The staff were very welcoming.Meals were good too.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, especially Mr Mohit. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Accidentally booked 4 rooms with single adults. Whereas it was supposed to be double room occupancy. Manager charged us Rs 525 extra per room for the same and extorted us to take extra bedding @Rs 1500

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the warm hospitality of the entire team. The staff was attentive and professional, always ensuring that our needs were met. The food was excellent, offering both quality and taste. Thank you for providing such a comfortable and memorable experience.

A couple of suggestions for further enhancement: • Consider placing a hair dryer in each room for added guest comfort. • Adding a hand shower, or alternatively providing a bucket and mug, would make the bathing facilities more convenient for a wider range of guests.

The floor corridors was very hot. I was on 5th floor and there was no AC and the temperature was 44 degrees I requested for packing 3 grilled sandwiches as early breakfast as I checked out at 4 in the morning but I was not provided with that. I repeatedly informed about the same from the time I checked in and even confirmed that during the night before check out. I was promised that it will be given, but when I called in the morning, the room service guy told that no one informed about it and neither he was aware of my checkout time. He was sounding extremely sleepy as my call was answered after10 rings. This is not acceptable for a reputed hotel. They should workon these things immediately

Rooms are good Overall service is good Food is good Areas to improve immediately 1. Couldn’t see valet service 2. Its May and temperatures are soaring and the reception area is not cooled enough 3. The floor corridors were hot as AC was not ON, not sure why.

We stayed here for 2nd time. It was wonderful experience staying at udaipur. City centre located one of the best stay in udaipur. Restaurant food was delicious. Love the breakfast and buffet dinner. Good option for kids. Staff was very friendly.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this hotel. The hospitality was exceptional, and the overall service made our experience truly memorable. A special mention to Shravan, for his excellent service and warm hospitality. He was always attentive, polite, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The infinity pool was definitely one of the best parts of the hotel — beautifully maintained with a relaxing atmosphere and stunning views. Everything from the service to the ambiance was excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Is one of the famous Howard Johnson hotel in the area 5 star. Great Ambience, excellent food, service, very good and comfortable rooms.. The manager Avinash went an extra mile to accommodate our needs. My sons fiancee was ill before our arrival and couldn't eat lunch so Avinash got Khichdi made to keep it light In the evening he first made poppya for diarrhoea then made plain pasta as she couldn't eat any spicy food. We are grateful for great hospitality shown. My cousin and his family 5 people are coming to this hotel now from UK on the January appx. . If come back again from UK. we will definitely use this hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at HJ. The staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. Our needs were met at all times. I'd like to make mention of two staff members in the dining area being Bhavani and RAJVEER and Mayank as well. These 3 are perfectly profiled for the excellent customer experience we received. We felt comfortable and was made to feel special. Please consider keeping them with upcoming promotions which will be well deserved. Thank you.

Front desk staff were stellar, especially Radhey and Shailini. They went above and beyond in accommodating my last minute needs. Very friendly and professional.

We had dinner buffet and it was really good. Overall food was the best part of our stay be it breakfast or dinner.

Location is not very good. Its in the outskirts of the city and the surrounding areas are also not very clean. Lots of dust.

It was a wonderful experience. The food was nice. The guest services were on point. Buffet spread was enough to find the comfort food of everyone’s choice. The restaurant staff was so attentive, special mention to Renu, Ajit, Sarvan, and Nasim.

Really great stay at Howard Johnson. Staff is very courteous specially the reception staff, special mention to Mr Mohit & Vijender, he helped us with early check-in. The rooms are very spacious, haven't seen these big rooms in this category. Twin room has massive beds which I haven't seen before. Will recommend to family, couples, business travel. Will surely visit again.
