All in all it was very good. Great location. Wonderful support staff and the feedback call from Meera Ji shows her earnestness to ensure the comfort of the people staying. A definite recommendation! .

We were very happy with the prompt assistance of the hotel staff and the feedback appraisal by Meera Ji. It shows how seriously they take their customer appraisal. We loved the vibe in the hotel and the cleanliness was very very well done. . We will definitely book again in the coming days of our trip. A must stay and definitely recommended.

My newly married brother and his wife from Mauritius stayed at this hotel. It was an excellent experience for them. The breakfast was up to the mark and the room was clean and very good, the location was very close to their requirements. Will come to stay here if ever we come to Chandigarh again

I like the cleanliness and the property is very near by the mall. And the staff were friendly . The owner meera is very friendly and very knowledgeable.

There was construction going on and the top 2 floors were in a bit of mess but since they gave us te new rooms, We didn't have any trouble. Also, the breakfast was very good.

Staff was not friendly. Overpriced snack items in room. We didn't avail breakfast, they simply said it's your loss. You have to pay for these over prices snacks ( 2 chips packets basically)

The front desk staff were friendly. The morning white toast with jam was delicious!

They showed me 2 rooms on arrival. One was smelt like cigarettes and the other was covered in sawdust from their renovations. When I asked for someone to wipe over the room, a male staff member came to clean. I asked him to just use water and not chemical spray and he refused. I then asked him to stop and leave the room and he REFUSED to leave. This made me extremely upset. I did speak with the front desk and they then showed me a 3rd room which was acceptable. However, they had renovation works happening which started in the morning so I was not able to sleep in.

Very nice. The newly constructed rooms are decent. Very nice and cooperative staff . One must visit and have a stay . It was my second visit to this hotel and I think it is better than any other hotel.

Summit on the front desk was very helpful as were most of the staff. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very good. Meals at the restaurant were good, and once we worked out the breakfast choices, it was very nice. Breakfast was included in our room price.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, and the floor above us was very noisy with drilling and hammering going on sometimes into the evening. Communication was difficult sometimes, and getting our room serviced didn't occur. Toilet paper was constantly running out as they only gave you about a quarter of a roll, and they didn't seem to replace it when they did service the room. On the plus side, when you did ask for something, someone was at your door with the supplies very quickly.

Заселили ночью без доплаты, за что огромное спасибо! Круглосуточная стойка регистрации. Чистое постельное белье, чистый пол. Отель расположен рядом с остановкой автобусов в Дели (Tribune Chowk, Novotel), что и определило наш выбор. Минут 10-15 до самого крупного торгового центра Чандигарха Elantra Mall с фудкортом.

Отель очень уставший и давно не знал ремонта, обои подраные, мебель с вековой пылью, фен и краны в плачевном состоянии. Ресторана нет ни в отеле, ни рядом. Ели в Elante Mall. В стоимость входил завтрак, но мы уехали рано утром и не пробовали.

Lovely newly renovated spacious room, modern bathroom with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Floor 6 has been completed so no construction noise. Brand new lift and good breakfast buffet Indian selection. The staff are very helpful and professional. Nice and close to the Eltantra Mall for loads of food hall options.

The new toilet leaked.

The location is good. It was good value for money. Accommodation at such rates + such location in chandigarh is difficult to obtain. The staff is good, polite and well behaved....B/fast menu is sufficient at this price.

Washrooms need to be refurbished. Toiletries are of poor quality. Bed covers seem old and need replacement. One room smelled of tobacco smoke, so we were allowed a change

I already stayed in this property and I am a repeater. The experience was same as before, good. Ms Meera is an amicable person upon whose request I am providing this review. However, the review is in no sense biased or influenced. Location, cleanliness and simplicity are the major attributes that attracts me here.

It's temporary, but there was a repair work going on for a brief time, which I can shake off.

The ambience and facilities provided in the room were pretty good. The staff was polite and helpful. The location of the Building was extremely suitable as my work place was nearby.

Staying at Hotel Rajshree in Chandigarh was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made while traveling. It was less of a stay and more of a test of patience, comfort, and sanity. From the very beginning, things were off. 1. The elevator was non-functional, which meant dragging luggage up and down stairs without a single staff member offering help. For a hotel of this size, this is inexcusable. 2. I entered the room only to find the tap broken — literally falling apart in my hands. Something as basic as running water should not be a gamble. 3. The lobby felt more like a neglected government hospital than a welcoming hotel — dull lighting, faded walls, and zero warmth or professionalism. 4. The mattress was sunken and lumpy, as if it hadn’t been replaced or even checked in years. It was so uncomfortable, I’d have slept better on a railway platform. 5. The ceiling fan kept making loud, irregular noises through the night. It felt like sleeping under a helicopter that might fall on you at any point. 6. I ordered a cold coffee, which is supposed to be refreshing — but what I got was some sad, lukewarm mess clearly made with room temperature milk. No chill, no ice, just disappointment in a glass. 7. Breakfast was no better. The sandwiches were dry, lifeless, and clearly made hours in advance. And the sweet lassi, again, wasn’t even cold. How hard is it to refrigerate a drink? 8. But the absolute deal-breaker was the constant banging and hammering from construction work that started as early as 8 AM. Imagine finally falling asleep on an uncomfortable mattress, only to be jolted awake by loud, relentless hammering. It was impossible to relax, let alone enjoy any part of the day. This hotel completely ruined what was supposed to be a peaceful trip. The lack of maintenance, attention to detail, and complete disregard for guest comfort was appalling.
