A lovely well equipped guest house that was nice and clean. Super easy check in process and good communication. Very comfortable room.

The property is quite far from both the station and the gondola (at least when doing everything on foot) so just need to be mindful in your planning.

3年連続バイクのイベントで使ってます。 駐車場は砂利ですが、アドベンチャーバイクの方はよく駐輪場されてます。 ワンボックスもゆっくり止められます！ コンビニも同じ道沿いに5-10分以内！

以前より日本語が少なくて、ゴミの分類が少しわかりにくかったです。

冷蔵庫が無かった

元ペンションということで部屋が広くて快適でした トイレやシャワーも広くて快適でした また利用したいです！

設備は新しくて、掃除も行き届いているようで快適でした。 タオルが付いているのも良かったです。

無人でチェックインするのですが、ドミトリーのどのベッドを使うのかが最初は分かりにくかったです。 人によっては、バスタブが無くシャワーのみというのは評価が分かれる点かもしれません。（自分は気になりませんが）

暗証番号でチェックインも事前に登録し、パネルで完了できるのが便利。ドミトリーだが1つずつ区切られ個室になっているので良い。キッチンが広くて使いやすい。レンタル自転車がある。洗濯機があるのが嬉しい。

ロッカーに荷物を入れられるがスーツケースや大きい荷物だと入らないと思う。

建物が少しカビ臭い匂いがした。

コスパのいいホステル。問題無く過ごせました

とても設備が綺麗でした。タブレットでの自動チェックインなので、システマチックで今時な宿だな〜と思っていましたが、宿の設備が整いすぎていて非常に快適でした。対面じゃなくてもおもてなしってできるんだなと感動しました。宿を出る時に清掃に来ていたスタッフの方会いましたが、爽やかに挨拶していただきとても印象がよかったです。ドラム式洗濯機(300円)なので乾燥までしてくれてありがたい。毎日交換してくれるバスタオルもあり、無料の自転車もあり(さすがに電動ではない)特に困ることはありませんでした。

ドミトリーの上が2〜3名向けの部屋のようで、足音や物音はだいぶ響いてきた。音に関してはその日のお客さん次第ですが、リビングで23時過ぎまで談笑している人達がいたので、そのあたりのアナウンスを徹底していただけたら嬉しいです。でも値段を考えたら目は瞑れる。あとは白馬の街が全体的にゆるい坂になっていて、宿は少し高い場所にあるため、自転車ででかけると行きは快適だけど帰りが結構きつかった笑

他に滞在していた方と会話が出来て良い思い出となりました。

チェックインをもっと親切に事前案内して頂きたかったです。玄関解錠とチェックインがすこぶる難しかったです。

I travel on foot and from Happo pond it’s quite far.

とても機能的だったところ。余計なものはなく、必要なものが一通り揃っています。 場所は、大通りから少し奥に入ったところにあり、便利で、かつ静かです。

シャワールームは、体が大きい人には少し狭く感じるので、もう少し大きいタイプだと良かったと思います。

トイレ、シャワールーム、洗面所がきれい。 宿泊費が安い

ドアの開閉時にギーという音がする。 隣室の物音がよく聞こえる。

清潔感があり、部屋も広くゆったりと過ごせた。

It’s clean

The cleaning staff is pretty rude. I asked her a simple question, “How to go to the station?” and her reply was “I am just a cleaning staff”, like what do you mean? You are local living in Hakuba and you don’t wanna answer that simple question? Insane.

Easy to check in with the instructions. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything. It was very clean. There are enough showers and toilets. The towels were replaced daily. You can borrow bicycle for free. The living and dining space and lockers are spacious.

It's a 20-minute walk from the bus and train station.

初めての白馬観光で利用させていただきました。私は宿泊施設の管理の仕事をしています。勉強を兼ねて宿泊させていただきました。ドミトリーでしたがとても綺麗に掃除してあり、シーツやベッド、マットレスの下まで掃除してありました。共有のトイレも洗面台もいつもピカピカでした。この価格でここまで徹底的に掃除がしてあるなんて、びっくりしました。バイトの方もとても教育されていて、接客も素晴らしかったです。共同キッチンもあり、テラスまでありました。

少し遅い時間でも対応してくれた

i'm staying for three days and two nights in hakuba. i booked the single bed in mixed dorm. everything is clean and comfortable. there's a large living room and well equipped kitchen where i can cook my meals. they also provided bicycle where you can take turns with the other guests. lastly, when you enter the guest house, you'll find a bulletin board with lots of information, from shuttle hours to food delivery

우리가 생각할 수 있는 서양인들 많은 게스트하우스 딱 그 느낌. 일본의 여타 다른 숙소들과는 다른 느낌을 줍니다. 익숙하시다면 기대 이상의 장소가 될 겁니다.

자동차 없으면 상당히 가기 어려운 곳입니다. 하지만 이건 애초에 이 동네 자체가 겨울철 스키/보드타러 온 사람들이 묵는 곳이라 문제가 될 건 없습니다.

The self catering facilities are really good. The pods are really private. Where possible, management spread guests amongst the dorms rather than pushing everyone in to one. The cleanliness here is exceptional.

