El apartamento estaba súper Completo . Hermoso decorado con todo lo Que se necesita para vacacionar. Solo faltaría alfombra en el baño, broches para el tender ya que hay mucho Viento y se vuela la Ropa, tener canales locales (sugerencias)

Cama confortável, apartamento com boa estrutura e utensílios de cozinha. Ainda conta com uma piscina pequena, mas que atende. Além disso, há um mercado na esquina o que facilita muito a estadia.

De não conseguirmos um contato direto com alguém que pudesse nos dar informações, tanto sobre o imóvel quanto sobre o local. Talvez fosse interessante deixar um impresso com algumas informações e dicas úteis

Me hospede en el departamento 1 el cual estaba limpio, comodo y completo, tal cual se lo ve en las fotos, salvo la pileta que en realidad es mas peqqueña de lo que impresiona en las fotos. Cuando llegue el colchon era deplorable, pero al dia siguiente me lo cambiaro. Como aporte seria bueno que te dejaran sombrilla sillas (como lo hacen muchos otros departamentos) Ellos solo te dan la posibilidad de rentarlo, pero creo que por el costo de alquiler que te cobran deberian ofrecerlo.

Que no tubiera ni reposeras ni sombrilla. Y que la limpieza del departamento solo fuera 1 vez siendo que mi estadia fue de 12 dias

No está cerca de nada, hay que tener carro de alquiler para poder trasladarse o bien solicitar taxi que en realidad que lleguen es una lotería. El check in es muy tarde para ser un apartamento y la comunicación con la encargada fue pésima, llegaron casi una hora después a abrir.

Not a lot of overhead lighting in the kitchen/living room, air conditioning in second bedroom doesn't work well (the reason there's only a sheet on the bed and not a blanket like the master bedroom)

El departamento es tal cual muestran las fotos. Muy comodo, espacioso, cuenta con todos lo necesario. La zona es tranquila se puede estacionar coche, la organización para el check in fue lo mejor ya que llegamos a las 11 de la noche a la isla. Ducha caliente con buena presión, shampoo y acondicionador de cortesía. Sin dudas lo recomiendo y volvería a ir 😃

Beautifully decorated unit , in a very quiet street and close to the beach

Water didn’t drain from shower floor during a shower . Seems to be a sewer back up , it was uncomfortable. In the morning was lots of water on the living room floor by the wall behind the shower .i spoke w Juliana early in the morning but help didn’t come in until later afternoon . Appears that was a filtration from the shower floor through the living room wall . No hot water in the shower.The frying pan needs a lid. Will be nice to add a colander and a bowl to wash veggies. The front hallway attracts lots of insects at night , I suggest a blue light device installation to attract them so they do not get in to the unit . Also I could NOT find the WiFi information , i sent a message asking for that information and was never responded. I suggest you have wifi information posted over fridge in a picture frame .

I love the apartment. Updated. Spacious. Clean. AC & Tv worked perfectly. Shower had hot water and great pressure.

At first I thought it was far from everything but in fact, it was not. 15-20 min easy walk to the beach Or find an electric scooter on your way. Pool was smaller than expected but great for 1-2 people.

Excelente relación precio calidad. Muy cómoda ubicación para moverte con auto alquilado. El depto súper limpio. Julieta muy amable para atendernos en todo momento. Super recomiendo y volveremos!

Nos gustó muchísimo este hospedaje, tiene todo lo necesario para garantizar una buena estancia, aire acondicionado, cocina bien equipada, un baño lindo, es relativamente cerca de todo lo turístico (California Lighthouse, playas Arashi y Boca Catalina que son hermosas) el contacto para dudas o solicites es bastante efectivo. Realmente recomiendo este hospedaje, volvería.

La luz de la sala está un poco baja para mi gusto, sin embargo los demás espacios tienen buena iluminación. No es algo propio del hospedaje, sin embargo sí es súper recomendable rentar un auto ya que el transporte público no es tan bueno.

The location is good, there is a restaurant and store close. The hotel had to change my locations at the last minute, that is my review is this.

It wasn’t peaceful. Kids screaming and running around. Part of the building was under construction lots of noice. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. It wasnt so clean and a had a cockroach in the corner

The location was easy to find and easy to access. There were these little birds out front that were quite social. Not far from beach.

Instructions were not clear about receiving keys and apartment number so that was quite frustrating but we got in. Was never able to actually communicate with property; had to have Booking.com reach out for response. The pool access was a little confusing not sure if it's shared or private. Never figured out warm water for showers.

Clean, parking, decent AC, comfortable bed. Affordable, good location Cons No remote for bedroom tv and safe was shut so we couldn’t use. I’m sure i could have asked the host about those 2 but didn’t even bother us too much.

