No nearby restaurants. Very dark after 8pm, I mean the area. Many foreigners. Short stay alone or friends will be OK. Room worth for money although very2 small. No place to even put my bag.

No mineral water provided , Bathroom deplorable condition & no cupboard at all. Price deal RM66 but charging was RM71.00 , hidden charges it seems

Facilities in room.. toilet got something smelly.. need to put some toilet freshener.. for bed is old and not comfortable.. same goes to pillow .. got stain on bed sheets also.. for blanket not enough to used.. small one for 2 person and for 1 person also.. when sleep got itchy on body.. need more improvement

Very much not clean.. Ants in many place. Bathroom smelly and shower not working. No hot water. Door of bathroom cannot close. Some sort of unwanted noise in nearby room. If ur alone it's OK... If with family means highly not recommended

I arrived on 2/4/2026 and I was shocked to see my room. I arrived at 7pm and the room was not to what I expected as in the photos from Booking.com. The beds were on the floor, towels were small and dirty, mattresses were hard, pillows were soggy, blankets were small, no water pitcher to take water from the water machine outside, only 2 plastic cups were given. Horrible hotel! Seriously this hotel was in a bad condition and the hotel gave me the room that was not sold to others. No window! I had nightmare at this hotel. This is my first time staying at this hotel and I had bad experience. I do not recommend people to stay here. Lousy service.

Parking: pay for street parking weekday 8-5 Bed: suitable for youngster, if old people that has knee problem might not suitable cause the bed was lower than my knee. Towel: please have a new one Mirror: for women was important, improvise it better choose functionality rather for decoration.

The beds were so uncomfortable as it sank. My colleagues were given mattress protector as blankets. Where were the proper blankets?. The mattress protectors looked very old and yellowish.Bathroom fittings were rusty and seriously needed to be repaired. There was so much noisy until wee hours in the morning with guests from other rooms slamming the doors, running along the corridors. Arguing so loudly along the corridors until 4.30am. Not sure if the staffs on duty could hear. . Nevertheless, the talking and movements, slamming of the doors were very loud. Noisy. We had a sleepless night.So in conclusion the stay was not pleasant at all. We were tired in the morning.
