come back with a larger group. However, please be aware that the balconies are separated only by very low walls, so there is not much privacy. While we were having tea in our room, we saw our neighbor climbing over the balcony wall to collect his clothes. Later, there was a loud argument about money in French between him and a woman in his room, and it sounded very aggressive. The property itself was great, but some guests’ behavior definitely was not. Since there is no front desk on-site to call and help manage such a situation, it felt quite scary and not like something you want to experience on vacation.
A guest from another room was climbing over the balcony walls, and later arguing loudly in terrible French about money with a woman in their room; it seemed quite aggressive – maybe a bit of therapy would do him good.

La climatisation coulait beaucoup, bruits de la rue directement reliée à la ventilation de la salle de bain donc beaucoup de bruit dans la chambre même si tout est fermé. Les toilettes étaient très bruyantes, on ne peut pas tirer la chasse pendant la nuit sinon on est réveillé

One afternoon I got back to my room and the sliding door was open, I did not leave that open. I sat at the desk when a ladder appeared on the balcony followed by a person who was surprised to see me in the room. He left and a painter appeared again surprised did a little work and moved on. Why my sliding door was open I do not know but I left for the afternoon with all my valuable with me. On going work SHOULD ALWAYS be told at time of booking.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026A minha estadia no Atlantic 3 Bicas, nas Furnas, foi muito agradável. O alojamento é moderno, muito limpo e bem cuidado. O quarto é confortável, com uma cama e colchão excelentes para descansar. Dispõe de casa de banho privativa com gel de duche, televisão e ar condicionado. Gostei também da kitchenette e da sala comum, muito práticas durante a estadia. Foram disponibilizados chás locais e toalhas escuras para usar nas Poças de Água Quente, um detalhe muito útil. A localização é excelente, mesmo ao lado do Jardim Terra Nostra. A funcionária foi muito simpática e prestável. A comunicação com a anfitriã foi feita por whatsapp e esteve sempre disponível para ajudar. O alojamento oferece o conforto de um hotel com a vantagem de ter espaços comuns bem equipados. Recomendo vivamente a quem visita as Furnas. Sem dúvida, uma excelente escolha. Voltarei numa próxima visita.

I personally didn't mind this, but people with special accessibility needs must be aware that all rooms are on the upper floor with no elevator.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Furnas je nádherný, ubytování kousek od botanické zahrady. V rámci procházky možnost obejít jezero, navštívit sopečné vývěry, parky. K dispozici je kuchyňka. V ledničce je pro každý pokoj zvláštní box k uložení potravin, takže je v ní pořádek na rozdíl od ubytování v Ponta Delgadě. Využila jsem i sušičku prádla, pračku jsem nepotřebovala.
V pokoji bylo málo úložných prostor (skříň nebo police).

Could not find coffee or making one in the morning, door pad had try a couple times to work, there is uneasy feeling when something not working properly.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026La propreté des chambres et des lieux est irréprochable. La localisation est idéale : à côté du parc Terra Nostra et des thermes Donna Beija. Literie très confortable. Balcon face à la nature qui assure une déconnexion totale.
Insonorisation très mauvaise dans les chambres. On entend absolument tout se qui se passe dans la cuisine et la salle à manger qui se trouve à côté des chambres. Le règlement intérieur n’est pas appliqué (arrêter le bruit après 22h30). On entend aussi le bruit à l’extérieur. Bien qu’il s’agisse d’une ville paisible au milieu de la nature, le bruit des hommes qui ont décidé de fêter une victoire de football toute la nuit m’a empêché de dormir. Prévoyez donc des bouchons d’oreille. Pas de four la cuisine

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026J'ai apprécié le ménage tous les jours dans la chambre. Les serviettes fournies pour aller se baigner aux thermes. La petite cuisine pour se faire son petit déjeuner ou plus. Le balcon/terrasse. Les petits éléments de courtoisie dans la chambre : verres, eau, sachet thé....
J'ai trouvé la chambre un peu petite même si fonctionnelle et correspondant au descriptif....pour poser valise et bagages quand on reste plusieurs jours.

Po sąsiedzku duży bezpłatny parking (przy kompleksie sportowym). W pobliżu dużo restauracji i knajpek. Sklep spożywczy 2 minuty od obiektu. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i jadalnia. Warte polecenia baseny termalne Poça da Dona Beija (zakup biletów wyłącznie przez internet na konkretną godzinę - kąpiel nocą to niezapomniane przeżycie) oraz obiad w restauracji Tony's (obowiązkowe Cozido das Furnas)
