Eco Smart Apartments Premium City

Innenstadt nahe, ruhige Lage. Unkomplizierter Check-In.

top

The location was pretty good, the room was clean and had everything we needed

It was a bit small

Great air conditioning, fridge, dish washer were great. Spacious room as well. Black-out screens were amazing

Noticed lots of fruit flies hanging around the pod coffee machine as soon as we walked in

The location was excellent also for using the Nuernberg Tourist Card

In our opinion it is best for a one-day business visit.

Sehr sauber,ruhig Alles perfekt.

👌🏽

👌🏽

Suihkussa on joku ilmankierto systeemi joka pitää todella kovaa ääntä.

I guess it was the best stay in Nürnberg so far. The apartment was, first of all, super well furnished; the design is not only beautiful but also very well thought through. You can find there whatever you need for a short- or long-term stay. An additional advantage here for us was the desk right in front of a large window: a cute, inspiring, and cosy place to spend some time working. What we found super nice to have was a coworking space, a gym, washrooms and a snack machine in the lobby. All in all, we spent a fabulous workation here and can't wait to come here again soon.

The internet speed was a bit too slow for me. But hey, there was internet and multiple repeaters on each floor of the building.

Sehr gute Lage, Klimaanlage, tolle Dusche, geräumig, bequemes großes Bett

Extrakosten für die Tiefgarage.

Sehr gut

Well equipped modern apartment, even had a small dishwasher! Good shower. Large balcony. Easy access via internet key system once you get your head round it. Plenty of toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo provided. Short walk from central train station.

Would have liked an extra pillow, and a hairdryer. Also we weren't sure what to do with our rubbish.

Alles

Clean Modern Staff available online Parking

Alles sehr sauber! Sehr ruhig. Klimaanlage 👌. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten u Straßenbahn in 1-2 min erreichbar.

Super ruhige und zentrale Lage, schöner Balkon

Da gibt es nichts

Die nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage bei 29,8° im Zimmer

Schön

War alles 👍

Good value for not big money, clean, close to the city centre

We had a room at the ground floor and it was too loud and uncomfortable to open windows due to no privacy. The self check in was online only and was a bit complicated, but everything worked well

L'appartamento è veramente bello, pulito e ordinato!

It was very nice place so welcoming, it good for private and couples vacation and closer to city centre, and everything was good 👍,, totally recommend it

Everything was perfect 🤩

I didn't get breakfast.

I didn't get breakfast.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Location was good.

No reception. No staff on site. Difficulty getting into room, once inside front doors. Having to call main office to get help. Other people also having problems. Just miss the personal touch.

Molto soddisfatti

The room was reasonable priced.

Parking space reservation is sketchy as you need to make a bank transfer and don't get a receipt, the parking spaces are also very small and difficult to park. There are two chargers for EVs, but they did not work with any app I tried. The room was very hot when we arrived, because one window was open, the air condititioning unit is extremely loud, because it is an indoor unit, where the compressor is indoor. The next day we tried to cool during the day, but the AC stopped working at some point during the day, it was possible to restart it by turning the fuse on and off, but the next day it stopped working completely. The fan of the bathroom was pretty loud and has a long run-down period. The room and especially the kitchen and the dishwasher were extremely small.

Great room with comfortable beds. Great outdoor terrace which gets the sunshine all day long. Less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest Ubahn station and a 15/20 minute walk to Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof. Great supermarket around the corner.

Apartament dobrze wyposażony, nowoczesny i wygodny.

Bardzo słabo działająca klimatyzacja a byliśmy w trakcie upałów i specjalnie szukałam czegoś z klimatyzacją.

Camera ben arredata e confortevole, bagno spazioso e bello.

Good location, easy to access, prompt responses

No air-conditioning remote in main room

Sehr zentral, alles in der Nähe was Mann braucht.

Late Check out hat nicht geklappt

Mieszkanie zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami. Parking prywatny dostępny na miejscu. Takie kompaktowe mieszkanie, w sam raz na krótki postój w dalszej drodze.

Mała zmywarka, ciężko zmieścić talerze na wysokość

Bed was weird and uncomfortable but besides that everything was great.

Comfy bed.Air con (necessary!), proximity to centre.

We asked for bedding for sofa bed, as I was travelling with my sister, but were told the staff were no longer on site. Aircon from sitting room was really loud in bedroom.

Well cleaned

The AC was not working, false advertisement

Nah am Bahnhof

Great aircon, comfortable bed, and the phone-based key system was useful. Hotel is very near a tram stop.

The parking is, to be frank, a disaster. It's not immediately clear which garage door is for the hotel as there are a couple of others down the same side street. Several cars in the very small car park were parked across two spaces, meaning a scenario exists where you can't park your car due to other people's selfishness. Those responsible should be clamped and/or removed from the car park, and this should be enforced by the hotel staff. Guests are paying €15 per night for parking and deserve better.

Everything was perfect!

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht.

Smart entte

Assistance from the hotel manager (I guess that's who she was, a very nice young lady that checked on me while I was waiting for my room to be ready, informed me asap when it was prepared, showed me the gym when I wasn't able to find it, and was overall very nice and pleasant). Location (not far from the city center), amenities (gym, parking garage available). I like cooking myself, so I love that there's a small kitchen in your room.

Just a few little things that didn't quite play along: a coffee machine was not cleared from calcium so it wasn't working and the AC unit turned out to be quite loud after a few minutes of work (but we barely used it anyway, so no problem). Those are very minor things and I don't actually care about them, but they might be of interest to the hotel maintenance team or something.

Self check-in, clean, location

The bed wasn’t as big as expected, had to wait for the elevator for ages, using stairs was faster

I appreciated that there was a common area where guests could wait if they arrived before check-in, as well as a public restroom available to use, which was very convenient.

The location is convenient if you’re arriving by train, as it’s close to the central station and within easy reach of the city centre. However, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for a woman traveling alone, especially at night, as the area didn’t feel particularly comfortable or safe after dark. I also found the check-in time of 4:00 p.m. to be quite late, especially considering that check-out is around 10:00 a.m. You’re paying for a full day without actually getting to use the room for that long. The cleanliness was acceptable, but it didn’t justify the late check-in policy. The room wasn’t particularly dirty, but there was definitely room for improvement in terms of overall cleanliness and attention to detail.

Zadbane pokoje i bardzo czysto .Wygodnie dostępna siłownia .Przepiekny obiekt.Z czystym sumieniem polecam.
