Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a máquina de gelo localizada na entrada do condomínio. Todos os dias abastecíamos a caixinha térmica p levar a praia.

Dryer had not been properly cleaned and would not run for more than a couple of minutes before shutting down. Lint trap was clean, but these are non vented condenser machines and they have to be cleaned thoroughly. I’m on vacation and it’s not my condo… I wasn’t about to do it.

Nada. Solo creo que podrían tener algunos detalles de “bienvenida” o mayor “cercanía” como un kit de bienvenida (té café etc) que facilite la llegada/adaptacion. Tampoco tenia sombrilla ni sillas en buen estado y eso en muchas propiedades te las dan. Cosas menores. Vuelvo sin dudas!

It is located in a convenient place, close to the beach, 10 minute walk, and not that close to the party area, perfect for me and my family. I also loved the fact that all bedrooms have satélite TV and A/C. There are lots of towels for the bathroom, for the beach and the swimming pool. It also comes with beach chairs. I enjoyed the sun set from the balcony.

There wasnt even cold water available on arrival or a jug to put water in the fridge, or ice in the freezer. So I couldnt make icecubes for my water in the morning or have a glass of cold water after arriving late.

The pool hours were very short which made it practically impossible to use. This included the hot tub so using it at night (which would be the only reasonable time to do so) was out of the question.

My apartment I chose was an ocean view and when I arrived there was no ocean view at all. I don’t mean just a bad ocean view either… I mean there was absolutely no view of the ocean, just the pool chairs and trees and the room was on the first floor. The room was also smaller than the pictures. Booking.com and the property were both no help. I ended up booking another hotel down the strip for an ocean view which costed me a couple thousand more dollars but I wasn’t going to let that room ruin my vacation to Aruba.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026I booked and paid in full for a two bedroom condominium at Azure Beach Residences (Booking #50041735) from March 20, 2026 to March 26, 2026. Based on your listing and written policies, I expected the unit to be clean, fully functional, and ready for occupancy upon arrival. We arrived earlier in the day and requested an early check in. The unit was not ready, so we left our luggage with the front desk and were told we would be contacted once the condominium had been cleaned and was available. I received a call at 3:20 PM stating the unit was ready, followed by additional calls around 5:00 PM. During that second call, I was informed the front desk would close at 6:00 PM and they would not be responsible for our luggage after that time. This created unnecessary pressure to return, despite the delay in making the unit being ready. We arrived at approximately 5:30 PM to check in. Upon entry, the condominium did not meet even a basic level of cleanliness. There were visible stains on multiple surfaces, oily residue on appliances, crumbs throughout the kitchen and living areas, and unsanitary marks on interior walls. I documented these conditions with photos and video. After more than 14 hours of travel, we were forced to clean the entire unit ourselves before we could use it. This included wiping down all surfaces, cleaning the kitchen and living areas, addressing the bathrooms, and sweeping the floors. The unit was not delivered in a rentable condition. In addition to the cleanliness issues, the air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms stopped working on Sunday night. I contacted the front desk immediately and requested maintenance. I was told someone would be sent to address the issue. No one showed up. We followed up again the next evening after 7:00 PM and left a message. There was no response. We left early the following day and returned late, and the AC unit was still not working.

Er is geen schoonmaak, ook niet als je langer dan een week verblijft. Zeker gezien de (stevige) prijs zou je dat wel verwachten…

There was really nothing we didn’t like. We had an amazing vacation. The comment we’d like to share is more of a simple suggestion: perhaps consider including a couple of beach chairs as part of the rental, especially since there is already a beach umbrella available. We actually didn’t ask about it, so this may already be offered, but aside from that small suggestion, the place is excellent.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2025I love how easy it was to access the pool area. The staff were very friendly to us and easy to access if we had any questions. The location was absolutely amazing. It was right between Eagle and Palm beach which made it very simple to get to both in a short but fitting walk. It was a peaceful and quiet place to stay. This is NOT some place you stay to party with loud music and stay up all night, which was what we were looking for. The patio on the ground floor was spacious, lovely, and very private. There was a grill, so that we could cook local food and get a true essence of Aruba! This was a huge plus.
Some of the gym equipment was malfunctioning. For example, one treadmill. However, it was simple to get to and run by the ocean on the ocean-walk which is directly across the street from the apartments.
