Nous avons aimé l’emplacement dans l’île qui permet de rallier les principaux centres d’intérêts en 30min. Le logement est tout proche du parc terra nostra. Le logement est bien équipé et il y a de quoi se garer en face.

Nous n’avons pas apprécié le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de volet au rez de chaussé pour celui qui dort dans le salon La région étant humide, la terrasse n’étant pas couverte, nous n’avons jamais pu en profiter. Le logement n’évacue pas bien l’humidité (absence de VMC), résultat il y a constamment une odeur de renfermé. Le linge a également beaucoup de mal à sécher, un sèche linge serait appréciable en équipement supplémentaire. Enfin, le logement est très bruyant, les fenêtres isolent pas assez du bruit. Le logement est proche d’un petit bar qui est bruyant jusqu’à 23h-0h00

Établissement confortable, extrêmement bien équipé, bien placé. Le propriétaire était très attentif à notre bien être.

Sehr modern, sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben in der Unterkunft nichts vermisst! Es gab sogar extra für jeden Gast ein zusätzliches dunkles Handtuch für die Thermalquellen. Wir waren sehr überrascht was alles in der Unterkunft vorhanden war.

Good location, in a quiet place. The villa is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. You can park right in front of the villa, in a free public parking lot.

Es hat modrig gestunken im gesamten Haus. Hier sollte den ganzen Tag ein Luftentfeuchter laufen. Haben Wäsche gewasche und mussten diese mit dem Föhn trocknen, da sie nach 2 Tagen noch nass war. Ein Pfannenwender hat gefehlt. Vor der Unterkunft war eine Bar und es war jeden Tag lärm bis 23 Uhr.

We truly loved the villas in general super clean and perfect for our family. It’s close to almost anything you will need. 35 mins to the city

Nothing to dislike

Open bright rooms. Excellent coffee machine. Everything is very modern and comfortable. The location is great for going on nearby hikes. Also very close to supermarkets and fruit store. The communication with property manager is excellent, he is very responsive and really caters to his guests.

Amazing, beautiful and cozy villa, with everything to enjoy the stay in a central location, very close to the famous Terra Nostra Garden and other sites around. The freshness of the air is great, as it's right next to the forest. Private terrace to enjoy outdoor space in privacy. Every details is well thought for comfort and design. With 2 bedrooms and a second bathroom upstairs, a spacious and tastly done living room with open kitchen, it really provides that homey atmosphere for an enjoyable stay. In addition there are several grocery shops and good restaurants just around, so we literally didn't miss anything. The host was very friendly, we received lots of local amenities at the arrival and support throughout the stay when needed. Thank you very much and hope to be back again.

Brilliant location and very modern with brilliant facilities. Everything you needed was there including special towels for the thermal springs

Apartment had everything we needed, cooking utensils, appliances etc. We appreciated the use of the washing machine, it felt nice and secure and the outside space was nice to have. It was all very clean, especially the beds, towels etc and the beds were pretty comfortable.

There was a kind of strange smell in the apartment, almost like damp old cleaning products despite the apartment being very clean.

Big nice house with fantastic terrace and great beds. 2 bathrooms and air conditioning!

Absolutely nothing could be better.

It is conveniently located, super clean, with amenities more than an upscale hotel can offer but reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

The house is really beautiful and has everything you need, You really feel home and the location couldn't be better. Be aware that some humidity smell around but the host said is quite normal since the area has some volcanic area and might be smelly in this area of the island. But the communication, the house and the area was super nice

Bed was not so comfortable

very spacious, very well equipped kitchen, access to washing machine. Comfortable, light bedrooms. Additional dark towels that can be used outside. Location very convenient with easy parking.

The space suited our needs. There was adequate space for four adults and very good internet. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the ability to wash our clothes and hang them to dry. The location is close to everything. We walked just about everywhere. There is also ample street parking. There is a soccer field close by where we went to see a game. We walked to the hot springs and gardens and many excellent restaurants. The beds are comfortable and we felt safe there.

The street was a bit noisy at night but only because we like to sleep with windows open.

Excellent location. Easy parking. Modern and clean. Nicely furnished and equipped. Lovely terrace. Welcome box waiting for us in the kitchen/dining area.

Wi-Fi a little slow. Rubbish disposal bins in the street not easy to locate. And no obvious recycling bins close by.

We had a great stay in 9 Furnas Villa. Cesar did an amazing job by providing all the details. Getting in the house was super convenient. Property is in great location and lots of things to see around. The welcome gift was a perfect touch for our stay. Villa is rather large and kitchen is very complete. We enjoyed having things like dishwasher, coffee machine (with capsules), shampoos in shower etc. Everything was clean, modern, cozy and just right.

We were there in the worst time of the year, lots of rain, cold and wind. So it was a bit harder to make our stay cozy. It was nice to have extra blankets and nice hot water in shower as well as AC in every room, but it was a bit hard to heat up the living room. Bedrooms were totally fine though, no biggie, just a small thing.

Everything was just perfect. Host was very nice, helpful. Apartment was amazing! We would book it when we go to Furnas again. This place is perfect!
