Reviewed Aug 3, 2026I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Chandigarh. The front office team was excellent—courteous, efficient, and always willing to help. The housekeeping staff also did a wonderful job, keeping the rooms clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The only area that could be improved is the food. While the quality and taste were good, the variety offered, especially in the buffet, was quite limited. A wider selection would make the dining experience even better. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I appreciate the hospitality of the entire team.

The staff at Novotel chandigarh is very friendly and lovely. My special thanks to archi at front desk to help me with my checkout. She was very helpful from my billing specifications to my bags storing process. Moreover coming to food, it was also nice and delicious. I would like to thanks each and everyone overall and yes specially archi to ensure a smooth departure. I will be heading back to chandigarh next month, we will see you again for sure. Bye.

Rooms were good, but no balcony was there. Food was good. Some premium porsche cars were also at the display near the reception. May be it was for sales purpose. But the premium cars were dashing. We stayed overnight. It was good experience
