Excellent hotel, efficient check in and checkout with Simon, very polite and helpful. Rooms are modern, spacious and very clean. Really nice breakfast buffet, lots of choice. The hotel offers great value, exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend:-)

Staff were excellent - helped with arranging taxis; how to get to a park and printed out local bus information. Were excellent with my two young sons. Breakfast was very good. Different Chinese New Year activities in the lobby.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke when we first arrived - very strong. It gradually went away or we got used to it over the four days. There was a view of a river, but also looked straight into apartment buildings (on the 20th floor). Advertised (advertised on the hotel's own TV channel in the hotel) children's items such as a child's toilet seat was not available. We were told it was something about being part of the 'hotel group'.

We were 5 adults who stayed for 2 nights, not familiar with the city. However, our stay was made exceptionally smooth due to excellent services received from Mr. Ken Liu, who patiently guided us in securing local transport to and from office/factory which we visited . The concierge, Mr James, was likewise very helpful. The bell service staff and the security at the driveway were likewise polite . Overall, the excellent staff service made a lot of difference.

Très bon petit déjeuner, grand choix et bien préparé. Chambre très sympathique, fonctionnelle et propre. Merci à l'équipe de l'hôtel pour leurs conseils et services. Dédicace notamment à Mr Ken, à l'accueil de l'hôtel. Merci à lui pour son service de qualité. Le rapport qualité prix de cet hôtel est excellent. Lors de nos prochaines visites de la région nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel.

Top notch service, very spacious and comfortable room with both shower and bath. Special thanks to Ken at the front desk for helping us arrange a taxi to Xiamen airport. It is not in the city centre, but the taxi ride takes about 15 minutes.

Мне не понравился завтрак, там в основном была Китайская кухня, мало из них подходило для меня. Было бы лучше подобрать что ни будь из Европейской кухни тоже. Потом было бы лучше научить персонала из ресепшн английскому языку чтобы можно было объяснить.

Crowne Plaza Quanzhou Hotel is a fantastic hotel to stay a night in. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. I think the only down side for a none Chinese speaking traveller from the UK was the difficulty getting a simple bit of food in the evening when we arrive in all the hotels we have stayed in on this trip. But everything else was fantastic

On est très contente de la grand espace de la chambre familiale avec les lits superposés. Le coin dressing et séparé de la chambre. C’est pas mal du tout. Ce qu’on aime le plus c’est le restaurant chinois Xuancaifeng! Le chef mérite presqu’une étoile Michelin. J’ai pu bien profiter de la salle de sport spacieuse et bien équipée. Mes enfants étaient contents d’aller à la piscine plusieurs fois pendant notre séjour de 5jours.

Le wifi n’est pas très fort; température de l’eau chaude n’est pas stable; il n’y pas de vrai yaourt au petit déjeuner (c’est vraiment dommage pour tel standing).

The hog water in the shower kept changing temperature from cold to too hot which was annoying. They need to fix the temperature control on the shower equipment.

Service stood out excellently among all else. Ken at the concierge was exceptionally helpful. Had booked too small a room for a family of four without knowing size of double beds but Ken has tried his best to accommodate us, and when we asked to pay for an upgrade after seeing the room, he also continued to help us as much as possible while changing room. Patiently explained all the while and you dont feel rushed at all. Room is clean and excellent. Fantastic stay with excellent service!

Location. Not exactly near the old town. A short ride away for not fussy travellers

The staff at Crowne Plaza Quanzhou were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. The receptionists impressed us with their ability to communicate in English, ensuring a smooth experience. A special shoutout to Jimmy, who kindly assisted us with our luggage, and Ken, who went above and beyond to help with our booking and breakfast arrangements. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was remarkable. The hotel itself felt fresh and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable environment for my family and me. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

People do not speak english

This is a pleasant five-star option in Quanzhou. The hotel is pretty new with modern decor and a pleasant view of the Jin river. Room is spacious and comfortable with everything tidy and clean. Staff is impeccable and careful to details. Price is also very competitive. Location may not be the best but it is just a fifteen minute taxi ride to the historic downtown.

酒店比较新，附近一些小店吃的不错。位置也还可以，临江，可以看到中心城区。洗浴用品为贝佳斯，值得一赞。

本来酒店曾打电话确认可以给我们一间双床房，后来因为行程有变，退了一间，之后又重新订了一间，也提了要求双床间的要求，酒店回复可以双床间，但结果一间双床房都没有。那是不是酒店在设计房间时应该考虑多准备一些双床间？朋友档出行，肯定要住双床间才更方便啊。还有从预订伊始的电话沟通就一直在确认是否为过生日的朋友提供蛋糕，酒店也答应的很肯定，在到店后也多次确认生日日蛋糕配送的时间，因有朋友当日离开，一直要求尽量早些送蛋糕，要求时间为13:00，但14:00蛋糕也没到，直接到前台问询，竟然说要16:00才能送！酒店的餐厅应该是从早上6点就开餐吧？怎么一个蛋糕要用这么长的时间？真的很破坏气氛，最终只能是退而求其次，要求用小蛋糕拼一个出来，竟然也用了近一个小时，也是醉了。如果两个人入住，房间衣架较少。

They have a great river view to blow away your stress & tiredness. Very nice ambiance, new, spacious and modern, all staffs offer a warm, friendly & good service to welcome and make you comfortable! Breakfast is super and many choices. Highly recommend to stay & experience the Crown Plaza Quanzhou Riverside! Credit to the director of rooms, Ms. Maria Huang who by fortunate to meet, she is really very nice & helpful!

The staff Mrs. Li at the club lounge was so accommodating to help me solve some problems. Many thanks to her. The club lounge provided very affluent afternoon tea and happy hour buffet. Breakfast was also great! Pool and gym was fantastic. Room and lobby were luxurious with the design topic "Voyage".

非常感谢礼宾部的一位员工为我们提供了优质服务，他叫李金城。他为我们推荐了不错的景点和非常好吃的早餐店，也为我们叫车，还特意嘱咐司机要为我们把行李搬下车，处处体现出以客人为先的服务态度，让我们的旅行更完美。

酒店的房间温度不能调控，十分闷热！作为一家5星酒店，这样的设计不能接受！我们也因为客房温度太高向前台投诉，结果前台派人来查看，冷冷地说温度不能调控，解决方法竟然是让我们开窗通风！我们去的时候是冬天啊‼️ 退房时我们又向前台反应这个问题，一位职员说调控系统被关闭了，她们无能为力。这样的理由竟然发生在5星酒店，太令人失望！

Personale molto gentile, struttura pulita e ben mantenuta, siamo stati qui per un viaggio d’affari con mia figlia ho dovuto lasciare l’hotel in anticipo e non hanno fatto problemi a modificare la prenotazione facendomi pagare solo i giorni trascorsi. Ci ritornerei anche se la zona non offre tanto a livello turistico.

Non tutto la staff parla inglese, Wi-Fi quasi inutile perché quasi tutti i social e servizi Google non funzionano.