The beds sheets had stains, and it seemed like they hadnt been changed since last quest. The bed was full of sand.

We weren’t told which apartment was ours before arrival or how to get in, which was scary because we didn’t have any phone service and not a single soul was there. The cleaning lady also left the ring of keys next to the open unlocked from door for hours despite being nowhere to be found. We did not feel safe leaving our valuables in the room. There were no door weather strip at the bottom of the doors so lots of bugs got in. The bedroom door was mounted inside out, so someone could have locked us in the bedroom. There were beer bottles on the roof next to our balcony. The lights on the balcony were on at night, making it difficult to fall asleep even with the curtains closed because the curtains were very cheap and see through. We were only given 1 quarter sized bar of soap for 2 people for an entire week. The water only had one temperature, which wasn’t warm. There were many hairs in our bed.

Transparent bedroom glass door for one of the bedrooms with no door lock and privacy. The swimming pool is smaller than it looks in the picture. Check-in instructions were a little confusing. Appartement number should be announced in advance.

Location, size and comfort. I’ve been staying here every time I’m in Aruba . This time my flight was cancelled and I had to stay another night on the island, and there was no problem staying in the same apartment . I just sent message and got wry quick response

Being part of a 35 strong party my accommodation was in close proximity to all of the team. Unfortunately I cannot honestly say anything more in terms of good points about the apartment as we were two cousins sharing the apartment which was more suited for couples. The sofa bed not fit for purpose.

I still struggle to understand how after booking the apartment weeks in advance only to turn up and find A/C not working, unbearable stench coming from the bathroom downstairs, cockroach running around the apartment, we killed about 1/2 a dozen roaches and only after I told the apartment rep that I will request a refund from Booking.com then the A/C got fix in hours, 4 days into my stay. The offensive smell from the bath never got fixed. Forget about sitting in the balcony area, you will be roasted by the heat coming from the AC compressor. The apartment was cleaned just once in 7 days. The staff did try to respond to concerns but they did not me my expectations as I we had to endure 7 days of shockingly poor quality of service.

We really enjoyed staying at the Rooi. The unit was clean and well maintained. Really appreciated having beach chairs supplied. It is literally around the corner from a grocery minimart where most needs can be met. It is easy to find and reasonably close (with a car) to three of the island's best beaches. And three minutes from a Starbucks! The mini pool onsite we really appreciated and came to use daily. If we have one quibble it was the kitchen, which we found under -equipped for daily cooking needs. Needs more utensils, an electrician to go over the dead outlets, a drying rack and other basic items. But otherwise i would recommend this unit wholeheartedly.

Loved the self-catering feel of the place perfect for independent travelers. Management not onsite all times but easy to reach through WhatsApp. 20 min walk to main Route 1 where you can catch buses to hotel area and downtown. Would definitely stay here again, especially for long-term stay. Place is very quiet and felt safe as solo female traveler. Tip: Mini-market with everything imaginable just around the corner (groceries, beauty products, auto products, mini tools, etc). Stock up for your apt to be even more comfortable depending on the length of your stay)

Manager barely answered us. Only answered to help fix toilet. The shower head was leaking and spraying water when showering. Bring your own beach towels. Bad communication

Good ubication,safe,and very good equipped. I did like the appartmenta in general that provide so many things for your stay. And it was nearly so many area activities and adventures to explore in Aruba.

I miss the facilities to wash the towels,etc. I didn’t see the wasmachine. Also i would of prefer extra bags to put trash,especially for people that are visiting for a short period.

We had no idea how to get in our room, but our tacit driver DeWayne called them for us and it was no big deal. Dewayne rocked!!!

They never mop the floor or dust cleaning, no bathrooms exhaust vents, the kitchen vent doesn’t blow air out. All you do stay in. I had my house shoe through away after couple days, because they never mopped the floor. It is look clean but very dirty. Catch, under bathroom sink, very dirty, no one to let you into the apartment. I was there for 2 hours and sent messages and called. No one never got back to me until I left. After 2 hours waiting I just searched the apartment and found 2 opened and I took the one that matched my requirements. A tv is in a box that very difficult to watch. It is not recommended to no one. The pillow smells sweet, etc… I have pictures, but I don’t know if you will give me the access to post them.

The apartment is in a very quiet area, so sleeping is an absolute pleasure. It's also only 20 minutes walking from the beach. There's a very well equipped supermarket super close by.

The staff hasn't been very nice and welcoming. They didn't reply to some of the messages I sent. To some other messages they didn't even say "hello". The apartment looks clean, but in reality wasn't that clean (stains in the cabinet, dirty floor).

It was clean, well equipped with what we needed, short walk to the beach, the apartment was big and private, the pool was refreshing, and amenities were good.