The mattresses could be better enhanced, however, when rooms are not full, mattresses can be doubled up from unused bunks, to increase the comfort level.

白馬のスキー場への立地がいいこと。

オーナーの顔が見えないこと。 デジタルなネット操作のみで利用者各々判断に任せ過ぎな点があまり良くないと思います。 どのロッカーを使いどのベットを使えばよいのか最初分からなかった。

ฉันชอบห้องครัวมันใหญ่มาก เหมาะกับการทำอาหารกินเองและสามารถใช้ได้ทุกอย่างในครัว และที่ดีที่สุดคือมีจักรยานให้ยืม มันทำให้สามารถปั่นไปซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตที่อยู่ไกลได้ และใช้ปั่นเที่ยวรอบตัวเมืองhakubaได้ ดีสุดๆเลยค่ะ

ห้องน้ำไม่แยกชายหญิง ทำให้เจอฉี่กระเด็นตามพื้นและห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นเหม็น ที่พักอยู่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ แต่เดินได้เดินชมวิวระหว่างทางไป แต่ถนนไม่ค่อยดีถ้าใช้กระเป๋าลากก็พอลากได้แต่ล้อต้องแข็งแรงหน่อยนะ เตาปิ้งขนมปังสกปรกมาก เหมือนสะสมคราบมาหลายปี และเหมือนไม่เคยทำความสะอาดตั้งแต่ใช้มา จนไม่กล้าใช้

ชอบห้องน้ำ อ่างล้างหน้า ผ้าเช็ดตัว เครื่องนอนสะอาด มีครัวและห้อง Living room มีlocation ที่ดีใกล้ซุปเปอร์มาเก็ต และมีจักรยานให้ขี่ฟรี มีการรักษาความปลอดภัยระบบที่ดี

整潔、安全

大門密碼有幾次輸入正確但無法打開，幾個入住的進不了，我從裡面幫忙打開，換我出去就近不來了

・各ゲレンデに行く無料のシャトルバスがすぐ目の前にあり便利。 ・チェックイン前、アウト後も荷物を置かせてもらえ、助かりました。 ・自動チェックインでゲストハウス内でスタッフを見なかったが、オーナーさんに電話したら親切に対応して頂けた。 ・ドミあり、外国人ゲストもいたが、綺麗で清潔、秩序も保たれていた。夜騒ぐような人もいなかった。 ・連泊しているゲストの方があれこれ教えて下さり、助かりました。 ・東京からのの高速バスの停留所も徒歩圏内でした。 ・外観や内装が可愛かったです。 ・共有キッチンがあるので連泊するには良いです。

・2階の洗面台にもハンドソープがあると助かります。 ・個室のエアコンのリモコンが無く、備え付けのヒーター？が稼働できた（あまり威力は感じなかった）。しかし、暖房をつけなくても室内自体は暖かかった。 ・ベッドのフレーム内に謎の間接照明？が入っていたが使い方がわからなかった。 ・コンビニや飲食店などは徒歩圏内だが、天気が悪いと少し遠く感じる。

We liked the price of the place and the loft was a nice touch. The bed was comfy and we appreciated the humidifier as the air is really dry. Loved the replacement of towels everyday, the shower was great.

The smell outside the accommodation smelt like sewerage, something they need to fix asap. It smelled very gross, and we think it contributed to our sickness.

Great value for money, quiet shared accommodation. Staff very responsive and helpful.

The location near the shuttle stop was fabulous, not too far to walk to echoland. Good kitchen facilites, and lounge room area. Toilets and showers are well maintained. Having towels changed daily was really nice.

Hard to have contact with any type of staff, sometimes would be a bit delayed at replying to messages, and there are no staff on site for check in/check out. Signs not to change temperature in the room but room would always be very very warm, sign that 18c was ideal however when set to 18 would easily go up to 24 on the thermometer. Note if coming in winter, bicycles are not available even if there is a lack of snow.

白馬の麓でありながら良心的なお値段です！また、支配人様からのお返事やご対応も丁寧です。

ドミトリーが足の蒸れた匂いがしました。私の匂いかもしれませんが。

Property was spotless and extremely close to everything. The best part of the stay was the owner. In an emergency scenario where I lost my phone, the owner lended me a large sum of money and organised a staff member to get me a replacement phone. If it wasn’t for him I would have been in serious trouble. Couldn’t rate him and the accommodation higher

This is my second time staying at Keimichis and what can I say, it's still as good as the forst. Everything is as pictured and set up perfectly as long as you've got some common sense.

エコーランドも近く夕食の選択には困らない。 カプセルの枕元に電源がある。 個室の灯りは枕元、個室入口共にスイッチがあって便利。 施設は基本的に全て清潔感があった。 部屋はずっと暖かい。

欲を言えば、空気が乾燥しがちなのでドミトリールームにも加湿器があれば完璧です。

I stayed at this accommodation last year for three days, and this year I booked another three days (in a different room because I couldn’t book three consecutive nights in the same one). The accommodation is still amazing! Very clean and quiet, and a perfect place to relax. It has easy access to ski resorts, and they also provide towels, which is very convenient. I asked a few questions by email, and they always replied very quickly. I can only highly recommend this place, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again next year!
