The door wouldn’t lock so female guests were inside the room with an open door. It took two hours to fix. No apologies and no gratitude. I had to remind the staff three times before getting a birthday cake. The facilities are basic and the warmth and hospitality are lacking.

Facilities within the room are broken, It needs to be fixed as this is one of the 4 star restaurants.

I like the ambience and the decoration of the property and the location is the best thing I loved it the staff is very supportive and cooperative

I don't think there is any big dissatisfaction I have suffered so overall this is the best hotel to stay as it of Radisson company so service and all is good

The food was bad, breakfast buffet dint have much options and also made our stomach upset. The kitchen manager was very rude i think his name was sachin.

1. Swimming pool wasn’t clean 2. Service is soo late and extreme poor 3. Staff are so lazy 4. just to get a towel in swimming pool, you need to wait atleast 1 hour even there was only 2 people on the pool 5. Food is also not that great

Location is not good. A canal was seen from room. The staff was not at all courteous. We were not given an extra bed and had to manage with mattress only . There was no iron on the room. Staff took almost an hour to come and wipe the washroom.

Les toilettes toujours en dans tous les établissements propres à sa manière et vieux. Les lavabo taché de salte au niveau de l’évacuation d’eau. La duche et les recoins sales, les rideaux aussi.

I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Udaipur. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities one could ask for.

Гостиница очень старая и грязная, такое впечатление, что все там очень давно не мылось, начиная от приборов в ресторане и заканчивая самим номером. В номере бегают тараканы. Белье грязное. Мы много где были в Индии, но не ожидали от сети Radisson такого низкого качества отеля за такую высокую стоимость.

The staff were not supportive. The chosen room was beside a DJ in the mall and noisy. They doubled the price because of bathroom bathtu and it was not clean

They saved us. After a wow experience in old Udaipur we rushed here they were polite professional helpful pure amazing. So good breakfast and dinner is great bar staff so attentive

The net spray was not working We asked the staff, they did not do anything for 2 days and the phone were also not working. We asked for bathrobes while swimming, but we completed swimming went to room then also bathrobes were not there

Freundliches Personal, gutes Internet, ausreichend großer Schreibtisch, Abendessen (Indisch) in sehr guter Qualität und ohne Folgen für Europäer, also sehr gut verträglich und auch nicht zu scharf. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Der Kleiderschrank sollte eine Möglichkeit bieten, Hosen und Sakkos aufzuhängen, ohne dass sie den Borden berühren, der Safe war leider ohne Funktion, was aber auch ein Einzelfall sein kann. Frühstück ist eher Indisch, wobei es Toast und eine "Egg station" gibt, also man kommt klar.

Plastic in food, zero service, no accountability — worst 5-star experience ever Our stay at Radisson Udaipur was nothing short of shocking. We found plastic in our food — a severe health hazard — and when I requested a new kettle, I was handed a filthy, unhygienic one. There was zero service throughout: no attendants at the restaurant, no valet at the entrance, and absolutely no accountability from the staff. Despite repeated requests, the manager never met us, and instead of addressing the issue seriously, they tried to pacify us with an “upgrade” and a plate of sweets — insulting beyond words. It was also clear the hotel is severely understaffed, with employees working 15+ hours without support. The staff did their best, but the real failure lies in Radisson Udaipur’s management and systems, which are neglecting both guests and employees. To make matters worse, I even escalated the matter to Radisson’s Delhi head office and received no response at all. This isn’t just poor service, it’s a systemic failure and utter disregard for guest safety and brand standards. Radisson Udaipur is not worth a fraction of what it charges and stands as an embarrassment to the Radisson name.
