Reviewed Aug 30, 2026El parking, ya que los alrededores se encontraban en obras. La habitación tenía las dimensiones correctas, aunque en algunas zonas se veía algo viejo.
No tenía congelador, sólo una nevera para enfriar que estaba apagada ya que la luz de la habitación funciona sólo si se deja una tarjeta en el dispositivo de la entrada. Para días de verano podrían tenerlo en consideración.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Besonders schön mitgedacht: wegen der großen Hitze wurde eine sehr leichte Decke zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage ist top, die Ausstattung prima.
Nur ein wirklich winziges Manko: die besagte Decke war sehr stark strukturiert und damit etwas rau auf der Haut. Da wäre ein Bettbezug angenehmer gewesen.

Nebuvo galima palikti lagamino iki įsiregistravimo (iki 16 val.) Per didelės pagalvės (80x80), kai lova yra 90x200. Lovoje buvo karšta miegoti, nes po paklode buvo neperšlampanti nekvėpuojanti paklodė užvilkta.

El horario del hotel, no me gusto mucho, tuvimos que entrar sobre 16.00, y salir sobre las 11.00 de la mañana, cada vez acortan las horas que pagas de alojamiento, me parece muy excesivo, por el precio de una noche.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Großzügiger und gepflegter Parkplatz gegen Aufpreis im Hinterhof. Alles vorhanden sogar Bügelbrett und Dampfbügeleisen. Großzügige Räumlichkeiten.
Leider war es an diesen Tagen sehr heiß was nachteilig war, da es nicht klimatisiert war und wir uns in einem Dachgeschoss befanden. Ein Ventilator stand zur Verfügung.

Sehr sehr warm (unser Zimmer war Südwesten, ohne Klima oder Lüftungsmöglichkeit, Außenjalousien nicht nutzbar, Ventilatoren brachten wenig).Wegen Großbaustelle nebenan ist man auf kostenpflichtige den Parkplatz angewiesen (10€/Nacht). Ein Topf war nicht induktionsfähig, der andere nicht ganz sauber.

Reviewed May 31, 2026A very functional place for an overnight stay to visit Nuremberg. The room size was good for a studio. Parking space in the courtyard (for a fee) was useful. We are at a nice Greek restaurant round the corner.
If I had arrived after the designated check in time (I didn't), I would not have appreciated the late check-in charge of 15€ per hour up to three hours, so a max of 45€. It seems excessive. This is communicated to you ahead of arrival but after booking, I think.

Reviewed May 29, 2026We had the family apartment which was really spacious, modern and spotlessly clean, with a nice kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher and hob, with everything we needed. We were supposed to be staying 4 nights, but unfortunately, our stay was delayed when we had car trouble and had to stay in Regensburg for the first 2 nights. The apartment is not in the old town but was very easy to get everywhere on the tram and U-Bahn and quick to get to the rally grounds. There were shops, cafes and a supermarket very nearby and a launderette if you need to wash any clothes. We were able to park in the courtyard at the back of the apartments and although there is normally a fee to park, the owner kindly waived this, given that we were only able to use the apartment for half the time we had booked. Overall, I think this is a really great place to stay and would be happy to stay again if we return to Nuremberg.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, hat uns alles gezeigt, super beraten was Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen betraf. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Viertel ist angenehm, die Tram gut erreichbar. Das Falk-Apartmenthaus empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung des Apartments war für uns optimal, der zubuchbare private Parkplatz sehr hilfreich. Als Allergiker haben wir besonders die Abwesenheit von Teppichböden und die Sauberkeit des Quartiers geschätzt. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Altstadt war zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, und einen Besuch wert. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es absolut ruhig, und die Betten ausgesprochen bequem.
Keine Beschwerde, sondern eine kleine Anregung: In der Küche haben wir einen Gemüseschäler und einen Schöpflöffel vermisst. Keine Ahnung, ob das ein individuelles Manko unseres Apartments oder ein generelles ist.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026It was a modern, well equiped, spacious and comfortable room. It was private and quiet. We enjoyed coming "home" in the evenings after a long day out. Getting in and out was easy. Just perfect!
Absolutely nothing to fault. We arrived very early in the morning and then there was nobody to meet us, but the friendly staff at the corner grocer stored our luggage for the day. We just loved the city, the people and the apartment.

Leider sind im Zimmer 301 mehreren Dachschrägen, die für meinen Mann mit einer Größe von knapp 2m äußerst störend waren! Was gefehlt hat ist ein kleiner Topf um z.B. Milch zu wärmen oder Eier zu kochen. Um das Geschirr nach dem Abwaschen abstellen zu können fehlt eine Abtropftasse.

In den Betten gab es wohl eine Zwischenlage, wodurch man unnötig stark schwitzte. Keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit in der Wohnküche, wodurch die ganze Wohnung morgens extrem hell war.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Mir hat die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung, die Küche und besonders das praktische Bad gefallen. Besonders angenehm war der "Kaffeevorrat" und das Vorhandensein eines Kühlschranks, obwohl ich ja nur 2 Übernachtungen hatte....
Schön war, dass auch Parkplätze im Hinterhof vorhanden sind, die man aber leider extra bezahlen muss-10€ pro Tag. Ich finde, dass bei diesem Übernachtungspreis dieser inbegriffen sein sollte.....
