Not Cosy, a little bit noisy by kids specifically at night, rooms are not sound proof, one level hotel and rooms either facing the street or facing the big merchant street behind, far away from important places, a little bit coasty for room price.

موظف الاستقبال الصباحي وصلت الفندق الساعه 11 في الليل والساعه 12 ظهر يتصل بي الموظف يقول موعد الخروج طلبت منه الى الساعه 3 اغادر رفض وقال سوف يخصم من مبلغ التأمين وخرجت الساعه 1.5 ظهر انا واهلي ملاحظه باب الحمام لا يغلق والمكيف يثلج طول الليل واخذت غرفه اضافيه بعرض منهم دون الحجز عن طريق بوكينج يعني غرفتين شكرا لكم تجربه لن تتكرر

أول شي التأمين ماله داعي يعني المكان ضيق مدري وش خايفين عليه؟ حاطين بس علبتين مويا صغيرة المغسلة دمهم ثقيل تعطيهم يكوون لك يأخذون ساعات التلفزيون جودة الصورة سيئة، يعني خلاص ترى تطورنا حطوا تلفزيون ذكي ونص القنوات ماتطلع حتى الغرفة مافيها غير غلاية وحبتين شاي وسكر موقعها حلو بس لا يخلو من الإزعاج

The price the hotel is one star and to pay 4 star prices is not work it I have paid less than half the price at 4 star hotels. Where as in this hotel I paid more than I paid at 4 star hotels where I stayed for two weeks for just over £200 where as here two days cost me double than what I paid at a 4 star luxury hotel. The price when I got to the hotel they charged me extra I don’t know why even though I booked on booking com that said I don’t have to pay any more but they charged me more money so I’m not happy about that at all

When I arrived they said there was no room for me. The reservation was canceled, I called them earlier that day to tell them I would arrive late due to my travel between cities. They said it was okay we noted that you would arrive late and your room would be available when you arrived, BUT WHEN I GOT THERE IS NO ROOM!!

Tow items: 1. the check-in was too late .. 4pm for a traveling old man is not fair at all, especially at this hot weather.. 2. No body answers the telephone calls prior to my arrival .. I called the mobiles' numbers, and the facility number many times for inquiries.. but no answers!!
